@Bentley111 I am very late to the party here- had to take some time away from TTC thoughts after 2 mc in such quick succession.

Anyway now I am feeling stronger, would love to be added to the FB group if it is still going?

Bentley111 · 23/05/2019 07:23

I've just reinvited you @Betty
November!!! Jesus. That's atrocious.

BettySwoll0cks · 22/05/2019 18:20

Btw I got my referral to the RMC through today. Bear in mind the referral letter first went off in December 2018 ...

It's on 5 November!!!! Extremely glad I made the private appointment now...

BettySwoll0cks · 22/05/2019 18:19

I've not received an email @Bentley111, would you mind trying again?

Bentley111 · 22/05/2019 07:07

@tigsyboo if you've got an iPhone, come out of the app and log in on Safari x

tigsyboo · 21/05/2019 17:19

I'm not sure how to send a pm @Bentley111?? I've only got the app

Bentley111 · 21/05/2019 09:33

Sorry for the delay, I've been really rough. Drs have diagnosed HG and put me on anti sickness meds, hopefully they do the trick in the next few days. Emails should have been sent out to those that sent their emails over (Rose, Dartmoor, Edi, Kin & Betty, I think).
Everyone else, please message me if you'd like to join the fb group :) x

Rose68 · 20/05/2019 10:08

Hi Ladies
I know I have been quiet recently, but I am still catching up now and then. It’s great so many of you are now preggers. Still nothing from me, and I have pretty much accepted it now.
Anyway, I would love to keep in touch and I have sent my email.
xxx

Kinsters · 20/05/2019 05:14

I messaged you too Bentley.

Betty that must be really tough for both of you although hopefully on the bright side you will be able to get some good sleep (not sure how your son's sleeping is going at the moment but I remember you having trouble with it before).

No more bleeding so I'm going to tentatively head to the gym today, I won't push myself too hard but I don't want to lose the fitness I gained over the last few months.

edidxb · 19/05/2019 17:46

Thank you - email sent!

Bentley111 · 19/05/2019 13:03

Thanks @Kinsters I've managed to get an appointment for tomorrow so praying they'll be able to give me something.
How's the spotting today?

@BettySwoll0cks hope you will both be OK. Will DH be home? Hopefully it goes quickly for both of you.

I've set up a secret group on FB. Those that want to join, please message me your emails x

BettySwoll0cks · 19/05/2019 08:06

A big hug @Kinsters, how completely nerve wracking.

Yeah I'm just going to try and forget about the ivf thing until July when my consultant appt is. We'll keep trying and taking all the supplements etc and then see how we feel about an ivf round maybe in the Autumn.

I am going away on a course tomorrow for 3 days. DS and I have never been apart from each other, feels really weird 😔

Kinsters · 19/05/2019 04:48

Hope the midwife was able to help you Bentley, I haven't had much nausea but the couple of bouts I have had were awful. Can't imagine feeling like that all day every day.

Thanks Dartmoor. It was only the smallest amount of spotting yesterday morning and this morning (pretty much exactly the pattern of my last pregnancy - small amount of spotting but in the morning only). Just trying to not think about it too much. In the meantime I'm enjoying having bigger boobs!

DartmoorDoughnut · 18/05/2019 11:56

Oh and hi everyone! Would love a FB group as I keep missing updates as I can’t find the thread

DartmoorDoughnut · 18/05/2019 11:55

Sending massive (((hugs))) and stay where you are thoughts to the bean Kinsters

Bentley111 · 18/05/2019 07:14

Sorry @Kinsters I completely missed you saying your next one is in 2 weeks. Try to keep positive. I can't imagine how hard it must be for you 🙏🏼

Bentley111 · 18/05/2019 07:13

@edidxb I'd love the idea of a Fb group, would be so sad to lose touch with you all. I'm happy to set up a secret group if everyone is keen?
Can't believe you're 17 weeks already!

@Kinsters sorry to hear the bleeding has started again. Apparently my aunt bled constantly from 6-15 weeks with my cousin... try to keep positive! Do you have another scan booked in? Know it won't help things but will definitely keep you reassured.

@InDreamland I'm so sorry you're feeling so shit Sadfingers crossed the test results will come back soon and they'll be able to action them in some way.

5+5 today and I'm really struggling with sickness and nausea. It's constant, from the minute I wake up until I go to sleep. Am going to call the midwife today as am concerned I'm becoming dehydrated.

Kinsters · 18/05/2019 04:27

Whoops sorry for the double post! I guess I'm just really worried because this is exactly how my last MC happened - bleeding so I went to get a reassurance scan which showed correctly sized foetus and a good heartbeat then the bleeding carries on, next scan and it's died. I'm worried the same thing is going to happen again. Only two weeks to wait for my next scan...

Kinsters · 18/05/2019 03:56

Hey edi! I'm around seven weeks. Had a few days of no bleeding but now it seems to have started again so I don't know. I wish it wasnt so stressful. It's only a small amount of brown bleeding and I've got no cramps so I'm really hoping it's ok. Can't help but think the worst though. Just praying it doesn't get any worse.

