What do you think? The line has since faded but I did the test a couple of hours ago.

Agreed! And thanks. Fingers crossed.

No worries ladies. Unfortunately these forums are a bit of a minefield with a mixture of some very fertile and some not so fertile people. All the best and congrats, H&H 9 months to you!

HappyGoLuckyGo · 21/03/2019 12:25

Oh dear, I'm SORRY for being insensitive, I mean! Not for it. Unfortunate typo!

Apologies @Ells0204, you make a good point and I'm for being insensitive.

I'm just surprised that a very unsexy month has ended in an apparent BFP, but "inconvenient" timing (entirely with respect to my job) doesn't mean this baby won't be loved and wanted. Wishing everyone else well on their journeys!

My comment was not meant to be insensitive at all so I apologise if it came across that way, of course if I was pregnant I would cherish the oppertunity. I totally appreciate the fact that people are trying to conceive. You know nothing about me so there's no need to be so rude! FYI I've got the implant hence why I wanted a second opinion in the first place because I've been getting the same symptoms I had in my first pregnancy. I read online that in the third year if your not the average weight it can become not as affective maybe I did post on the wrong thread there's really no need to be so abrupt with people you don't know them or their situation

Ells0204 · 21/03/2019 11:56

Great to see some posts on here about pregnancies being “inconvenient” on a forum called “conception” where a lot of women on here have been trying months even years and would kill to be in your positions. Perhaps try protection next time if it’s that inconvenient Smile

Bethy1995 · 21/03/2019 10:13

Thanks guy, that's kind of the result I wanted as getting married in July so it wouldn't be great timing at all.

Good luck to you all in your journey though!

kittycat01 · 21/03/2019 09:53

Thanks guys. I'm going to double check later but would explain why my period didn't show up! Very nervous as my last two pregnancies resulted in miscarriage!

gamerchick · 21/03/2019 09:25

Don't stress about the line. I never got dark lines and only tested the once.

I'm sorry bethy that's a negative test

HappyGoLuckyGo · 21/03/2019 09:11

@kittycat01 I'd say that's a clear positive! Doesn't matter if it's faint, a line is a line.

Don't see anything on yours @Bethy1995, I'm afraid.

Please can I jump in? My period was due on Monday and I did this test this morning...not sure how many dpo I am- either 12 or 14! Surely it should be stronger than this though? I'm going to buy a FRER test today...thoughts please. Is it bad news if it's positive and not very strong? x

HappyGoLuckyGo · 21/03/2019 08:40

Thanks. It's OK, I'll get my head around it - and DH will be ecstatic, and DS will be a good big brother. We've just got a lot going on, I was looking forward to an easier life now DS is a little older!

Ah well. Congrats to me, I guess!

gamerchick · 21/03/2019 08:33

Yeah that's a positive. Sorry if its not the result you want though.

HappyGoLuckyGo · 21/03/2019 04:44

Yeah... pretty sure that's positive. Urgh. Extremely inconvenient.

SauvingnonBlanketyBlanc · 20/03/2019 20:14

Sorry I can't see a line

HappyGoLuckyGo · 20/03/2019 20:06

Thanks. I can certainly see it, even on the original photos. Feeling completely normal but CD33 when last two cycles were 25 and 32 days respectively. Will try the other test with FMU tomorrow, then get an FRER if necessary. I got a false positive on a foreign test with blue ink a while ago, so remain sceptical!

I can see a line!!

Waitingonasmiley42 · 20/03/2019 19:11

I can't see a line at all!

HappyGoLuckyGo · 20/03/2019 16:58

I'm not sure when it's due as I've only had 3 cycles since having my child, unfortunately. This has been the longest cycle so far (ie I thought I was overdue) which is why I did the test, but maybe it's just settling?

OP posts:
gamerchick · 20/03/2019 16:56

If you're getting such faint lines there's absolutely no point in wasting money on a digital. Good luck.

Your tests look negative to me, maybe try again when your period is due.
