@kinsters I suppose getting on with it is the only way.......just sorry it’s so rubbish. Hope the doctor can help maybe tomorrow. Not sure how but maybe some tests etc?

@tigsy my symptoms got loads better at the start of this week. Wasn’t as tired, some nausea but not as much, metallic taste gone etc. then I went to the doctor on Tuesday and by Tuesday evening they were back with a vengeance and I have felt rotten ever since.

@rose68 and @frazzlerock I wasn’t really posting the other day but I just want to say I hope you are both ok. I totally get why you would want to disappear as TTC is such a tough thing especially if you want to TTC and it’s not even happening. However we all really care about both of you and I hope everything is OK.

@pegase how are you doing now and feeling?

@indreamland I am sorry you are feeling so rubbish about everything at the moment. I wish I could wave a magic wand for you. Do you have any more tests coming up?

tigsyboo · 08/03/2019 11:24

Now* not not

tigsyboo · 08/03/2019 11:23

Although... some kids are just a pain! My step nephew is a real nasty piece of work, sly, manipulative, constantly picking for a reaction out of his cousins and then crying when he gets it in order to get them into trouble. He's a product of his environment tho as my sis-in-law is a prick too!!

GP booked me a re-assurance scan next Friday at 7+2. I feel like the minute it was booked all my symptoms stopped and not I'm in worry mode 😩

ratherbeshowjumping · 08/03/2019 11:03

It's ok @Betty, none of us thought you were just venting Grin I totally agree with you. One of my nephews is constantly slated by MIL (her DGD) for being "naughty" and not wanting to play football/rough games with his cousins. Instead he'd prefer to sit in and quietly draw/bake/Lego etc. Really upsetting to hear how "rude" and "stubborn" he apparently is, simply because he doesn't want to kick a ball Sad

BettySwoll0cks · 08/03/2019 09:45

That rant was brought on by the smoking/drinking while pregnant conversation by the way. Not just a random rant!!

BettySwoll0cks · 08/03/2019 09:39

Morning all, @Kinsters really sorry to hear what's happened. It is maddening isn't it when you're making all the effort and yet there's no discernible reason why they go wrong.

I get really cross too when I see parents/carers being unkind to their children. Especially when they are getting cross and being cruel to them because they're just being kids. You know? Yes kids can drive you a bit nuts sometimes with their relentless energy and it's tiring being endlessly patient but it kills me when children are branded as 'naughty' when they're just being, well, kids. I can't stand seeing small children being punished for not acting like mini adults. It makes me sad and cross.

Buggles1 · 08/03/2019 09:28

So sorry Kinsters. Is so very hard when you feel like you’ve done everything right but things still don’t work. We’re the same as you - seem to fall pregnant quickly but then can’t retain it. I keep saying to myself that at least they test for reasons once you’ve had three mc. That is the only upside if I do mc again.

InDreamland · 08/03/2019 08:57

@Kinsters I'm on CD9 and OPK just gone flashing smiley this morning. Hoping it goes static by Tuesday.

@rather you're not out until the witch shows. I totally agree with what you say, I feel like screaming at pregnant women who just carry on drinking, smoking, doing drugs etc. It just feels so unfair when we're doing all the right things and yet we are here yet others who just lead an obviously extremely unhealthy lifestyle seem to breeze through and can have a baby.

Kinsters · 08/03/2019 08:27

I agree with you on the negative tests, hate them. Still holding out hope for you though. I really don't think it's possible to tell from luteal phase symptoms (not for me anyway).

Kinsters · 08/03/2019 08:26

And that awful woman in the papers this morning whose the mother of baby Pearl Sad

ratherbeshowjumping · 08/03/2019 08:22

X post @Kinsters...
It's always the way isn't it. And you see the women puffing on fags with a can of cider in their hand with a massive bump pushing a pram... so, so unfair.

ratherbeshowjumping · 08/03/2019 08:21

Came on here with my fx'd for good news... @Kinsters I am so, so sorry. I hope the cramps aren't too bad. Sending you lots of love xxx

Thanks @edidxb & @InDreamland - I know it's early but have all the standard AF signs. Have no tests in the house so will try to wait until Tuesday when AF would be late. Hate seeing the negative tests 😢

Kinsters · 08/03/2019 08:20

Me too Tigsy I really thought this one would be OK. I'm young, healthy weight, don't drink (unless I'm on holiday), have cut out caffeine, don't smoke, take vitamins, not hugely stressed. It seems really unfair.

This will be my third as I'm pretty sure I had a chemical before the pregnancy that went to 8 weeks. I can get pregnant easily it seems (especially considering we've had a few cycles with poor timing). They just don't stick.

tigsyboo · 08/03/2019 08:13

@Kinsters I can't believe this. I really can't. I'm so so sorry xxx

Kinsters · 08/03/2019 07:53

Yep it is InDreamland, back to CD1 with a bump. What cycle day are you on now?

InDreamland · 08/03/2019 07:48

@Rather I agree with @edidxb that 9dpo is still very early so you're not out yet.

@Kinsters I'm so sorry! This is just so shit.

Kinsters · 08/03/2019 03:45

Coping edi because what else can I do really. Not very productive at work (hence replying so quickly on here lol). I'm going to go try and see my dr tomorrow morning although I expect her waiting room will be really busy with pregnant ladies cause it'll be Saturday morning. Oh well, I'll try and get there early enough that I can be seen first. The good thing about Malaysians is they're never early for things so being British I have the advantage there...

How are you feeling? You must be getting to the stage where symptoms will hopefully start easing off soon?

edidxb · 08/03/2019 03:38

@kinsters - oh no - I am so sorry.
How are you this morning? xx

Kinsters · 07/03/2019 22:53

I'll start temping again tomorrow and that should confirm it.

Kinsters · 07/03/2019 22:52

Thanks Rose. I'm not going to test, it would be a waste and I don't want to see it. There's clots in my blood so I'm pretty sure I wouldn't still be pregnant after this.

Rose68 · 07/03/2019 22:43

@Kinsters oh God I’m so sorry, sending you hugs. You should probably test just to make sure x

Kinsters · 07/03/2019 22:35

Properly bleeding and cramping now so I'm pretty sure it's over.

DartmoorDoughnut · 07/03/2019 21:39

How you doing @Kinsters? Not sure of the time difference but hope you’re fast asleep and your little bean is just snuggling in Flowers

BettySwoll0cks · 07/03/2019 14:25

I have everything crossed for you @Kinsters, probably absolutely nothing to worry about but it would be impossible not to!

Kinsters · 07/03/2019 12:45

I hope it's just that edi.

Home now and there's one small line of brown blood mixed with cm. My period does always start very lightly exactly like this though. Technically I'm not even late yet as last cycle I didn't start bleeding till 14dpo and today is only 12.
