@Fuiseog - congratulations!!! Grin

Hope everyone is doing ok-ish?
(thinking of you @cupcakesandglitter xx)

I'm CD12, and DH & I have both been ill both of that time, and he's also been away some of this week, so DTD hasn't happened so far :-/ he's back tonight though so will every other day for a while.
I was going to avoid doing opks this cycle, but might start them today but still try & keep it pretty casual. With us both being ill, and me taking AF arriving pretty badly this month, I think will be good for me to just chill and have low expectations! Then will make a doc appointment once next cycle begins :)

@cupcakesandglitter how are you feeling this morning? I couldn't stop thinking about you and hope everything is well.

KatBeCool · 05/04/2019 10:15

@Chocol4te you still get ewcm even if you don't ovulate, you can even get the cramps. Do you temp? That's usually a good way to know.

Chocol4te · 05/04/2019 10:11

Hi girls, the issue is that also the CM was consistent with ovulation when the OPK was showing static face so I think I really ovulated then, only that I don't understand why AF is so late this month, longest cycle was 36 now I am on day 42 😔

TrulyMiss · 05/04/2019 09:49

@AysLon I got the static smiley on day 8 of testing.

@Chocl4te a few days after that I realised that my cm was indicating I was gearing up to ovulate again and started testing again. Got a static smiley on day 3 of testing this time but I definitely started later than you would ordinarily.

I care off the pill in November and had two normal cycles, now two v long ones (46 and 44 days), most likely due to the nearly ovulating business...

AysLon · 05/04/2019 08:52

@Chocol4te I am in the same boat as you. Came off the pill early October. Normal periods came back straight away but they are never regular or consistent. Averaging 33 days so could be worse. This is the 2nd month I am TTC using CBOPK. Day 20 still showing flashing smiley face (It's been doing that for 6 days now) I have no idea what's going with my body and it is frustrating. I'm trying to keep my mind off worrying about it by going to the gym in my spare time during the week, if I'm not going to be pregnant in the summer I may as well get beach body ready! Grin nice to know we are not alone.

rose555 · 05/04/2019 08:36

Morning all - happy Friday! I just tested...couldn’t resist any longer... surprise surprise, BFN. I’m only on 9DPO so taking comfort in @fuiseog story! What are everyone’s plans for the weekend?

TrulyMiss · 05/04/2019 08:30

@Chocol4te it can just take a while to settle after coming off the pill as @KatBeCool says, if you didn’t ovulate on day 15 your body may have tried again later. Hard to know now as you can’t test for it. I’m in the same boat, my cycle has yet to settle properly after coming off the pill.

Fuiseog · 05/04/2019 07:54

And thank you @fivebyfive2 ! Must have posted at the same time Smile

Fuiseog · 05/04/2019 07:53

Thank you, @cupcakesandglitter @Ayslon @Rose555 @KatBeCool @thosethreewords @smitch82 and @orangeloo !!!
Really hope I didn't miss anyone but thank you all just in case - the support on this thread is so lovely.

@KatBeCool I got a BFN the morning I was 9 DPO, tested quite early due to local chicken pox outbreak I was worried about! So then decided I wouldn't test again till the weekend, but that night I had the cramps and it was so out of the ordinary, so tested the next morning at 10 DPO and up came the second line! And let me be honest, there was not even a glimmer of a hint of a shadow of a line on the test the day before - I was lighting it with the torch from all directions 🙈

@MrsH497 So sorry to hear about your loss, we have cats and I just adore them, I know how much love we can give our pets x

Fivebyfive2 · 05/04/2019 07:52

@cupcakesandglitter, hope you're feeling better this morning but I'd still call the Dr either way, just in case. Xxxx

@MrsH497, I totally get it, I always had hamsters (until we got the cat!) They're ace little animals. Xx

@Fuiesog, Woooooo 😃Congratulations!! Xx

orangeloo · 05/04/2019 07:30

@cupcakesandglitter can you poas? That way you'll see if it is mc? Sorry if you've done that and I've missed it.

