@Comps83 haha that is crazy! Did u go to Window to the Womb? How many weeks are u now? Bet it was amazing seeing it!x

JD154 · 29/05/2019 20:49

Ah @Comps83!! Crazy how close we are! Lovely pic so clear! My first 2 are December babies I had the same due date with them 3 years apart so that showed the pill never changed my cycles lol

Comps83 · 29/05/2019 20:45

@JD154 really?! It's a small workd isn't it!
Aw try not to let it put a dampener on things, keep thinking positive 😊.
Hopefully this is a lucky thread for us all!x

JD154 · 29/05/2019 18:23

@DaniX91 I'm in Durham too!

I think I'm past ovulation now so possibly 3/4 dpo had cramps and pink spotting which I'm guessing was ovulation bleeding over the weekend. I gave up with the opks 😂 I read something yesterday that's really put a dampener on things, that anti depressants lower fertility in men and my oh is on them 😔 just mentioned it to him and I think it's lowered his hope too. Hoping this is a lucky thread with all of the bfps x

DaniX91 · 29/05/2019 14:57

@Roo3125 ahh right! I'm in Durham. That's not long! Do u get 6weeks off?

Roo3125 · 29/05/2019 14:54

@DaniX91 Yeah, I'm in Scotland though so we have different holidays. We have 4 and a half weeks till the end of term (I think) and they can't come quick enough haha! 🤦‍♀️😂

DaniX91 · 29/05/2019 14:53

@Roo3125 I'm a teaching assistant. Oh you're back to work now?
I'm back on Monday then got 7 weeks til the summer holidays.
Exactly, imagine having 6weeks to just sit and think?! No thanks 💁🏼‍♀️😂

Roo3125 · 29/05/2019 14:51

@DaniX91 Are you a teacher too? We're just back from a holiday but I have few classes today. Really hope I'm pregnant over summer or else it will drag in! 🤦‍♀️😂

DaniX91 · 29/05/2019 14:10

@Roo3125 I've got no clue but I wish it'd hurry up and happen to us!😂
Never wished a school holiday away like this before that's for sure! Ha

Roo3125 · 29/05/2019 14:06

@DaniX91 Completely agree! Folk that have had sex once and get pregnant. How does that even happen? 🤦‍♀️😂

Definitely ovulating today as my belly is doing weird and wonderful things haha! Hopefully the next two weeks go by quickly!

DaniX91 · 29/05/2019 14:04

@tisonlymeagain it's a lot more complicated than I first thought! I honestly don't know how people end up with accidental pregnancies now that I have all of this knowledge 😂.
I'm guna do my best to wait until then!

tisonlymeagain · 29/05/2019 13:53

Yeah that sounds about right @DaniX91, if you can hold out that long!

And ha, I only really know all this from TTC when I was about 26!

@tisonlymeagain I feel so silly that at 27yo I seem to not know a lot about all of this 😳
When would u suggest testing?
I'm thinking 9th June. I'd be around 14dpo by then. That's if AF hasn't shown up by then anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

tisonlymeagain · 29/05/2019 13:42

You might have a short luteal phase @DaniX91 but ideally it would be no shorter than 10 days I think. Most people have their period about 12-16 days after ovulation.

OP posts:
DaniX91 · 29/05/2019 13:31

@Roo3125 see I don't even know when AF will be due because I haven't had a period for God knows how many years and this is my first month of not taking the pill. Should it just be 14 days after I ovulated? Surely if it is then my boobs shouldn't be sore this early?
Aw are u a teacher? Would be perfect timing wouldn't it, I can't imagine having morning sickness in a classroom full of kids🤮.

Roo3125 · 29/05/2019 12:22

@DaniX91 I was like that last month! Determined to avoid symptom spotting this month. I've realised that my body feels weird/different/sore at all different times of the month. I generally have sore boobs 2-3 days before af arrives.

With every cycle though I'm realising just how much I want this to happen! Timing just now would be great as I'd be off for the summer holidays for any morning sickness etc.

DaniX91 · 29/05/2019 12:13

@Roo3125 haha well these things have to be done!😂
I'm only on 3dpo and I feel like I'm going crazy already. I'm thinking about every tiny symptom which I know is ridiculous cos I'd have nothing this soon and what I'm feeling could just be my body getting ready for AF (although I can't even remember what that's like cos it's been so many years!)
I keep getting slight cramps and my nipples have been so sore to touch for the last couple of days. Actually wish I was at work this week to make the time go quicker!😩

Roo3125 · 29/05/2019 11:36

@DaniX91 @tisonlymeagain I'm just glad that I kept testing! Have DTD for the past 3 days and will convince DP for the next two! 😂 Poor guy just came home from football last night wanting to sleep! 🙄🤦‍♀️😂

tisonlymeagain · 29/05/2019 11:07

Ha yes that is positive!

OP posts:
DaniX91 · 29/05/2019 10:43

@Roo3125 that's definitely positive. Hope you've been busy 😂

Roo3125 · 28/05/2019 21:39

Hold the phone - that's DEFINITELY positive now! 🤦‍♀️🙄😂

Roo3125 · 28/05/2019 19:53

@tisonlymeagain Fab, thank you! I'll just keep DTD for the next few days and hope for the best haha!

We didn't DTD the day after ovulation last month and I want to make sure we do this month. Wondering if that was our mistake haha!

tisonlymeagain · 28/05/2019 17:54

Yeah @Roo3125 I think CD13 looks positive - remember it's 12-36 hours after so could actually be CD14
