@Doris19 Very happy you are pregnant again! 👏🏻🎉

Good luck to all those still trying 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

Helensss · 12/09/2019 15:18

Thank you for replying @HeartvsHead yeah I have my midwife appt on 23rd and would be 7 weeks then so hopefully I’ll be able to get an early scan x

HeartvsHead · 12/09/2019 14:42

@Helensss probably best contacting your doctors/midwife. If you have a history of miscarrage they may offer you an early scan to put your mind at rest. Hope all is ok.

Helensss · 12/09/2019 08:13

Sorry for tmi but I have had a bit of light pink spotting after bm on and off since Friday (nearly 6 weeks) have heard it can be normal due to sensitive cervix but can’t help the fear after 2 miscarriages, anyone else had anything similar? X

Scottish1 · 12/09/2019 07:55

Hi everyone! Thank you for tagging me as I never know how to find this thread once I don’t post for a while but have thought of you all!

Will have to catch up on posts later when I have more time but all good here. 33 weeks and can’t wait now! We are having a girl (don’t know if I mentioned...) We are thinking of calling her Milly. Will post again later once I catch up properly xx

Mooey89 · 11/09/2019 19:03

Ahh I’m so happy for you all.
Looking forward to some squidgey newborn pics from you all.

When it’s FINALLY my turn i’ll post 600 pics of my BFP 😂

HeartvsHead · 11/09/2019 18:11

Great to hear from all of you.

I'm 32 weeks so getting close! Mines still an unknown but I thinking it's a boy as I'm such a different shape to when I had my girl.

My miscarriage was a year ago today so just glad this one has made it so far.

Keeping my fingers crossed for all of you!

Helensss · 11/09/2019 17:08

@agteacht I’m so so pleased but nervous as had another mc end of July but got pregnant straight away again which is good. scary though xx

Congrats @JadeSB I last messaged in this group when you had just found out, now you’re at 20 weeks! 😀

agteacht · 11/09/2019 16:21

Oh congrats @Doris19 so pleased you got your BFP so quickly!

And @Helensss great news!!

@JadeSB 19 weeks, big scan next week that's very exciting. It's a nice long scan too 😃

@Mooey89 have they tested your prolactin by any chance? I also have PCOS and was on metformin when got BFP.

@Doris19 congratulations! I am in a similar boat,
I am pregnant after 2nd miscarriage and nearly 6 weeks which is slightly further than other times, keeping my fingers crossed, each day feels a bit like a victory 😂 when is your early scan? X

JadeSB · 11/09/2019 09:32

Hey guys! @HeartvsHead yes still here, 19 weeks today, find out next Friday what we are having 🤭

@Doris19 that’s wonderful, congratulations! Fingers and toes are crossed for your early scan 😊

Doris19 · 11/09/2019 08:48

Ooh thanks for the tag @Mooey89 I had lost this thread but as @HeartvsHead says I am often thinking of you guys!

I was very lucky to get a bfp again quickly after miscarriage, so now 7 weeks and expecting late April 😊 gearing up for an early reassurance scan but feeling so sick already!

Pleased to hear you've got a diagnosis now @Mooey89 and fingers crossed for you.

How exciting to be getting close now @HeartvsHead

@JadeSB I think feb will roll around very quickly, DS1 is a jan birthday and basically you lose all of December with Christmas etc!

Love to hear from the others too 😊

Mooey89 · 11/09/2019 08:25

Thanks for the tag @HeartvsHead!
@Doris19 I’m so sorry to have seen your update. I hope you’ve recovered well are are doing ok.
We’re stull trying - cycle 11 now. Have had blood tests and been diagnosed with pcos
And given metformin so we’ll see.
I had a chemical back in July which was hard but at least I know on some level something works.

agteacht · 11/09/2019 08:20

Oh I'm so sorry to read your news @Doris19
Sending lots of ❤️
Hope you are doing okay x

How random @HeartvsHead I was just thinking the other day I must come on and read up how everyone's doing! Life somehow got in the way and now I'm completely out of touch, how is everyone?

How far along are you @HeartvsHead I think you were similar to me? How are you doing?

Well I am 28 weeks tomorrow and have had a rollercoaster ride but as far as I can see everything's now progressing well... bump getting very big in my view but I'm sure it's normal 😬😂
Loads of kicking, I'm convinced it's a boy! But haven't found out... will get a shock if a girl pops out 😂

Slowly getting prepared for D-day, have agreed mat leave dates with work, started to buy stuff and have done like an NCT course just last week. Still feels like I have no idea what I'm doing and really need to get my head around feeding but I'm sure it will all become clear...

Look forward to hearing how everyone is doing and will have a good read back through now... xxxx

Any of the old gang still about? Some of the original lot can't be too far off having squishy babies now? Love to hear from any of you, got proper invested in your journeys!

@thirteen92 good luck 🤞🏼

thirteen92 · 10/08/2019 20:37

I'm in my TWW! Testing 24th august :)

JadeSB · 10/08/2019 20:30

@HeartvsHead oh right, I tried to google it but never got a definitive answer, thank you for your opinion/input, it's very helpful 😊

HeartvsHead · 10/08/2019 20:29

Hope all is well with everyone!

HeartvsHead · 10/08/2019 20:28

@JadeSB there is some evidence suggesting not to in the first 12 weeks but it's considered safe as far as I know.

I had mine done at the hair dressers a couple of times throughout my first pregnancy.

There are loads of home hair dyes now that contain less chemicals and are more natural which is probably healthier overall anyway!

JadeSB · 10/08/2019 15:41

Hey guys, wanna pick your brains! Can I dye my hair? A lot of people have told me I can but my mother in law says I can't, so I wonder if yous can help me 🤔

JadeSB · 30/07/2019 06:39

@HeartvsHead Feb 5th, long way off that stage yet, and midwife said I won't feel baby externally until later than usual as my placenta has formed right at the front of my stomach 🙂

HeartvsHead · 28/07/2019 20:17

@JadeSB Glad all was ok. When's your due date?

I'm now 26 weeks so getting plenty of punching and kicking! This is a much move active baby than I remember my first being!

JadeSB · 26/07/2019 15:51

@HeartvsHead yeah I had it 3 days ago! Was so surreal seeing him/her wriggling about!