I love the idea of keeping in touch!

InDreamland so sorry that AF arrived. It's just shit and it is really unfair. How long will you have to wait fro the results?

InDreamland · 17/05/2019 17:20

@Bentley111 AF showed on Wednesday so been feeling really down. I'm struggling a lot with being surrounded by pregnant people in real life and being unable to get pregnant then when I do I can't keep the baby. Just feeling like life is really unfair and somehow the universe is conspiring against me. We finished the antibiotics and DH has had to give another sample, we're waiting for those results now.

@Kinsters so glad the bleeding has stopped. Fx it doesn't start again and this baby sticks.

Congratulations to all the pregnant ladies, sounds like all is going well - hoping that's a positive sign for the rest of us that we'll also have the same luck.

@BettySwoll0cks glad the info evening went well. Fx for a good AMH result. Yep, private clinics do push IVF but I found that NHS does too. Apparently something to do with £££££, even NHS because it keeps all the consultant gynaecologists in work (I was told by a doctor).

edidxb · 17/05/2019 08:03

Morning all,
It's true. I don't want to post too much as I am firmly in the pregnancy stage and not everyone wants to hear all about my constipation!
However, the support I have had, and I feel all of us have had from this group following December has been HUGE. I really feel like it helped out so much.
I'm not sure if it worth creating a group on Facebook or anything so we can keep up with each other even if we are not on here that much anymore!
Great to hear from you @Frazzlerock. Good luck with the procedure next week. I really hope it can give you some answers. I have thought a lot about your wedding and I hope the plans are going well!
@kinsters, that sounds really scary with the bleeding. How many week are you now? Fingers crossed it was one of those things. I remember @twittlebee had quite a lot of bleeding and was OK. Haven't heard from her for a while but she is about 4 weeks ahead of me so must be about 24-25 weeks now!
@buggles1 that sounds like a really scary time for you with the amnio - did it hurt? Thank goodness everything is OK though for you now. I was so worried when I got my NIPT results back again.
@tigsy - moving house is so stressful - I hope you are coming to the end of it all now. 16 weeks! You are 2 weeks behind me! I'm not too bad tiredness wise now but am struggling with a slow digestive system!
@betty let us know how your test results are. July is still so long to wait, even private? Wow. Are you still TTC in the meantime though? Are you still having to move? I remember at one point you were going to have to move somewhere else......
@bentley - how are you doing now? All OK?

Weekend here today but it's GCSE exams and we have to do them on a Friday at UK timing so I am at school this afternoon for exams starting at 4pm! We are on a rota so it's the only weekend day I have to do. Have a party tonight (always fun when not drinking!) and my car is getting serviced tomorrow - exciting stuff!

Nice to hear from everyone.

Bentley111 · 15/05/2019 14:47

@Betty glad you found it worthwhile. Interesting that they were trying to push IVF - do you think that's for monetary gain or do they genuinely think it's the best option? I'm sure with all the screening it's definitely worth thinking about. Good luck for the AMH test x

@Kinsters know exactly what you mean. Lots of people on there seem very "confident" which does worry me somewhat.

@tigsyboo nightmare re the house move... I am so pleased the house we put an offer in a few months ago fell through, moving is the worst. Can't believe you've not been given an exchange date yet. Ffs!!
So pleased test results came back ok.

So lovely to hear from you @Frazzle. I can imagine the past few months have been excruciatingly painful. I don't see any reason why you can't postpone your birthday... hopefully the hysteroscopy will shed some light and you'll be celebrating it before you know it. Glad you've been busy with the wedding plans - have you managed to find a dress yet?
Is it The Courteeners you're off to see soon, or did I imagine that?x

Kinsters · 15/05/2019 14:44

So nice to hear from you Frazzle! Well done for sticking to the 12 weeks not TTC, that must have been so tough. I hope you get some answers and good fortune coming your way soon x

Frazzlerock · 15/05/2019 14:12

Hey, Sorry I've not been in touch.

Things are pretty dull over in the Frazzle end. Although I finally have my hysteroscopy next Friday and blood test results, which means we can finally get back to TTC again. But it is 3 weeks away from my 40th so I'm not feeling good about that. I want to postpone my 40th until I am pregnant and have some small hope that the baby will survive. I'm thinking about forgetting my birthday and celebrate it when I am about 20 weeks preg (if I ever get that far).
The past 12 weeks of not TTC has been excruciatingly long, but I am pleased we've stuck to it. If I had got pregnant and we lost another one I may have had to start this whole stupid recurrent MC clinic waiting bullshit all over again.

Busy wedding planning which is keeping my mind off things somewhat.

I've not read any posts since I last posted so I'm sorry I don't know what people are up to. I really really struggle with other pregnancies so I've had to stay away. I don't really know how I overcome that without being pregnant and know that things will be okay.

But I do think of you guys and I hate that my head doesn't allow me to just be normal.

xx
