Gosh I feel absolutely dreadful today, almost like I'm due my period, but that's supposed to be 2 weeks away. I feel like I've got flu. Awful.
Does anyone else have fluctuations throughout their cycle?
I really hope I'm not hurtling into peri menopause... Is anyone experiencing this but still trying TTC?
I guess we can't expect everything to be clockwork at our creeeeky old ages Hmm
Xx

EC22 · 13/07/2019 01:09

Got 2-3 on the CBD today, delighted!
Sober Friday, how novel. I’ve worked out, all going well, I’ll save over £500 in Prosecco over the next 8 months 😂

Catclock · 12/07/2019 21:44

Congratulations to everyone with their good news stories. I'm sorry I'm just getting to know everyone's names! X

rubyroot · 12/07/2019 21:30

@Elles1980 I think once you have a loss you turn into a bit of a demented crazy woman. I guess it's natural isn't it to have a one track mind.

Elles1980 · 12/07/2019 20:55

@rubyroot I cannot tell you how much that made me laugh... It won't deter him from giving me his sperm hahaha!! That's why I'm here to save my relationship and chances of making one last bubba! If he knew how much of a headcase I truly was over it all I'd probably be single lol! Aw super lovely to see more further gone pregnancies and twinnies too Grin, your absolutley allowed to moan about pregnancy, we work hard to get pregnant and then it kicks our asses so it's only fair!
@Chatbash72 that's quite a week, my son 21 just popped in with his girlfriend raided the kitchen messed up the lounge and left and that was enough for me, oh he did ask me to babysit his hamster whilst he went to sically last month and has forgotten to take him back lol! It's hectic being a mummy but defo worth it. I'm glad your daughter is well and unhurt, sometimes the shock of it all is worse bless her xx

turquoiseturtle · 12/07/2019 19:54

@Russkispy oh wow, that’s more than doubling in 48hr. Hoping so hard for you. No symptoms and not feeling pregnant are completely normal at this point, don’t worry.

@thetwinkles - twins, how amazing! congratulations, and happy birthday in a couple of weeks...

@rubyroot I really hope things go well for you!

rubyroot · 12/07/2019 19:39

I'm only just preggars so not hard to keep it a secret. I'm guessing if I miscarry soon then he doesn't need to know and it won't deter him from giving me his sperm. I think blokes are sometimes affected worse and can't deal with the repercussions. Still waiting for him to say something about me not drinking wine.

Hobbes39 · 12/07/2019 19:33

Hi @thetwinkles - I've been lurking on this thread for a bit as hoping for the best for everyone on here - so it's wonderful to see your news! How are you now? Goethe sickness has abated? I'm now 29w and HUGE and tbh not coping very well with these later stages - carrying 2 babies, 2 placentas and 2 sacs is HARD. My blood pressure has been low and I'm faint quite a lot, and I'm the same size I was with my DS when I had him!
I am obviously hugely grateful to be pregnant after all we have been through, but I just can't wait to have these babies in my arms now!
Anyway, not long now - hope you are doing ok. The worry hasn't gone away for me yet, but has improved since I can feel them wriggling all the time... but it's hard to feel relaxed after multiple miscarriages I think.
Fantastic news from you too @Russkispy - your numbers would great - I have everything crossed for this time being your time. 🤞
I haven't read through everyone else's posts, but I do think of you all x

thetwinkles · 12/07/2019 19:13

Hi, just found the tread again so checking in. I got my BFP the same time as @Hobbes39 I remember us posting the same day. But that pregnancy wasn't meant to be and ended a week later. Think my user name was onemorego at the time. Got myself I'm a bad place for a good while. Then bang! BFP due date 14/12. First 12 weeks were horrendous I felt so poorly and anxious. Scan day came and I discovered why....identical twins! I'm now nearly 18 weeks and have found out they are boys. It's my birth in a couple of weeks, I'll turn 41. Keep hoping ladies xxxxx

