Anyone else suddenly started spotting?

@crystalttc is there a possibility you ovulated late? I am on my second ovulation so now on 7dpo and cycle day 47. Do you track ovulation?

Well mine most certainly was an implantation bleed- just got this! Af due tomorrow! Did it as soon as I got through the door from a weekend away

Well apart from the cold today I had the strangest sensation in my lower abdomen, hard to explain wasn't cramp but felt like a pulling/tightening sensation if that makes sense? Not sure if that's a sign of af, because I don't usually get pains before af, I am one of those weird people who gets the pains after af so I never know when it's coming 😂

I finished spotting yesterday. 4 days ago my period was due.
Negative FRER test this morning. I am getting reeeeeeally confused now. I felt sick most of the day yesterday. Diarrhea 3 days in a row. Sorry tmi.
Headaches. Sore back. Pulling feeling in left pelvic region. Darker nipples. And bfn.
Any reasons why this is happening?

Spotting stopped now, af due in 2 days but I’m away so no option to test!
It’s funny that every other month I convince myself I will get BFP by symptom spotting but this time I’m getting everything linked to implantation bleeding (headache etc) and I won’t believe it! I won’t let myself get my hopes up!

12dpo it's possible it was IB, give it a couple of days and do a test, good luck to you and hope it's a good sign 🤞

Sorry to hear you are getting a cold. Doesnt sound pleasant at all. It's hard though cos those symptoms are pregnancy ones too! Puts ya hopes up.

Well IB happens between 6-12 dpo, so at what dpo did your spotting happen?

Ladies today I have been struck down with cold symptoms, my 3rd cold of the year! I feel generally rough! 4dpo so I doubt it's a symptom but stuffy nose, sore throat, headache, achy all over and lower back pain 🤦🏼‍♀️ also not sleeping properly so extremely tired.

I think I am just getting myself worked up stressing about ttc so making myself ill.

We r ttc.
I got spotting 4 days earlier than normal. And I never spot or come early.
Was pink (which I haven't had before) and now it's red and pink only when wipe. Normally my af is so heavy. No cramps. Feel nauseous. Took test today. Neg. Could it be period or implanting? Today is my day I was due af and it's still so light. Pink and red. Headaches now. Please help. Thank u all x

Good advice, it’s easy to forget that!
Yes I had withdrawal bleed followed by 31 day cycles which amazingly is what I had 10 years a go pre-pill!
So if this does turn out to be af, I’ll be gutted that my cycles are messed up! Spotting stopped now! Who knows!

@rolyboo nothing is a stupid question, some of the acronyms can be confusing 😂 remember every body is different and no 2 similar symptoms are the same person to person.

Have you had a bleed since coming off the pill

It definitely doesn’t feel like af but it’s not long that I’ve stopped the pill so not too hopeful for BFP

A light brown or light pink small amount, sometimes only there when you wipe and not enough to fill a pad. It can be discoloured cm. Fingers crossed for you hunny

Anyone mind explaining what they class as spotting?
In a very similar situation to others after reading this. I’m 10dpo, af due in 5 days but had brown coloured cm. I’m guessing this isn’t spotting? I won’t get my hopes up, it’s probably early af

@kell2126 absolutely nothing 🤦🏼‍♀️ I am guessing I ovulated late but means the spotting is a mystery. I will keep you updated, guess I am in the 2 week wait again 🤯😖

I had a small drop of faint blood on my underwear yesterday but nothing since then. I'm exhausted and bloated! We're not actually ttc as we're a bit young imo (I turn 20 in a few months and my bf is 25) but Ive been having pregnancy symptoms so I don't know what to think haha.

Thank you for replying, sadly most of the ladies on this post got af soon after spotting and I am just having a very strange cycle. My spotting was over a week ago, nothing but negatives and then last night a positive opk. So I have lost track of dpos especially since the positive opk last night, but I am cycle day 40. Very confused haha

Haven't read the thread so apols if I'm repeating what others have said, but light brown spotting happens in pregnancy and I understand that it can be a sign of the embryo implanting in the womb. I had light brown spotting with both of my pregnancies, and both times mistook it for a period! Fingers crossed for you

Oh yeah I agree, it's so heartbreaking when af shows up. But it's like the slate is wiped clean and the madness is over. But as soon as 9-11 dpo comes around the craziness starts all over again 🤦🏼‍♀️ it's a proper rollercoaster.

I just want to know what's happening now, but my gp is very unsympathetic and says I just have to ride it out, I have had some crazy cycles and I guess this ones no different 😣
