@Betty that's great about your DS! Sorry I don't know anything about temps though.

@Buggles1 that is smoothing her car got broken into but she was a bit insensitive with the pix. I'd be really upset.

@Rose68 I feel exactly the same. I'm really struggling. Keeping fx you get your BFP very soon x

tigsyboo · 06/03/2019 15:43

@Rose68 I'm sorry you feel so low :(
I'm sure it will happen for you. I don't know what else to say. Sending you love xx

ratherbeshowjumping · 06/03/2019 15:26

Please don't feel you have to leave @rose xxx

Rose68 · 06/03/2019 14:33

Hi Ladies, sorry for being quiet recently. I am still struggling with everything, in fact I think it’s fair to say that all of us who have not managed to conceive are struggling.
I think I am going to take myself away from here for a bit. I wish all of you so much luck and hopefully @Dartmoordoughnut that line will turn into a definite positive.

ratherbeshowjumping · 06/03/2019 14:24

@Buggles that's awful, your poor sister. People are so horrid Angry I am sorry about your sister though, that is really insensitive Flowers how many weeks are you now? Hopefully it won't be long until you can send some pics back x

@Dartmoor thank you. I'm keeping everything crossed for you that it is a sticky line. Have you got any more frer's left?

DartmoorDoughnut · 06/03/2019 14:00

@ratherbeshowjumping sorry you’re feeling awful, hope it’s the start of something rather than just a stinking cold! I feel totally fine, exhausted but 4yr old had a bad night and slept on my head so that’s to be expected!

@Buggles1 sorry about your Sis being insensitive Flowers

@BettySwoll0cks normally 28 day cycle (although was 26 last month) so due on the 8th I think

I would love to believe that line but I don’t, we’ll see what the next few days bring but I’m expecting AF

BettySwoll0cks · 06/03/2019 12:43

Definitely something there @DartmoorDoughnut, how long is your LP usually? I never get a decent line until the day AF is due. FRER maybe a day or 2 before but there's absolutely no point in testing early with an IC, I find. Fx!!

@Buggles1 that sucks that her car was broken into, but I'm sorry she upset you with the scans. That's a bit thoughtless really Thanks

Buggles1 · 06/03/2019 12:13

Looking positive @Dartmoor... fx that lines gets darker as the days progress.
Fab news re the scan @edidxb. I have another doc appointment in the calendar (11th) but no hope of a scan (unless private) any time soon.

My sister’s car was broken into (on her driveway) on the weekend (took the dashcam I got her for Xmas) so I’ve been a bit preoccupied with that. It did give me chance to congratulate her re her pregnancy. What I hadn’t expected was two pics of baby scans by text. Really could have done without her rubbing it in. Thought she would have been more thoughtful of my feelings... should have known better though!

ratherbeshowjumping · 06/03/2019 11:16

@Dartmoor yay, tentative congrats... the line is definitely more pronounced today, although I can see it better on the actual test that on the one where you've taken it apart. Keep testing!
I'm still feeling a bit snotty... sore boobs and cramps which are usual for this time of the month, but my crampy legs which I get every single month without fail have vanished. I'm going to hold out until Saturday to test I think, that would put me at 10dpo. It's so unlikely to happen this month so I know I'm massively clutching at straws. How are you feeling in yourself?

DartmoorDoughnut · 06/03/2019 10:54

12dpo @BettySwoll0cks

BettySwoll0cks · 06/03/2019 10:51

How many dpo @DartmoorDoughnut?

DartmoorDoughnut · 06/03/2019 10:38

Ugh I wish we had an edit button! I took the test out as it has a plastic casing which made a decent photo difficult

DartmoorDoughnut · 06/03/2019 10:36

@ratherbeshowjumping how are you feeling?

@Pegase hope you’re doing ok Flowers

@edidxb fantastic news re the scan! So lovely to hear the heartbeat Grin ❤️

@BettySwoll0cks great news re sleep, my boys both end up in bed with me still, I actually snuck out at 1am last night and took one of their beds so I got a few hours without being squashed to death!

