Hey! Heres some background info

TTC: #1
Age: 22/23
Cycle: 7
CD14
Due to ovulate on CD17

Last month AF arrived fashionably late, by 15 days! Was so disappointed.

I'm doing Sperm Meets The Egg Plan this month so hopefully we can catch it!

I feel slightly more chilled about the tww wait, I was terrible to over analysing every ache and twinge, and testing from 5dpo like an idiot.

I think this month I'm going to try the 'dont think about it's like everyone tells you too..

Anybody else coming into their TWW?!

Been cramping 10 days took pregnancy test come up with a really faint line so thing cramping is a good sign :)

Welcome! How exciting! 1dpo and already counting down the days I can take an early test. Trying to relax and not think about it. I dont feel as impatient this month. I think 6 previous months of wasting God know how much money on testing early just to be deflated has made me realise if I am, I am, I'll find out eventually lol!

It looks as though I'm cycle buddies with you OP. I am trying to remain chilled and not test early (much easier said than done). I live abroad and can't get clear blue digi tests here. So I need to save my stash until AF is late. It's gonna be so tough! I might go and buy some cheap local brand ones but I don't know if I would trust them to be accurate Confused

There should be a guide on MN somewhere with a list of the abbreviations and their meaning. But if you get stuck just ask. I've been here a while and still figuring some of then out Grin

Aw at least hes thinking of you! You never know, maybe a holiday is the best time and place to get busy and get a BFP! Wink xxx

Good evening @IAmNotPatientOrPregnant, fingers crossed for you! I’ve never experienced any sort of twinges around ovulation times which I’ve always wished I got! I’m just busy trying to find out what all these terms mean instead of busy in bed, haha! DH and I are on pretty conflicting schedules currently which isn’t great, nor is his time preference - he’d rather we waited until after our holiday next month so I can “enjoy myself” but he doesn’t realise there’s nothing I’d enjoy more than being pregnant again! Xxx

Welcome to all the new ladiesFlowers

I've been so busy this weekend, in general and in bed! Had quite a weird discomfort/pain yesterday that lasted a few hours, only on one side and abit lower than period pain, I'm hoping it was ovulation as doing SMEP this month and should have hit the nail on the head is so!

So as of tomorrow I'm 1dpo. Yay!

@EC418, it’s so tough though isn’t it, trying not too be too optimistic and keeping expectations realistic. We were never trying for my previous 2 pregnancies, just happened - we haven’t used protection since 2015 just before I got pregnant with my first which is giving me big doubt of it happening this year even. Although I can’t say we were particularly active during those times either. So tough when you have such little control. I hope it happens soon for you! 🤞🏻 Xxx

@feelinghopeful2 same....this is first month of ttc after mc and af due 9th may also. DH and i dtd a few times during fertile window but like you im not expecting much from first month. I still have a small bit of hope though. Fingers crossed x

Morning All, little rant needed...

Due to ovulate this weekend but I still have no positive OPKs. I've tested multiple times a day and always hold my urine but no glimmer of hope at all. Can use cm as an indicator as have veen dtd as much as possible just in case Blush

I hope to see my temp rise over the next few days for confirmation that ov did in fact happen but getting frustrated that I have never seen a positive OPK on a cheapie or a cb Sad

Cd and ovulation due - no idea as fresh off the pill

Stopped taking the pill 3rd week in March and not had a withdrawal or period bleed to no idea what my body is doing or where I am in my cycle or if I'm even in a cycle yet
I have days of refusing to test anything as I have no idea what cd I am or should be and other days testing far too much trying to get a positive on something to give me an idea

Had (I think) symptoms of ovulating and wishing it is but that was only 7-8 days ago so forcing myself to not test for at least a few more days Smile

Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well and don’t mind me joining in too.

TTC: #3 (#1 - baby, #2 MC)
Age: 23
Cycle: 1
AF/BFP: May 9th

First AF after the MC so not hoping for much but would rather be proactive than regretful. Used OPK, but only the cheap OneStep and it confirmed what my cycle app implied, OV April 23rd but only managed to DTD once that night and not again after that due to time constraints.

I think I’m on CD 19 I came off the pill (zelletta) on 6thApril had a withdrawal bleed starting Tuesday 9th April so I’m counting that as the first day if my last period so will see how my cycles settle. I’ve only been on the pill for a year and before that my cycles were a regular 28 days.

I'm personally not going to test before Friday when af is due.

Not wasting money on tests.

I say this now........ but if I am going to test early I will wait til Wednesday

Hello can anyone help I ovulated on the 19th been having cramps for 8 days straight I did a pregnancy test come back negative have anyone els had these pains before it’s never happend before do you think it’s a good sign ?

I've posted this in other chats too!

I'm on cd 22 (8dpo), I started opks at cd10 and got my static smiley on cd12. Dtd 11, 12 and 13.

I presumed I ov on cd14. I was busy over the couple of days and didn't really take not of the ewcm.

Fast forward to yesterday and today I felt really "wet" and when going to wipe there is lots of cm, all clear, possibly sticky but not gunky if that makes sense.

I'm refusing to do a test so early but I thought I would check with an opk in case I didn't ovulate last week and somehow out of sync and the opk 2 lines came up instantly, the control line being slightly darker. Surely if I did ovulate then the opk would be faint or clear?

Confused indeed 🙈

@IAmNotPatientOrPregnant im not great with the whole body temp or opk tracking. I started last time but turned out i was already pregnant 🙈 i just try to dtd more around fertile week and it worked last time. OH in Madrid now for a stag so thats this cycles trying over 😩 fingers crossed

@wishing56 I tried OPKS but I ran out and didnt buy anymore, none of mine were positive so I think it was sending me a bit crazy!

@mrsb899 I've got a few in the house lurking around, I haven't got a strong temptation yet, but I always wonder if ive ovulated early.
Had a pain start really really low last night, lower than period pains and much duller. Not sure what it is but its alot strong this morning and uncomfortable to move around Sad

@ec418 me too! OH got slightly cold feet when we first started trying and we decided to wait a few months, but he asked me not to tell him when I'm ovulating.. I think he knows when I am anyway now as dtd most nights during fertile week!

I have a cheapie in the cupboard which I'm tempted to use tomorrow like a maniac 😆 I've ordered some FRER which won't be here until weds/thurs so if they're not in the house I won't test until then. I've had some awful heartburn and tender boobs today but I'm probably imagining that too. TTC makes me the biggest psycho

I havent started with OPKs yet but will do next month if not successful this month.
