Thanks @Rose68 I'm not really wanting to do ivf, it's busy not for me. Waiting for my NHS gynae appointment booked next month and will get results from blood test for clotting. Then waiting for DH to sort out his next semen analysis and DNA test so I can then book next private consultation. Will wait to see then what is next.

@ratherbeshowjumping that FB group has made my blood boil! I'm already super emotional and sensitive as it is. How fucking dare they. Do they have any idea how lucky they are? I would give so much to just have a baby, boy or girl who fucking well cares. One baby, one full term healthy baby that I can hold in my arms and bring home. Sorry but they should hang their heads in shame, ungrateful so and so's

@Tigsy you should definitely have had a TV scan, maybe it was a crap sonographer. They could tell my pregnancy didn’t look right abdominally at 6.5 and 7.5 weeks, but they still did the internal scan and they could see much more.

@Indreamland Sending you hugs, do you think you will try ivf or anything else?

Ladies, I don't know what's wrong with me. While up this morning feeling tearful and almost cried twice whilst getting ready for work. Then at work, we'll at a conference with loads of colleagues there were a couple of presentations and both basically mentioned being heavily pregnant, maternity leave, being pregnant and giving birth ....... totally unrelated to the subject but general comments thrown in ......... well, cue set me off .......I just feel so low. Tomorrow my first baby should be 4 weeks old. or I should be 19 weeks pregnant now.

I paid last time and they refused to do TV only abdo and could only see the sack.... this was the start of my worry and ultimately the miscarriage process

God he sounds awful @tigsy! Glad you set him on the straight and narrow.

@Tigsy you should be able to get an early scan when you see your GP, but they might make you wait until 8 weeks on the nhs. Otherwise I would just pay for one x

@Frazzle it doesn’t seem fair how fast they grow does it. DS2 was getting upset because he doesn’t want me to change, so I was like, well I didn’t want you to change, where did my little baby go! 😢

It makes me so angry that I pay my NI contributions for 20 years and when I want something I'm told 'wait for 2 more babies to die first!' Wtf?!

I've read the baby aspirin can't hurt but could help... but when the stock NHS answer is computer says no it's hard to get anywhere!

Not even sure that 'ingratitude' is a word. That's how cross it makes me.

Called Dr today as first proper day of missed period and got a locum (on the phone) who basically told me nhs aren't interested unless I've lost 3 babies and to 'keep my fingers crossed'!!

I gave him a right ear bending about how epu last time told me to ask for a referral when we next got pregnant to help with reassurance and that I had hcg monitoring last time and he just was not interested!!
My normal gp is back from holiday a week today so I have insisted I get an apt with her and they have reluctantly agreed to make an advance appointment

I've been reading up on baby / low dose aspirin helping with clotting issues that many MC can be linked to- has anyone heard any pro/con stories ??about it

I am so behind on chat today, but jeez what on earth is with those FB groups? What do they even talk about? I am so bloody confused.

DS is proper ill, so been with him as he only wants cuddles and is proper burning up. Hate seeing him like this, breaks my heart. He's so active usually but now he is all limp and sad looking.

I think we all should Frazzle.

It's really shocking. I reported the group but god knows if it would make a difference or not. Almost 2000 people joining to sit & talk about their "disappointments."

I'm still raging about that FB group 😡 I think I'm quite good at looking at things objectively, and honestly even if I didn't have my own history of baby loss, I would still find that level of ingratitude absolutely outrageous.

Sorry? "Not what I expected"? Can that actually be serious. Those people need to have a word with themselves. They don't deserve the good fortune to be pregnant.

I know that sounds harsh but I find that attitude extremely upsetting.

Aww @Frazzlerock that's very sweet. It must have been lovely to look back on memories you probably have completely forgotten about.

Saw this on FB earlier. Made me so angry. "Not What I Expected..." "Disappointment Group"... disappointed to have a healthy baby? Surely people don't actually join it to sit and lament their woes of being burdened with a "disappointing" gender?

I know the tablet works better in men to clear it.... my DH. Tried the cream once and it reoccurred as it's easily wiped off on underwear for men.... maybe wait until TWW and you use the pessary and DH uses the tablet??

You shouldn’t take the tablet whilst ttc, it has to be the pessary x

@Kinsters DH does need to use the cream, even if he doesn’t have any symptoms. I think the cream should be enough.

Oh no for your DH’s drone! This one was flying away from us towards the trees, really high because I wanted to see how high it would go 🤦‍♀️ I couldn’t even work out how to make it come back, whatever we did it just went further away and into the trees 😩

I'm pretty sure you both need the tablet Fluconazole, to clear it @Kinsters Xx

Rose oh no about the drone! It's so easy to do. DH used to have one and he flew it out over the sea to see how far it could go... didn't factor in the the headwind... It was awful waiting to see if it could make it back before the battery died (it couldn't).