I appear to have a line this morning 🤷🏻‍♀️ total headfuck and I’m not sure if I trust it or not yet!

I suppose the app will tell me in the coming days whether my temps indicate successful Ov. I think its algorithm uses the 3 temps following the rise and then confirms Ov if they are elevated enough. So if there is something awry I suppose it just won't confirm...

ratherbeshowjumping · 06/03/2019 10:18

Yay @Betty that's great! Well done to your DS. You must feel fab today.

I think a little dip is usual, wouldn't worry too much about it. Glad you had a rise this morning though.

BettySwoll0cks · 06/03/2019 08:28

I just synced my ovusense this morning expecting a nice steady rise and got that 🤷‍♀️

BettySwoll0cks · 06/03/2019 08:27

Ah great thanks @tigsyboo x

tigsyboo · 06/03/2019 08:04

Yey @BettySwoll0cks !!

I wouldn't worry about the dip.... mine wasn't a standard climb after Ov... and I got a bfp.....

BettySwoll0cks · 06/03/2019 07:52

Wahoo DS went through from 7.30-5.30 with just 1 wake up at 9pm when he had a bad dream. I got into his bed at 5.30 and he eventually fell back to sleep until 7. 👏👏👏👏 I actually had a full night's sleep!!!!

Charting gurus an anyone tell me what this is about on my chart? I Ov CD16 every cycle like clockwork, but what is the dip in temp 2dpo? Does this mean I've had a failed Ov? Something wrong with my progesterone levels? I exercised yesterday and had warm foods and dressed in warm pj's last night to try and keep my temp up but still it's dipped?

My little sister was like your son Betty and would get out of bed at all hours - my parents had loads of success with a sleepy time bunny clock which sounds like the grow clock. When the bunny woke up she was allowed to get out of bed.

My room was next to my parents room and the walls in our house were very thin 😫 I don't remember ever seeing anything though.

Me and DH once got burst in on by DH's teenage brother. It was so embarrassing! Especially because he obviously left straight away but then stood outside the room continuing what he was saying so I had to get up, get dressed and go downstairs to sort out what he wanted! If I remember correctly I'd borrowed his hoody and he couldn't find it (despite it being left in a very obvious place!). He seemed totally unbothered by the whole incident! The joys of living with in-laws... 😂

InDreamland · 05/03/2019 21:28

OMG @Betty 🤣 I think if my parents ever told me that I'd be scarred for life! Definitely would be needing therapy Confused I tell my sister that I changed her nappies and she gets all freaked out ..........well of course I was only little too but my mum let me have a go, it's all play for a little girl right? A real dolly to play with.

BettySwoll0cks · 05/03/2019 21:04

Yes @InDreamland I think we've all been there as kids! My parents once told my older sister that she was asleep in the bed when I was conceived. She'd have been about 18 months and it's always freaked her out 😂

InDreamland · 05/03/2019 19:52

Awww @Betty, so cute. I know you're tired but also very loving 💗 hopefully soon you'll get a good nights sleep that will also help with conceiving and growing a sibling............I remember when I was little bursting in on mum and dad early in the morning and being told off ........now I know why! Eeeaaauuuggghhhhh!

BettySwoll0cks · 05/03/2019 19:44

Ha ha I know @InDreamland, you'd have to have nerves of fucking steel though to hear your LO crying for you and not go to them! I could never do it, never left him to cry for more than a few minutes in nearly 3 years. He's such a cherub, but I am a very tired Mummy!!

InDreamland · 05/03/2019 18:32

Thanks @Dartmoor and @rather.

@edidxb that's great news with the scan. Fx little baby is nice and comfy in there for at least the next 32 weeks.

@Betty what you say about your DS reminds me of my sister when she was little, my parents had the same issue .........so they locked the door! Totally not suggesting you do that though but just reminded me. Sounds like good progress you're making though. Have to admit though I'm a little envious as I'd love a LO who kept wanting me, their mummy.
