So my AF has arrived today but looking forward to having another go at TTC for a baby in November 2019.

Cycle: 4
Age: 34
CD: 1

Anyone else want to join in the same position as we try to get through this next cycle together?

@veeboo

Thanks veeboo, this is the first time I've used the clear blue advanced, normally use the clearblue where pinpoints just low and peak fertility. Really hope your AF is not arriving! I definitely knew I was pregnant with my first straight away but I still feel the same and not different so I reckon I'm out this month

@Explores10 the reason I ask is the last 3 months I've settled into a regular-ish cycle where the date between peak and AF has been 13 days each time. It took 8 months and a couple of random cycles to get there but it was the Clearblue opks which helped me see that pattern. Just in case it helps you persevere with them next month. Xx

Peachyx2505 · 28/02/2019 19:04

Oh no @veeboo.... not out until she shows xx

veeboo · 28/02/2019 19:03

Ahh AF cramps have arrived now just on time!

Explorers10 · 28/02/2019 19:01

@veeboo

No idea how long my luteal window is. Just read on another thread '5 days of flashing smiley faces' that's this seems to be a common problem with no peak smiley!

@Explorers10 All the guidance on the box suggests that's fairly normal although really frustrating I know! Ive definitely had a positive after CD19 before. Do you know how long your luteal window is?

Explorers10 · 28/02/2019 18:02

@veeboo

Cycles are regular between 28 and 31 days. Just worrying about not getting a peak!

@Explorers10 it's so difficult to advise. If you don't normally have irregular cycles I'd suggest you dtd every other day and see what happens this week.

Explorers10 · 28/02/2019 16:41

@veeboo

Thank you for your reply, it’s so frustrating as don’t know if I have or haven’t ovulated! I am checking my temperature too but not risen high either. I’m on CD19 now

Cd 9 for me cycle 3 and 1 cp so far.

veeboo · 28/02/2019 15:56

@Explorers10 since I've used those tests I've had between 0 and 6 days of flashing smiley. Maybe just keep dtd every other day for a bit longer?

Paddypaws91 · 28/02/2019 15:17

Congratulations @ale2992 amazing news!

Just felt the need to give a little update. Today I'm 8dpo and feeling so incredibly nauseous and dizzy. I'm at work atm and I've just spent 15 mins with my head between my legs in the toilet. Can hardly concentrate. Also a little crampy so hoping that's a good sign..

I'm not sure if at 8dpo you would experience this level of nausea. Perhaps I'm just ill Confused🤷🏼‍♀️

Grishma · 28/02/2019 14:20

Hello can i join in??
I am 33 , cycle #7 , TTC#1 cycle day6

Explorers10 · 28/02/2019 11:28

No static smiley face for me and the last of my clearblue opk sticks. Had 5 days of flashing smiley faces. Not going to buy another packet. Anyone else had the same and no static smiley face?

Tested again, Lines still there this morning although it's not darker, hoping this isn't a bad thing as it was only yesterday evening when I last tested.

Chanel05 · 27/02/2019 23:00

@wildflower2019 when will you test again?

Zarara · 27/02/2019 22:21

Congratulations @ale2992. I’m going to test tomorrow at 9dpo I just don’t have the patience to wait until af is late

2020QueenofNaps · 27/02/2019 22:12

I can't face poas tests either!! Good job as I'm sure it's saving me a small fortune 😂

2020QueenofNaps · 27/02/2019 22:08

Hi everyone!

I'm currently on day 33 so a few days late as I was having 28/29 day cycles before.. I was on the pill from sept last year to Jan this year, had withdrawal bleed pretty quick but haven't had my first 'natural' period yet 😩

Nipples have been so sore since sat which is unusual for me..
I have pelvic cramping from my endometriosis.
I usually get really sore boobs and af arrives 5-6 days later.... no clue what's going on, doc things it's the pill but I kinda feel different....getting bloods done Friday to incl hcg....

Explorers10 · 27/02/2019 21:51

@wildflower2019

Thanks for sharing. I still not got static smiley! I’ve had 4 days since Sunday of flashing smileys. My last opk left tomorrow

WildFlower2019 · 27/02/2019 20:54

@Chanel05 phew! that's a more sensible amount. Of course I did a test this morning. Total waste of time, I'm probably only 6/7 dpo. Too early for implantation really, average is 9 days!!! I never learn....!

@ale2992 good line progression!

Peachyx2505 · 27/02/2019 19:24

@BudgieBird try not to worry, I know it's easier said then done. It may be that you've not caught your surge? I've read so much about how long it lasts so it could be easy to miss, along with urine being diluted. You may have a longer cycle this month? I don't potentially ov until day 18 and I have 29/30/31 day cycles. CM should be stretchy too just before ov... have you noticed any of this? At the moment I'm testing morning and late afternoon, just to get into the habit.

BudgieBird · 27/02/2019 19:14

Another big fat negative on the OPK strip, argh. Hard to not worry something is wrong!

Peachyx2505 · 27/02/2019 17:42

Eeeek @ale2992 💕💕 congratulations xx

veeboo · 27/02/2019 17:42

@ale2992 congratulations! I don't know how you do it I'd be driving myself mad with all the testing. I went into boots today and didn't buy a frer, I just can't face a negative test!
