Over 40 TTC - lots of baby dust for us...3!

@evelineUK - I got my peak on my eveline opk on cd13 (a lovely strong peak too!) and my temp rose on cd16. This is quite normal for me these days, but out of curiosity, do you think it's normal to ovulate 3 days after peak? Do you think that is really the case, or could I have ovulated earlier but for some reason my temp does not rise srraight away? I I also had creamy type cm on the day of peak, which could suggest tgat?

Ruby & Ellie - sorry things did not work out for you. Nature can be so cruel. It always frustrates me how we are so fertile in our teenage years and early 20's when we are still pretty much children ourselves and would not cipe, but yet in our 40's we are stable, secure, mature and ready, but nature says it's too late.

@Kimm123 🤣 I know I'm not too old if liz Earle and Mrs Daniel Craig can pop them out.. we are on the dtd anytime we feel like it, contraceptive free method.. haven't tried reflexology yet as hubs has just started a new job and my work has had to go to weekends, so we are just juggling and adjusting to new wages etc but will deffo treat myself to that an some acupuncture after the summer hols x

@Chatbash72....ur never too old for anything...i had a friend who took pregnacare for couple months and she concieved.....i mean i was taking it before but just got fed up...taking it and not getting pregnant 😂😂😂😂😂. So i stopped cuz pregnacare is not cheap....i might start again once i start reflexology....have u tried reflexology?? Apparently it has good reviews....xx

For me I'm going to continue, not sure what oh thinks yet, but I'm gonna keep trying to get the right egg at the moment.

I've been through worse, but no matter how mentally prepared you are or thought you were it still hurts doesn't it?

@Kimm123 pregnacare Pre conception vits, omega 3,6,9. Co Enzyme C10 400mgs per day and vit d spray..

To all you lovely ladies with AF looming, in tww or those getting busy 😉 sending lots of love and baby dust.. atm still in the low rumbling migraine zone, dr tried to start banging on about when my mother went through the menopause, I shot a hole into her unspoken attitude by saying she had an emergency hysterectomy after the birth of her 3rd child.. so not relevant.. and my sister and I have both had children after that age. A bull shit theory in my opinion, we are not our mothers. Off my soapbox 🤣 and in ov zone so keeping myself busy exhausting the hubby. Good luck ladies xxx

Sad but expected update from me

Started bleeding (brown) last night. Full on bleeding today (Red)

Went for hcg checking again anyway this morning.

This afternoon based on hcg levels over 48hrs and my cramps and bleeding the doctor has basically confirmed I'm having my third miscarriage.

Still feeling rather numb about the whole thing. I had prepared myself for this outcome over the last week or two. I'm glad now I chose to stay away from the hospital and scans at this point, I found that very difficult last time and if it makes sense, I'm kind of dealing with this on a more factual basis, the numbers aren't stacking up kind of thing. Whatever gets you through it I guess.

Generally feeling pretty crap, not unlike whilst suffering a heavy period. Will evaluate how I feel once this part is over. Husband is already saying he thinks its time to stop. I cant think about that right now its too soon