@Fuiseog congratulations!! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.

@KatBeCool got my fingers crossed for you! X

smitch82 · 05/04/2019 06:43

@Fuiseog huge congratulations btw - hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months xx

smitch82 · 05/04/2019 06:42

Weird day yesterday. I was driving and I felt really nauseous. Thought I was going to throw up 🤢 then (TMI) I did a sick burb in the evening just before bed.

I am due AF today and have felt cramps all week. Do you think it could just be AF messing with me?

Not had many other symptoms except bloating and back pain...

MrsH497 · 05/04/2019 04:31

@cupcakesandglitter @AysLon @thosethreewords @KatBeCool
Thanks ladies truly heartbroken my little hamster was everything (I know hamsters aren't a lot to many but she was our first pet) it has just totally flawed me. Work tonight has occupied my mind but thinking about her and everything yesterday evening before she was put to sleep makes me well up. Going to miss her xx

cupcakesandglitter · 04/04/2019 23:22

Thanks @thosethreewords @KatBeCool becoming more and more nauseous, won't be able to stay awake much longer so I'll check in tomorrow. Thanks both x

KatBeCool · 04/04/2019 23:04

@MrsH497 oh no, I'm so sorry. My heart aches just thinking about ever not having my dogs.

@cupcakesandglitter that size of a clot would normally be a sign of concern. If anything unusual or painful happens in the next few days, see a dr. So I'm wishing you very uneventful body symptoms.

@thosethreewords hah, thanks for kind wishes.

@Chocol4te how late is your AF? It is not possible to ovulate again, however, if you didn't ovulate the first time despite the positive opk, your body will go through the motions again.

thosethreewords · 04/04/2019 22:45

@Fuiseog congratulations!! I must have crossed post or something earlier because I didn't see it! Amazing news.

@MrsH497 💕 sending you much love. I grieved for my dog as much as I have for a "human" I've lost - I am so sorry for your loss.

@cupcakesandglitter that's really odd.. I can't explain that. It sounds almost like old blood? Could it be implantation? i agree - see how you feel tomorrow. I hope you have an uneventful night sleep. On the other hand, @KatBeCool I wish you a very eventful 2 hour pain at night soon in the hope you will go the same way as @Fuiseog!

Chocol4te · 04/04/2019 22:16

We are TTC (trying to conceive) for 3 months now, not long I know but I am becoming really impatient now haha, I was on a pill for ages and stopped taking it last May, we've just started to conceive this year in Jan, my period was never regular and quite long, now I am on day 41 (never had a cycle this long) and took few tests all negative, I am monitoring ovulation with Clear Blue Digital and got a peak on day 15 , but now 26 days later no period no BFP (big fat positive), I am pretty sure I am not pregnant even if I had a couple of symptoms but what I am wondering is do I need to wait for AF to come before TTC (trying to conceive) again? Can I ovulate without AF to come ? I don't understand what my body is doing ☹️

KatBeCool · 04/04/2019 22:08

@Fuiseog I had a feeling you'd be pregnant! Congratulations! I guess we'll hope for some two hour long pain that wakes me up. How many dpo are you?

Thank you all for keeping my hopes up.

cupcakesandglitter · 04/04/2019 21:56

Thanks @smitch82 I'm gonna see how I feel tomorrow and take it from there xx

rose555 · 04/04/2019 21:14

@fuiseog congratulations!!!!! What wonderful news for you 💗

smitch82 · 04/04/2019 21:07

@cupcakesandglitter I got nauseous with AF last month it was really late. I would go and get checked out just in case.

cupcakesandglitter · 04/04/2019 20:25

@AysLon it is similar sort of looks wise (different colour) but I don't have the pain with it, I guess I can't figure out if it's just a random abnormal AF but the nausea is making me doubt it

AysLon · 04/04/2019 20:23

@cupcakesandglitter ahh just re read and u said AF had already started.