Chatbash72 · 12/07/2019 18:56

@Russkispy fantastic news, I had no symptoms till I hit 6 weeks... and then 🤢
Fab @rubyrootbut how have you kept it secret?
Have lost the thread a little this week, it's been a little shocking with the grown up kids and eldest is back permanently from uni, with cat in toe!!! Not impressed especially as it seems to be bloody everywhere. Caught it climbing across the dining room table 🤢
Number 2 crunched her car today and that was hard. She's fine but emotional rollercoaster..
ov due which hasn't helped emotions..
sending big hugs and baby dust to all and welcome to @NicLondon1 @Elles1980 @Catclock @KennyKenWait
💕💕💕💕

Russkispy · 12/07/2019 16:41

@KristieP2018 @Elles1980 thank you!! I'll try my absolute best to stay calm and positive! Booked my regular reflexology for tomorrow. Will tell her the news then as she's been treating me since my first MMC last June. Otherwise we've decided to keep it to ourselves this time around. Not even telling our families till at least 11 weeks so, after I'll get Harmony tests results which also includes a scan. I'm just praying we get to that milestone! Yet to start taking progesterone pills once I hear from my doc and will book a reassurance scan.

KristieP2018 · 12/07/2019 16:28

Throwing all the sticky bean good vibes to you @Russkispy!!!

Elles1980 · 12/07/2019 16:27

@Russkispy this is amazing news :-D! I know it's super hard but try to enjoy it day by day! And there doesn't have to be symptoms, IV had 4 normal pregnancies and they were all totally different Hun! Aww I feel all warm and fuzzy, I love a bit of good news.
@rubyroot how have you kept this in lol?
This 2ww is kinda killing me today, I'm always upbeat and happy but today I feel super emotional, I cried at the UNICEF advert lol! 6dpo and i just wanna know lol! Xxx

Russkispy · 12/07/2019 15:34

@rubyroot thank you! And it is. And I've never had a natural pregnancy before and don't even know what to expect in early days. Suffice to say I have absolutely no symptoms whatsoever! That's why I was absolutely gobsmacked when FRER was positive on Monday morning! And still no symptoms!

rubyroot · 12/07/2019 15:31

Excellent news @russkispy. One day at a time, I guess. Its such an anxious time isn't it?!

I've not told my boyf yet. I think he might wonder why I'm not drinking wine tonight. We will see!

Russkispy · 12/07/2019 15:17

Just got repeat HCG results back, it increased to 587.2. Shaking like a leaf here and absolutely praying it works out this time around!

Constance1234 · 11/07/2019 22:52

@rubyroot keeping everything crossed for you xx

rubyroot · 11/07/2019 22:36

Awwww this is so lovely to read. Thanks everyone x

NicLondon1 · 11/07/2019 22:33

Thanks for the welcome @BooseysMom, and thanks for all the supplement lists @Russkispy & @Raffeylou

@Elles1980, I'm also having very crazy vivid dreams (went to a party where a robot tried to kill me, then lost my daughter there and found her going down a waterslide WITHOUT HER ARMBANDS ha ha! Talk about an anxiety dream!). Boobs very sore. But been here before, so also not expecting much, bracing for AF next week....

turquoiseturtle · 11/07/2019 22:13

@rubyroot good luck!

I know what you mean about self-preservation by not daring to be optimistic, I think this is a natural reaction.

In my experience, chemical pregnancies/ pregnancies that ended in early miscarriage, and this pregnancy that has now progressed to the 2nd trimester, all had EXACTLY the same symptoms and sensations in the first weeks. Lots of cramps and twinges, feeling that my period would start any moment. You can see me freaking out about this at the start of this thread!

