Sending big hugs to all ladies on here. Feeling incredibly emotional, maybe AF is on its way after all!!? It's been just over 5 weeks since I had D&C. Who knows! In the meantime getting ready for my special DD who will be 2 on Sunday. I've been cuddling her all morning and tears were just pouring. Thought about my last loss, and it made me all teary. Onwards and upwards....

@littlemimosa.. your parents sound amazing and i love the description of your yoga teacher!
Oh yes, i have read that somewhere that over 40s births outnumber teenage births for the first time in history!

Great news @Constance1234 I know what you mean - now the anxiety begins until the next scan but fingers and toes crossed that you've got a sticky little beany that grows and grows!

I've got my follow up scan next week...starting to brick it already had some acupuncture yesterday which helped ease the nighttime nausea but now I'm worried about not feeling ill enough 🙈

Good luck for all the testers - hope there are dark lines in a few days.

I had some good news today, an early scan at 7 weeks showed a heartbeat, and everything measuring as it should be. I was convinced I would be getting bad news, so for now I am very relieved. I can't relax completely though as had a miscarriage at 9 weeks last year.

Hope everyone is doing well, and have some fun things planned for the weekend :)

I guess you just never know! It’s all a waiting game isn’t it?! This is my fourth pregnancy and I have one baby so still a waiting game for me. All very anxiety inducing. Perhaps get a more accurate test and test tomorrow morning if you can’t wait?! Any line- even the faintest (as long as read within the time scale) is a positive isn’t it?!

I know what you mean ruby. I said before I would test again Saturday if it was negative today and now I can’t stop staring at it. Even if I ovulated later, it’s still been 5 days since what could’ve been implantation bleeding. I would think it would show a positive by now?

Perhaps wait another couple of days and try again. I’ve had a couple of days of faints and also negatives and now a proper positive 40 hours after first very faint test.

But I got quite obsessive- I’m not usually like this!

Sometimes it’s best not to get hopes up too much to avoid disappointment. I hope it is a positive for you and false positives are very rare compared to false negatives.

I had a single spot and a smear on Saturday which would be 12 dpo (if I have my dates right on ovulation). I don’t know what to think @rubyroot

It looks like a very faint positive- 17 dpo?! Must have implanted late then?!

Well I don’t know girls! I wasn’t able to use fmu so I held but could only hold for 3.5 hours and I think I see a line but it looks like an indent to me? I bought a 2 pack so I’ll retest tomorrow with fmu if af doesn’t show. what do you think? Ignore my marks lol. Shaky hands marked too far to the right

I'm back. Have still been TTC but decided to slow things down a bit. I have Graves disease and my medication isn't great in early pregnancy, causing defects and all sorts. So here I am, on holidays for a week (fly home tmrw), have had shooting and stabbing pains in my sides all week, a rumbling gurgling tummy, lower back pain, and an AF that was due to arrive today but didn't. Have felt so exhausted all week, tired and highly anxious.....my tummy issues have gone from pancreatitis to IBS to AF to pregnancy and anything that fits the bill in between.

I'm alright, however done a couple of CB with weeks indicator and not moved from 1-2 weeks bracket which is worrying me. I know its not the most reliable but can't face going for bloods and all the appts and hospital etc I just don't think I can deal with that just now. Mentally preparing for a bad outcome though. I know that's not really helpful but anyway, we will see what happens

AFM, cd34 and still on AF after D&C.

Ha so I had three faint positive and now a negative. Think I’ve got a bit obsessive with poas! I’ve not been like this before- in the past I’ve tested when I’m definitely late! they’re only cheapy tests and am 11 dpo so I will wait and try again. At the moment I’ve decided I’m not pregnant as can’t stand the disappointment. I’m having a glass of wine
