@Scottish1 thanks!

@agteacht not too bad. I didn't have any sickness at all with my first but had quite a bit this time. Not all day but queesiness at times and sudden wretching at times also. Only thing that helped was eating constantly. Seems to have eased off the last couple of weeks though. Now just feel super full all the time which is at least stopping me eat as much!!

A lot of people have spotting so if you have been checked out I am sure you are fine. The midwife said they really don't mind if you go back every time. They would rather see you than not. You really won't be troubling anyone! Hope all is ok xxx

agteacht · 03/05/2019 19:12

How have your symptoms been @HeartvsHead ?

I am 8+5 today and have a tiny bit of brown spotting over last 24 hours. This is the fourth time I've had spotting since finding out I'm pregnant so given all was fine when I had a scan a week ago I'm just having to ignore it. But I would prefer it didn't happen.

Haven't had many other symptoms these last couple of days. Problem is you can read so many things online that either suggest you have a problem if your symptoms go away or suggest it's normal because symptoms subside or come and go.

I'm not sure I'll last to 12 weeks for the next scan so might end up having one at 10 weeks or so depending on how my nerves hold out...

Thank you @lauraliverpool and @agteacht 😘

Sorry @heartvshead forgot to say congratulations to you! 💗💙

Lauraliverpool · 02/05/2019 21:31

Thank you @HeartvsHead 😘 Xx

HeartvsHead · 02/05/2019 20:56

Thanks @agteacht I have my scan booked for next Thurs. I'll be 14 weeks that day so will almost definately be too late for the normal testing.

@Lauraliverpool sorry I got muddled. Hope it goes well.

agteacht · 01/05/2019 19:22

Welcome back @Scottish1 and really glad everything is going well for you!

@HeartvsHead yay for the test option!

@Scottish1 thank you 😘 feeling little better than I was, focusing on planning a joint naming ceremony/birthday party for our little boy, our appointment at the clinic next week and looking at doing some volunteering at alder hey children's hospital. So happy to hear everything is going well with you! 😘 Xx

Lauraliverpool · 01/05/2019 18:30

@HeartvsHead it's a week tomorrow my appointment, it is some comfort to know that something positive is being done now. That's what we were advised to do not try whilst having the referral to be honest I haven't found that too frustrating as would rather wait until we've had everything done at the clinic, feel grateful we haven't had to wait too long. X

Scottish1 · 01/05/2019 17:39

Oh my goodness ladies! Just caught up with the thread... couldn’t find the thread! @Lauraliverpool I am so so sorry things didn’t work out 😢 I was devastated for you reading your post! What a terrible time for you! I hope you are feeling a little better ❤️
@Agteacht I am sooo glad evens ok with you! X

So sort for everyone still trying-it must be so tough but keep going 💕
I am nearly 14 weeks now. Had my dating scan a couple of weeks ago and everything fine-thank god. It’s good to be back in touch xx

HeartvsHead · 01/05/2019 13:19

Keeping everything crossed for both of you @Doris19 and @Kinsella82

@LauraLiverpool, glad you have your appointment, must be some comfort knowing there is something proactive happening. Will be thinking of you tomorrow. Am I right in thinking they usually advise not to try whilst waiting for a referral? Must be a frustrating wait so glad it has not been too long.

@agteacht yesterday went well thanks. Forgot how many forms and questions there are. Just waiting for scan date now. Apparently if I am too late for scan measurements (they can be done up until 13+4 apparently) there is some super duper blood test I can have instead that gets the same information. How did you get on?

@Scottish1, @JadeSB and @ShortandSweet96 are you still about?

Lauraliverpool · 01/05/2019 10:52

@Doris19 thank you 🙂 xx

Kinsella82 · 30/04/2019 19:29

@Doris19 yes deffo could be af for both of us. Just would be great if it wasn't af!

Lauraliverpool · 30/04/2019 17:48

@agteacht I'm really glad its come through so quick, I will do 🙂

Doris19 · 30/04/2019 15:09

@Lauraliverpool great news on your appointment, will be thinking of you on thurs. XX

Doris19 · 30/04/2019 15:09

@Kinsella82 I've got the sore boobs and cramps, still trying not to read too much into it as could be early AF??!!

Not sure on my cycle this month as I took the soy isoflavones and ovulated earlier than usual so may be due a few days earlier. Although I guess my LP would still be same length (now 7 dpo and usual 15 day LP)...

Kinsella82 · 30/04/2019 15:00

@Doris19 how are you feeling today?
I can tick nearly all the symptom boxes today:
Sore boobs
Bloated
Tired
A bit nauseas
Crampy
This is the first time I've had them all at once and they feel so so real

agteacht · 30/04/2019 14:53

That is great that you are being seen @Lauraliverpool, let us know how that goes

@Doris19 good plan and enjoy your holiday!

@HeartvsHead hope today went well. Mine was fine. Next appt is 12w scan and seeing consultant at 15w.

Was surprised when they did ring this morning @Kinsella82 feel very grateful we are being seen so soon. Xx

Kinsella82 · 30/04/2019 10:07

@Lauraliverpool I can understand your feelings. Good that the appt is so soon though and you weren't left waiting too long xx

Lauraliverpool · 30/04/2019 10:05

@agteacht I know it will be, maybe book yourself for a private scan in a few days I found that helped when I was pregnant with my son. Xx

Lauraliverpool · 30/04/2019 10:04

Hi girls, just had a phone call from the womens hospital and we have our appointment next Thursday, thought we'd be waiting a bit longer, feeling emotional right now. Xx

Doris19 · 29/04/2019 22:12

@agteacht I trying to stay chill this month as the thyroid meds may not have kicked in in time for this month to be a goer...

I'm at exactly the same point as @Kinsella82 though - 6dpo today. My boobs are sore and huge! Trying not to symptom spot...we are actually on hols this week so should be quite distracted. I didn't actually bring a frer but did bring a one step 🙀🙀

Glad the scan went well @agteacht and lots of love to everyone! X

agteacht · 29/04/2019 21:41

Haha I had that 😂
Only a few days to go until the FRER comes out...

OP posts:
Kinsella82 · 29/04/2019 21:31

Thanks @HeartvsHead and @agteacht
The mood swings have also been off the scale today which is the exact symptom that made me test on my second pregnancy so although I feel like a wreck from crying all day I am still hoping that's a good sign that the hormones are flying

agteacht · 29/04/2019 21:27

@Kinsella82 fingers crossed for you for sure!

@Doris19 how's the TWW going?
