@PeacockingAbout - Ah, newborn cuddles Smile lucky you!
Yeah, I've got ultra-sore breasts and weirdly aching all over today, which is new. Nothing else though. Yours sound interesting, especially nausea... fx!

PeacockingAbout · 22/03/2019 13:28

@starkid oh lovely, meal out will be fab!

I'm meeting my newborn nephew on Saturday, super excited! Bringing cake and a collapsible prosecco glass to keep in the changing bag for Mum Wink Grin

I'm certainly spotting symptoms! Tender breasts, sore back, headaches, tired and butterflies/slightly nauseous. But I'm also a bit run down and actually tired so I think that is why. I predict (based on last month!) that they will all vanish when I get a BFN tomorrow morning!

@Jessikka love a bit of afternoon tea! Have fun, hope the baby questions aren't too searching!

@Fuiseog good luck, willing your ovaries on! Enjoy the newborn cuddles.

orangeloo · 22/03/2019 12:26

Thank you @PeacockingAbout @starkid @Fuiseog! X

@MrsH497 ah okay that's annoying for you still a chance though FX for you x

LikeTheFruit · 22/03/2019 11:45

@Jessikka GIL is totally a thing, mine is an absolute gem! Can't say the same for MIL, who incidentally is visiting this weekend!
Enjoy your afternoon tea

Thanks @PeacockingAbout. Hoping all the babies will kick my ovaries/uterus into gear! 😂

Jessikka · 22/03/2019 11:26

Morning all! ✌🏻

Just sat minding my own business with a cuppa on 3dpo! FF sand Glow have me down as Ov (based on my temp rises) on Tuesday; though I sneakily suspect I'm 2dpo really! Because I'm apparently an expert 🙄😂

How is everyone? I'm patiently waiting to go for an afternoon tea with the SIL, MIL and ....GIL? ... is Grandmother in Law a thing? 🤷🏼‍♀️ im mentally prepping myself for the inevitable baby q's that WILL come as they always do !

Have a nice day! il save you cake!

MrsH497 · 22/03/2019 11:05

@Fuiseog @orangeloo I don't know I was 5 days late for AF last month so not optimistic

Fuiseog · 22/03/2019 10:40

Happy Friday everyone! Delighted to be almost at the weekend Grin

Good luck with your appointment, @orangeloo, and good luck @MrsH497 if you test today!

Day 7 of flashing smiley high for me today - was really hoping for the static smiley peak indicator this morning! Come on, ovulation! I'm on CD16 but in fairness that's about half way through for me, so not really late, all should still be fine🤞 Going to meet one of my dearest friend's newborn tomorrow and very excited about it but of course I know it will make me insanely broody! I'd love to know I was at peak and had DTD so was in with a chance for this month before getting there! That's my plan anyway... Not that I actually get to control it! Hope you all have something nice to enjoy this weekend Smile

starkid · 22/03/2019 09:28

@PeacockingAbout - very excited about the weekend here too! Any nice plane? I'm starting it off with a nice meal out tonight :) how are you, any symptoms at all? Think I'm going to do a cheapie test Sunday when 11dpo Grin

@orangeloo - good luck with your appointment xx

PeacockingAbout · 22/03/2019 09:18

Happy Fri-YAY ladies! Very keen for this weekend! Has anyone any nice weekend plans?

Thanks @BabyO1988 - I hope so!

@LikeTheFruit the TWW makes you suspect everything! Hope the weekend shifts are ok.

@granddesigns sorry to hear you're feeling pants! There is something going round! When are you testing?

@orangeloo glad you've got an appointment in, hope you get some answers.

@MrsH497 good luck - are you testing?

Feeling pretty rough today. Sausage sandwiches and coffee to power through Brew

orangeloo · 22/03/2019 09:15

@MrsH497 oooh. Test??

MrsH497 · 22/03/2019 08:52

Morning ladies thanks for starting the new thread @starkid. Well 2 days late for AF here and a super emotional wreck last night Sadoh well let's wait and see!

orangeloo · 22/03/2019 07:51

@thosethreewords ah the good old start stop start! Thanks AF haha.

I've booked an appointment to ask for 21 day bloods next week. I think my 3-7 days of spotting before AF may be down to low progesterone aah just one stress or concern after another. On the plus I'm glad it's Friday!! Have a good day all. X

thosethreewords · 22/03/2019 07:46

@orangeloo I'm definitely not really light anymore... I think it was a fluke and as soon as I said it AF announced she was going to stay a little longer. Back your bags and leave!!!

orangeloo · 22/03/2019 07:20

@thosethreewords I had a pretty light period two cycles ago the last one was more normal again though. Our cycles and periods do change over time. Maybe if you have some cheap tests test again just to double check you aren't pregnant.

thosethreewords · 22/03/2019 04:25

I'm feeling a bit confused because I'm CD4 now and my period was so light.. I barely had any bleeding yesterday only spotting.
I don't know if it's because I'm on night shifts but I'm very confused at a 2 day period!
It's usually 4-5 days, and while I've not got heavy periods, this is unusual. I had a BFN the day before my period on 11DPO so I don't think it could be implantation bleeding (and if it was, CD1 was reasonably heavy as usual for me)

MotherOfShihTzus · 21/03/2019 23:12

Thanks for the add @starkid :)

How is everyone getting on?