There’s really no way to tell - it’s so stressful in the early stages! But also, there is hope. Wishing you all the best xx

Elles1980 · 11/07/2019 20:52

@rubyroot I feel for you, I was elated to read you have had a positive but then so sad at how you feel bless you! Hopefully 3rd time lucky for you Hun. We're all here to try to help support you. It's so hard to understand these feelings unless you've been through them and I find that is the most helpful thing about these groups is that others have experienced similar. So hopefully we will be able to give some advice or just keep your spirits up a bit.
Catlock, I agree these women are strong amazing individuals and I think IV said before I wish I'd joined a thread months ago when I really needed some support instead of lurking around like a weirdo lol!
Cleozeta... Id say it's quite simple really, if you want a baby then go for it. Regardless of how you achieve that end result, the baby will be loved and tour family will have grown and it will have been a apart of your journey. It's hard because I'm a bit of a sad case that wants world peace and all that jazz so if there's a solution to make someone whose upset happy then I think do it. But ultimately there could be other factors stopping you? Whatever you decide try to be happy! Hugs to all you ladies, were made of super tough stuff and even though we sometimes feel like we're breaking apart (I mean me when I say we haha) we get up and carry on! Xx

Cleozeta · 11/07/2019 18:17

Rubyroot - fingers crossed for you.
Constance - yeah I see what you mean, and I wouldn't want to hog any limited eggs! But I think it's fine, just weighing it up really.
Elles - hopefully you are right about your symptoms!
I really miss feeling like that, the monthly hope, anticipation and excitement. After over 2 years (and 2 mc) I've lost hope now and just plod through the motions each month. I just want the drudge to end. I want to feel that hope again, and only IVF can do that now. And more than likely only DE, so I need to make the choice and either give up completely, or go head first full throttle. Chances are so low now I'm just wasting time. And it's bloody depressing.

Catclock · 11/07/2019 18:11

You're all amazing on here. Reading through your posts and struggles. Xx

rubyroot · 11/07/2019 17:14

So had a chemical last month. If I had my normal cycle from start of chemical then I would have come in period on Friday. On Monday I felt very pregnant. I resisted testing as I thought it would be better for mental health if I didn't know I had a chemical chemical pregnancy ( if same thing happens again) well guess what it didn't last long and I've had another positive. That means I've been pregnant three times in a year. Last two unsuccessful, let's see what this wrong brings. I'm getting lots of aches, cramps and pains and I just have no clue of it is start of CP or just oreggo symptoms. Who knows? Anyhow I just can't seem to picture myself with a baby. It really feels like it's not going to happen and I struggle to be optimistic. To be honest quite a bit is self preservation

Elles1980 · 11/07/2019 17:05

Ladies IV been reading all your lovely messages to each other!! @Russkispy did the doc get back to you? I hope all is well.
@Ec22, if any of us had that answer none of us would be on this forum lol! Try to keep calm (we all say when it's not us pahaha) @Raffeylou that's some amazing information, my oh is quite obsessed with vitamins and supplements etc so I'll get him on the research case for us, thank you.
@littlemimosa, I hope your well Hun. Sending massive hugs your way xx
@hmmm123 me too I'm 5 dpo or 6.... I can't quite work it out lol but either way I'm waiting lol!
@Cleozeta I don't think it is at all. I have 4 children for my first husband and my partner hasn't had any as he tried with his ex for 10 years and was told he was infertile, we were both massively shocked when I found out I was pregnant and sadly MC, so we're both pretty intent on having one together. It's your life Hun, you live it!
@catlock what an exciting time for you, I'm not far ahead of you so we may find out about the same time. So ladies I feel IV officially lost the 2ww plot! I had mental dreams last night was up and down weeing, had a nap after school yesterday (teaching not learning haha)! I had a real sharp shooting pain through my right breast only and been spotting super lightly for 2 days now I'm convined I'm having a baby .... Maybe even 2 (I have a wonderful imagination lol) how do you keep yourself grounded I wonder? IV never been here before IV just fallen pregnant and done it. This time IV researched and am against the clock. IV googled symptoms and now convinced I have em all haha! This next week could see me single if keep up at this rate lol GrinHmm xx
