I follow her - Her bump is neater than mine will ever be Grin

Did another OPK this afternoon - negative so surge is over and tomorrow will be 1DPO for me! DTD yesterday and today, so I think that's this month's efforts over. No more POAS or checking my cervix every time I go to the loo for the next couple of weeks.

Broodyaf · 21/03/2019 11:40

Morning ladies!

Anyone follow Mrs Hinch?
I'm hinching the bit out here to try and keep myself busy lol
Even she's pregnant so I can't even clean with our thinking of Baby Hinch 🤣

You have a while to go yet @Peachyx2505 before it's jiggy jiggy time! Lol
My cycle is only 24 days so I only have the TWW and AF days where it's just sleep 🙄

Must go and check my urine with an OPK 😏

Peachyx2505 · 21/03/2019 07:21

@Broodyaf I'm on cycle day 3! Ages to go.... should ov around the 5th/6th AF due the 19th/20th based on a 32 day cycle. Hoping I have a shorter cycle this month though as I'm on night shifts just before and over ov!! I range from 29-32 days usually x

deathbycats · 20/03/2019 21:18

😂 yes a lot more sleep happens! That’s why it’s relaxed. I feel no guilt in just going to bed to watch a bit of tv or just sleep.

Bab1990 · 20/03/2019 20:52

Past ovulation here but had ovulation like cramps yesterday and earlier so a little confused🤔 But dtd earlier and will for the next couple days incase ive ovulated later than i thought so weve covered all bases🙂 Im with u Broodyaf in the TWW all that happens is sleep🤣🤣

Broodyaf · 20/03/2019 20:28

Oh - can someone clarify this for me please...

Are all OPKs the same? As in, when u get ur positive, do they ALL mean that ul be ovulating in the next 24-48 hours?

When u test every day and u get nearly positive, positive, back to nearly positive, so u know the middle one is the surge ... that doesn't mean that u have ovulated that day, doesn't it mean that you are about to??

I bet I've confused some of u now 😏

Broodyaf · 20/03/2019 20:26

Haha, "more relaxed" is one way of describing it... once I know I'm defo out of the fertile days the only thing happening in the bedroom is sleep and lots of it! 😂 it's a feast to a famine here 🙈😂

@Peachyx2505 I kinda did, but came home and have ate so much junk food 🤷‍♀️😫 where are you in ur cycle?xx

deathbycats · 20/03/2019 20:10

Close to ovulation here Broodyaf. Had positive OPKs today so it should be happening tomorrow! Roll on the TWW (and being able to be more relaxed in the bedroom!)

Michellebops · 20/03/2019 20:10

Flo says mine is Friday but always 2 days out so think I'll be Sunday.

Peachyx2505 · 20/03/2019 20:08

@Broodyaf good on you! Did you feel good after? Xx

Broodyaf · 20/03/2019 19:39

Oh and today is CD8 and I normally ovulate in CD10, so we're busy busy atm. DTD last nite and again this evening... and they say God loves a trier 😜

Anyone else getting close to ovulation day?

Broodyaf · 20/03/2019 19:38

@lori2019 I'm Gemini 🙋‍♀️
Wonder could I have wasted so much money on all them other conception tools, when all I had to do was read my horoscopes! Please God it's right, cos nothing else is atm 😂😂

@Peachyx2505 I actually went back to my PT today, trying to take a leaf outta ur book and keep myself busy - thanks for the wee pep talk yday! Xx

Michellebops · 20/03/2019 18:58

God this is 💩💩💩

deathbycats · 20/03/2019 17:50

Roll on the TWW symptom spotting too 😂

Michellebops · 20/03/2019 17:48

Thanks @deathbycats and @Navy123

I usually ovulate around day 14 though flo app has me at 12. I'm 10 just now. Just did a clear blue opk and got a blank circle so I'm definitely not going to ovulate on day 12. Just as well as my partner is away tonight.

Thought my nipples are sore 🤷‍♀️

Honestly symptom spot bloody everything

lori2019 · 20/03/2019 17:24

Any fellow Gemini's on the bus... had a little chuckle when I read this.

There are other possibilities for the full moon. If you are hoping to become pregnant, you may be knitting baby booties during the week of March 20, plus or minus four days, for the house where this friendly full moon is shining also rules conception and birth.

Navy123 · 20/03/2019 16:42

michelle I think it is - it is for me anyway! Mine were on cd12 this month which is fairly usual (I ov around cd19 usually). They've definitely got stronger since having my son - I rarely noticed them before.

deathbycats · 20/03/2019 15:53

michelle I had strong pains on cd9, and a little bleed. I’m cd15 now and had 2 positive OPKs this morning and this afternoon. I got EWCM on cd12, 13 and today.

Michellebops · 20/03/2019 15:42

Hi @Navy123 I had started another thread about ovulation pains but no one answered. I'm on cd11 and had strong pains 8&9 and wondered if that was normal?

Navy123 · 20/03/2019 15:10

Ovulation pains - I get these too, usually twice per cycle? Once about 4-5 days before I ov then when I ov. This month I had the earlier ones about a week ago and still no signs of the other ones so now I'm worrying I ovd early and missed our chance this month 🙁
Hopefully I'm just over thinking it! I feel like we should try one more time tonight just to be sure but I really really can't be bothered!

Navy123 · 20/03/2019 15:02

dragon sorry ovia is messed up for you too - I hope you've had success working it out for yourself!

Peachyx2505 · 20/03/2019 08:30

Aww thank you. Honestly it's just something I've learnt to do over the years.
How about an at home exercise dvd? There's loads on YouTube? That's my plan this month.
Do you go out walking at all? I know walking gives you more time to think but we go geocaching. We started before having DS so it's not just for kids 😂 I know plenty of adults who do it. It gets us out to new places and you have something to focus on xx

Broodyaf · 19/03/2019 20:09

Pressed send too quickly - so sorry about your sister Peachy xxx

Ur doing so well keeping yourself busy and ur mind occupied!! X

Broodyaf · 19/03/2019 20:08

Thank you @Peachyx2505

I had started going to PT twice a week but I'm going to pull the pin on it. 1/2 the time I don't go now, and I actually have got to hate it! I gave up the cigarettes on 1st Jan (another TTC effort) and I have put 1 1/2 stone! So the PT isn't even helping. I just get all anxious when it's coming round to the time that I should be getting ready to go.

No I don't really have any hobbies any more - tbh I have no interest in anything these days. All interest and motivation has gone out the window (as I sit her still in my jammies from yesterday!! 🙈)

Peachyx2505 · 19/03/2019 20:02

Oh broody 💕 I want to give you biggest hug. Having nothing else to focus on really is the shittiest thing. I'm trying to keep occupied by doing all the fiddly little jobs around the house, painting and sorting out bloody plastic tat are on the cards for tomorrow. Have you got any hobbies to focus on? Or maybe start something new that you've always wanted to try/do?
This month is a shit month for me as it will be 6 years ago I lost my sister to cancer....I always try and find something new to do around this time of year as I'm focussed and excited about that and don't spiral down the hole of sitting and thinking things over. Be kind to yourself lovely xx
