Internet cheapy test, to believe or not to believe????

I brought some on monday thinking they would be here on tuesday, so first thing tuesday morning i got a urine sample ready but they didnt turn up. They eventually came yesterday and i thought i would try one in the day old urine anyway! Well that came up bfn but then i took another later on that day and there was a faint line after 5 minutes that dried a pinky colour. I still wasnt convinced so i took another first thing this morning and again a faint line. Its very very very faint but is still quite clearly noticable. But is v v v vv faint, so im not sure what to believe. I'm going to take it as a bfn for now but am wondering if anyone has had these v v v v v faint lines and actually been pg or whether they are evap lines. Im very confused and still half asleep so sorry if ive rambled on

Woah! How strange looking at this post from nearly 3 years ago!!! As it turned out this PG turned to MMC but i soon got another BFP and she is now my 18 month old little terror who has finally gone down for her nap!

wow! I went to my aunties (who only has 7 weeks left) and she has invested in a heartbeat doppler, she tried it out on me and we could hear the blood rushing through the placenta. Well thats what she was told when she was that early and its the same noise so......YAY

just a quick update for everyone, I was a bit dubious about the cb test i did the other day as they have a bad reputation for thin blue lines but ive just done a tescos own test and got a lovely big thick pink line so woohoo im pg

agree with spugs they do faint, and if you're a sad act like me they more or less go after a week.

(they're all binned now btw)

they do fade, thats why your not supposed to look at it after 10 mins, so chuck it in bin (i know its hard) and no fishing it out
I had some internet cheapies and they were crap, gave me a very faint bfp on several. tested on cheap sainsburys and was much stronger result.
congratulations on everyone with bfps today, come over to the march ante natal thread theres a afir few of us on there now

Jeez, has the cb u did this morning dried as a thin line or is it still thick? Mine was thick this morning but now its quite thin and the rest of it is vvvvv faint.

well blood pressure is fine, she cant feel a womb so im under 12 weeks and ive just gotta wait for midwife to get intouch

4.30 pm urine sample and ...its positive!!!!

it is not dark but very obvious - but am pleased for an afternoon pee!

dp is all pleased with his inquotes'supersperm'

am very calm though - tis early days! congratties wendy -its a lucky day for a lot of us

I have a doctors appointment at 5to 5 so hopefully she will feel my belly and tell me roughly how far gone i may be

my cb test has dried to a thin line to the left hand side but its as dark as the control line.

Me too!!! Just literally now got my faint line on a cheapie internet but I just KNOW I'm pregnant. Congrats us both!

I had the same experience with Clear Blue. Had got a faint line with a cheapo so rushed out to buy a Clear Blue which came back saying not pregnant. When I pulled the cartridge out there was a v faint line. Waited until the next morning and tried Clear Blue again and it came up saying pregnant straight away. I was told that the urine dilutes as the day goes on so sometimes they are not accurate

will keep fingers crossed for you honney. really hoping it's a pos. I didn't know CB had lines either way - this time I showed a pos but took it apart to see if the line was weak etc and it was really really strong.
