Pretty sure I'm about to have another miscarriage

I've been TTC #1 since August 2018. I got pregnant in October but it was a chemical. The next cycle I was pregnant again but I had a MMC confirmed at 8+4 in December. I got pregnant again in February, another chemical, and now I'm pregnant again and supposed to be 6+3 today. I was so excited and really thought this was going to be the one.

I had some very light brown spotting a week ago but put it to the back of my mind because it was such a small amount and it didn't continue. But today I had more brown spotting and it's got some clots in it as well, it's got a bit stronger now by this evening (I'm overseas) and is almost red.

I'm so sure I'm going to have another loss and it sucks. I live overseas in DH's home country but he's away for work until Friday so I'm feeling pretty alone, hence posting on here.

I've got an appointment for an early scan with my Dr on Saturday and I don't see much point bringing it forward, especially because DH isn't here. She's already given me progesterone and aspirin after I got my BFP this time so there's not much else she could do anyway.

Ergh this sucks. Anyone else going through the same? I'm really just waiting for it to happen now.

@Kinsters I'm so sorry you're going through this, especially with DH away. I really hope that all is still well and little bean is just getting more comfortable in there. Mc is just the shittiest thing to happen to anyone and makes any pregnancy after all the more anxiety provoking. I would bring the scan forward if you can so you're not left wondering and getting more worried. Sending lots of virtual hugs ..........I should pop back to say hi on the other thread x

Thanks Venus, your words are very kind. I'll go for a scan tomorrow morning and confirm what's happening.

I'm really sorry to hear this @Kinsters, I hope that your fears aren't confirmed. If possible I would see if you can get an earlier scan. Sorry you're having to deal with this alone with dh being away. Sending love and positive thoughts xx

HalfBloodPrincess so sorry this happened to you as well. It's shit. I wish that I'd be in the group of people that it works out well for but I just don't think the odds are in my favour.

I don't have anyone. It's literally just DH. We see FIL and BIL a lot but I never told them I was pregnant and I don't feel that comfortable sharing this with them.

I'll probably go to the drs tomorrow just so I can get signed off work (can't take sick leave without a drs note).

I'm so sorry you're going through this @Kinsters. I really hope it's not anther miscarriage but it sounds like it's possible. Can you get in to see your doctor sooner? Is there anyone who can be with you until DH gets back on Friday? We're here for you Flowers

I’m so sorry. It sounds very similar to how my miscarriage started last year, although I posted on here at the time and the responses I got were for both negative and positive outcomes, so there might be some hope! (Although if you’re anything like me that made me feel worse so apologies if that’s upset you)
Do you have anyone you could stay with/to stay with you for the next couple of days?

I'd bring the scan forward. Saturday is a long time to wait when you're feeling worried.
