Anybody in their 2WW?

Pretty sure I ovulated yesterday (hopefully!), due AF on 13th May, anybody else starting their 2WW?

(Warning: I am a serial symptom spotter and POAS addict, I have zero willpower 😂)

Finally have some spotting so I'm assuming AF has finally decided to turn up after all! Clearly she decided to give me the run around this month 🤦🏻‍♀️

No I'm confused. What I bought was implantation bleeding yesterday afternoon which turned more like a period has now stopped. So lasted less than a day really? Maybe just spotting now. Although there was red blood it was mucasy (sorry tmi). Could that still have been implantation bleeding? Only time will tell i suppose. I'm 9/10dpo x

Do try to hold out - getting a result on a chemical can be very sad from experience! If you’re tracking bbt, try not to let a downward line prompt you into “checking” (these are all do as I say rather than as o have done...)

Yes it is a mind field! Worries about getting my hopes up as it's the 8th cycle. Due AF on Monday. Have some FRER burning a hole in my bathroom cabinet!

Sorry! You already said Monday 🤦‍♀️ Monday would be okay to test I think as that’d be 3 days after implantation... Tuesday would be better if you can hold out and AF doesn’t show!

@showmethegin welcome! It could well be! If it is implantation then you’ll need to wait a few days for the hormones to build up to be detectable on a test, 3-4 days I think they say so I’d test 14/15DPO (or earlier if you can’t wait but don’t be too disheartened with a BFN!) when is AF due?

Hi All, mind if I join? Need some advice! Currently on cycle 8. I'm 11dpo (sorry tmi upcoming!) just dtd and noticed a very pale pink blood when cleaning up after. Could this be an implantation bleed?! I never ever spot between periods and although I am due af on Monday I suffer with really painful periods so can always feel them coming before it arrives and I don't feel anything!?

Could it be? Do I dare to dream?!?

@MMama18 yes I came off last month and haven't had a period yet but was checking my cm and it was like egg white so I did an ovulation test and they came back peak so was a true reflection of my cm. prob is my period so will just class this as cd1 if so and roll on next month x

@josprout are you fresh off of any birth control? It could just be that your cycles are all over the place. A rise in LH and a positive OPK doesn’t necessarily mean you definitely ovulated I don’t think, especially if your body is still getting back into a rhythm. Unfortunately it is a case of just waiting I think 😫 x

@MMama18 it's a little bit more than spotting now but very very light if it's a period? I'm 7-8dpo so early isn't it. I'll have to wait it out i think. X

I've just had some pink mucasy spotting. Im 7dpo or there abouts. This maybe a good sign as I doubt I'd have a period 7 days after ovulation??

@josprout first response early response have the best reputation for testing early, I think the digital ones tend to be less sensitive. The constant smiley face means you’re ovulating in the next 24 hours I believe as it detects the LH surge which happens around 24 hours before egg is released. There’s unfortunately no way to determine exactly the day you ovulated but I’d go with the solid smiley day as the closest estimate

@RudyRoo the app says 16dpo although it's anyone's guess how accurate that is. Starting to wish I'd tracked things a bit better! My cycles have only been 21 days long so I could be in for a very long wait 🤣

It will definitely feel much more real when you have your scan, nothing like seeing your little one for the first time 💕

@MrsG3 how many DPO are you? Oh, I know that feeling, one cycle I was 45 days waiting for AF to come! So annoying when you want to start over.
I'm good thanks, still doesn't really feel real. Have booked in for private 8 week scan so I'm counting the days til that, hoping it might start to feel real after that!

Hi @josprout, definitely plenty of time yet to get that bfp 🤞🏻 crossed for you! Can't comment on the tests as all of mine have been negative but I know other people say the frers are really sensitive. Afraid I don't know much about the smiley faces either but I'm sure someone else on here will.

In other news I'm now 2 days late, feeling nauseous, have a bfn and feeling royally cheesed off! Just wish AF would hurry up so I know what's going on now.

How's everyone else doing this morning? 😀

@MrsG3 I had my BFP with FMU but when I tried again the same afternoon it was the same. I was 15DPO though so no squinters!

I've just done a cheap treat 7/8DPO silly!!!! I knew it wouldn't show anything so don't know why I did it!!! Can't wait to try an early one. When I caught with ds1 I use a clear blue weeks indicator one but keep reading about first response? Which is better? Also I am counting when I got a smiley face on opk as the day I ovulated? Is that right?

I had mine this morning with fmu. Then, because I didn't believe it, I did another at lunchtime with 3rd wee of the day (was busting by then as I drink a lot). Still positive.

Wonder if that's making any difference (I really am clutching at straws now!!) as I haven't used fmu for any of mine. It's been a bit tricky with ds wanting a wee first thing too lol!