Lemonysherbet · 21/03/2019 23:07

@starkid no but I'm not cycle two either, just to confuse you 😂 I'm pausing until post Zika country visit.

granddesigns · 21/03/2019 22:16

Just checking in to mark my place
On this new thread. Am hanging on at the end of another tww and feeling pretty rough tonight, either signs that af is on the way or something better? Have taken start of next week off just in case! Good luck to all those
Waiting, testing, and bd'ing!

starkid · 21/03/2019 21:05

@Lemonysherbet - I'll update for the next list. Are you still cycle 1 too?

OP posts:
Lemonysherbet · 21/03/2019 21:00

Thanks @starkid

I'm still lurking, sadly I'm now 31 ,😂.

BabyO1988 · 21/03/2019 20:15

@PeacockingAbout all good signs then! Fingers crossed for you! Hopefully when you test on Saturday, you'll get a good result 🙂

Fuiseog · 21/03/2019 20:14

Hi ladies, hope you are all well! I see lots of you are also at the stage of peeing on lots of OPK sticks 🙈😂 Went AWOL for a while there a things got crazy at work and home and I ended up going a few weeks without time off so I was basically just sleeping during any time I had! I see I missed BFPs though - fab news! 💖

I am now officially well into cycle 3. AF was only a day later than expected but I had ovulated so early that my 2ww end up a 3ww!!! It was so long! And then one of my apps even said it was too long to make future predictions 😂 Anyway, I suspect I ovulated early last month because my body was out of whack from being sick. I'm now on day 6 of flashing high fertility smileys on OPK this month and hoping for a static smiley peak tomorrow 🤞. Fingers crossed also for everyone doing OPK and pregnancy tests tomorrow!

SunnyL88 · 21/03/2019 19:58

I’m 100% clinging on to hope and symptom spotting like cray... so I’ve been feeling slightly nauseous and getting hot flushes and waking in the night too hot. Still getting bfn on the ic and I’m cd 27 today. This is so stressful the whole process

LikeTheFruit · 21/03/2019 19:55

Thanks for the advice @FlapJackered @PeacockingAbout Think I'll wait till Tuesday then assuming AF doesn't appear before then - which I'm sure she will as I have no symptoms at all except pretty thirst but that could have been the hot yoga 😂

PeacockingAbout · 21/03/2019 19:43

Thanks for the new thread @starkid! Yay more cycle buddies! I really should wait til Monday but I know I won't Blush thank heaven for cheap tests.

@cupcakesandglitter, I think I'm 8DPO now, but I'm still going from predictions as I can't do OPKs at work and have a very variable wakeup time so will struggle with temping!

@BabyO1988 I bloody hope so! Not really stuffy nose, just shattered, and really tender all over. Sore back, breasts, head, legs, the works! But have also been in the office for 14/15hrs a day this week so that is more likely a cause!

@DayDreamer1707 I understand the slightly sad relief when AF arrives when you really want to be pregnant just not exactly this exact month x. Fingers crossed on the other three interviews!

@KatBeCool loving the BD schedule (you should print it for the fridge!) That's a great positive and hopefully the fact that its different to usual will be a good sign. Are the side effects the same this month as last?

My DH is definitely still finding every 2 days enough of a novelty that he's happily obliging! Morning is too far though, I don't wake earlier than I need to for anything Grin

@CrossfitGirl, I am very disappointed you did not accept the cannon. Think of all the important announcements you now can't make. "And the moment you've all be waiting for... egg fried rice YES I've made my takeaway selection!". How does one announce the baby's sex by cannon anyway?

@FivebyFive2 exciting for your brother! Always get the pate is my motto.

@LikeTheFruit it might be kinder to yourself to wait, if you are more deeply impacted by the disappointment than the uncertainty. Personaly, I really hate the uncertainty, I prefer to have the possibility removed than be thinking "oh I might be though" so I test early.

I'll be testing Sat AM (10DPO) before I go and meet my newborn nephew as I'd find seeing him harder not knowing if I was pregnant, than knowing that I wasn't (even if I get a false negative I won't have been stressing in that moment)

Feeling all out of sorts this week though, really don't think I've got lucky but until I can test, I can't help but assign every niggle to being pregnant and feeling achy and tired, while much more likely to be being actually tired, is making me really antsy!
