So my AF has arrived today but looking forward to having another go at TTC for a baby in November 2019.

Cycle: 4
Age: 34
CD: 1

Anyone else want to join in the same position as we try to get through this next cycle together?

AF has arrived here! Never mind it's my birthday on Friday so atleast I can get drunk! 😂

Rach031 · 26/02/2019 07:56

Fingers crossed for you @ale2992 I’m joining late if that’s okay
Ttc #1
32
CD 26
Cycle 13
I’m not going to test until AF is due which is 3rd March, felt down with the disappointment each month currently first month using pre-seed I’ve also had day 2 and 21 blood tests my progesterone levels showed low on day 21 and dp has sperm analysis appointment today at the clinic. Baby dust to all

ale2992 · 26/02/2019 07:23

Ha, he has now doubted himself and come back for another look, he says if you hold it directly under the light and compare it to the other he admit he can also see a faint line!!
Going to test again in few days and try to not get my hopes up...

ale2992 · 26/02/2019 07:10

So I tested again just now, I think I can see a very faint again but other half disagrees and say there's nothing there. This is making me annoyed at him!
If I compare today's test with yesterday I can 100% see a line but he is insisting there is nothing on either...
Not ruling myself out or letting this drag me down, 11dpo so I'm not out until af comes, which is Friday.

Zarara · 26/02/2019 07:01

@ale2992 fingers crossed! I’m 7dpo today so think I’ll start testing on Friday.

PyjamasForever · 25/02/2019 22:56

Good luck testing tomorrow @ale2992

I've been really sure if we should DTD every day or every other day so I'm aiming for something between. Every day if it works out like that, but if we miss the odd day here and there I'm not worrying about it. @SuziQ10 so I would t leave it until Friday, but if your DH wants tonight off I wouldn't worry about it.

ale2992 · 25/02/2019 20:25

Ok I caved and tested, I think I see a SUPER almost non existent line but the other half disagrees and thinks I'm reaching 😩😩
I'm telling myself either way I'm not out yet until af comes but I'm now feeling like I'm getting pms cramps and back ache 👎🏻👎🏻

Chanel05 · 25/02/2019 19:10

@MrsP4 sorry about the bfn!

So after my rogue 7 days I have just finally had a positive opk! I was dtd every day for two weeks up till Friday, do you think if I dtd tonight and tomorrow night that should cover it?

Vixfitz · 25/02/2019 18:45

@SuziQ10 I was wondering this too! Got my flashing smile on CBAD and gone for it every day but really not sure?

Vixfitz · 25/02/2019 18:44

ale2992 · 25/02/2019 18:34

@SuziQ10 I do it everyday if fertile window but have read every other. So may try that if this month isn't our month

ale2992 · 25/02/2019 18:31

Tests aren't here yet! Might have to wait until the morning

SuziQ10 · 25/02/2019 18:01

Ladies, do you DTD each day during your fertile window? For the last few months of trying, we have had sex every day for 5 or 6 days in the lead up to O. This month, hubby has said he is tired for the last two days and wants to wait until it's closer to O. Which is forecasted for Friday.
This is making me feel panicky!
How often do you do it?!

ale2992 · 25/02/2019 16:11

Should be a frer waiting for me when I get home! Do I test again once I'm home or wait until morning?!
There's two tests in the box but really don't know what to do....

flyingplum · 25/02/2019 10:08

I think at this stage, cautious hope is all one can ask for :)

MrsP4 · 25/02/2019 10:02

Oh wow thanks @flyingplum that's given me a bit of hope! Xx

flyingplum · 25/02/2019 09:42

oh, meant to add - @MrsP4, I had what I'm fairly sure were implantation cramps at 11DPO last month. Got my first faint positive on a FRER about three or four days later. Good luck - have my fingers crossed for you :)

flyingplum · 25/02/2019 09:41

AF finally gone for me today - no spotting yet this morning (have had a long, lagging AF after my chem last month), so we begin anew. OH back home after being away today, so that's good timing. am determined to not get hung up on this, but just ahem enjoy the process for a bit. the whole, brief few days of thinking i was pregnant, has made me feel like I've fallen for him all over again. I'm sure it's partly just hormones, but I'm rolling with it ;-) 13 years this summer, so good to know there can still be that teenage spark!

MrsP4 · 25/02/2019 08:16

@veeboo Yeah I guess so, I think I'm out though just going to keep telling myself I'm out so if AF comes I'm prepared which is fine I'd love a Christmas baby! So hopefully next month might be my month 🙏🏻Also I don't feel as down about it this month because it's becoming the NORM now getting BFN and it's my birthday this week so going away for the weekend with DH so stuff to look forward to and keep me busy I guess. I also have docs appointment on thurs going to ask for a blood test and see what's happening DH is going for sperm analysis on Friday too.

ale2992 · 25/02/2019 07:55

That's a good point @veeboo

veeboo · 25/02/2019 07:52

Ah sorry @MrsP4. I was wondering if you did implant yesterday it might take a few more days to get a positive?

@Vixfitz I was similar except I've had a couple of rogue long cycles of 59 and 40 days but seem to have settled down now and I like that the CB tests are much easier to read.

ale2992 · 25/02/2019 07:51

@MrsP4 af comes**

ale2992 · 25/02/2019 07:51

@MrsP4 don't rule it out until after comes xx

MrsP4 · 25/02/2019 07:37

BFN here 😞

Vixfitz · 25/02/2019 07:24

@veeboo I've been off the pill since September and just 'seeing what happens' but this is my first month of OPK and actually having some idea (hopefully) of what's happening with my cycle! Cycle lengths have been all over the place from 13 days to 39 days so been playing it by ear. Good luck everyone!
