Still no period - negative pregnancy tests

I had a miscarriage on 2nd Dec, got my period on the 8th Jan and I’m now 9 days late for my period. I think I ovulated around day 17 of my cycle and I’ve been having unprotected sex all month. Is it possible that I may not have ovulated? I don’t know what’s going on with my cycles now and I’m getting worried.

@Kal194 I have suffered with bloating in the past...really hoping this isn’t a regular thing, it hasn’t happened the last twice I’ve had my period after stopping the pill, so don’t understand why it’s happening this time....only thing I can think is that I’ve gone over 7 weeks in between my last period and this one? 🤔 hoping it’s stops soon! It’s just no fun! X

@Hoping87 yeah I get it every time. I went to the doctors about it cause I couldn’t cope with it anymore. And she put it down to irritable bowels. I got given buscopan, which sorts out the diarrhoea quickly but not the bloating

Ok thanks for your reply! So frustrating when your body completely changes! Going to Derbyshire for a night away today...going walking so that could be interesting! 🙈

It's quite common @Hoping87 it's due to the changes in hormones. I have on the first day of AF usually 🤭🙈

Thank you! Sorry for tmi but I’ve had diarrhea for the last 2 days and again this morning....has anyone had this before when getting their period...it’s not something I’ve ever experienced! Xx

@Lifesforloving1 yep, did one yesterday morning still negative. GP appointment booked for the 4th. Nothing else I can do now 🤷‍♀️

@QuantumGirl did you do another test ? I did one this morning and got a negative. I’m guessing my cycle wasn’t on track this month & skipped a
month also ? So stressful.... Gunna stop thinking about it now ! Good luck to everyone 🥰

I definitely think I’ve just skipped having a period for February so fingers crossed it’s true about being extra fertile after!! Will just have to see what happens in the next couple of weeks!

@LillianFullStop sorry to hear that. At least you have closure. I've heard if you an anovulatory cycle the following cycle is supposed to be extra fertile 😉😉😉

Joining here at CD35 - 4 days late and BFN on a CBD this morning. I’m out of town and only brought the one test with me so unless I find a pharmacy somewhere or AF shows up it may have to wait to test again til I’m back in a few days!

@QuantumGirl that’s exactly what happened to me with the faint line thing ..... I brought a test earlier, gunna do that in the morning and then no more if still negative ! When did you test ? I’ve been trying since March last year. 🙄🙄 🥰

@Lifesforloving1 sorry I just realised I replied to you on the wrong thread 🙄😅. I just wanted to keep everyone together on the loop.

I'm now CD45. Tested positive with a very faint line then negative then gave up on tests and carried on with life. Thinking of booking a holiday....🤔

I've been trying since June last year. Like you all I want is answers but my preferred GP doctor is only available on the 5th of March.

Hey everyone, quite new to all this .... so stressed over pregnancy tests !! Took a test Saturday just gone ( which was a void test having 3 lines )
Waited a few days...
took one last night ... very very faint positive. Then took one this morning NEGATIVE ?
I’m free weeks late. Heart burn like crazy , headache, dizzy on & off ... tummy cramps.
Am thinking maby it is a negetive ? Period like cramps have just begun 🙄
Am so stressed... why does this happen to us !! 🤯🤯 have heard so many nice story’s about getting the “positive” I’m just stressed and waisting money on tests 😂 advice please ladies.... 🥰

@Hoping87 it's probably your body adjusting being off the pill as you haven't been off it long. My advice is to download the Flo app and keep an eye on your dates and changes of mucus especially ewcm as it helps tracking ovulation 😉

@QuantumGirl if I’m honest I don’t really know....stopped taking the pill in October and stopped using contraception all together at the beginning of January and we just decided we would see what happens...I had 2 normal periods, one on 5th December and again 5te January so 31 day cycle but never really checked anything as we were just gonna see what happened....but now I’m 2 weeks late today I don’t know what to think?!

Thank you Smile Still waiting around for AF today. Off to work now to put it out of my mind for a few hours! I just picked up a basic kit in the supermarket to try next cycle. I'm using an app to help track things but know they're not that accurate. It's all a bit new to me!
