Bfp or AF due 14th feb!!

so hoping this month is lucky and we Valentine's Day brings us bfp's. Using opks and hoping for a static this month as opposed to last momth which was a nightmare.
Who is with me??? Smile

@BLS1983 @Gilly2505 yes I get the OV pains, they can be quite intense at times - almost like a bad period pain?

@Baba11 I'm with you!! Do you get pains, cramping, twinges in your tummy throughout the cycle? I do, that's why I was convinced (especially as AF was late) that I would get BFP. I'm 38 soon and starting to be anxious Confused I also read Luisa Zimmerman blog on conceiving, I take the vitamins she talks about

@Gilly2505 that's what I assume it is. My body appears to be dropping back to 29 day cycles since last cycle so hoping to make it easier to pinpoint ovulation. My cycles have been so whacky xx

I sometimes get cramping or pain around what I assume is ovulation. The body is such a weird and wonderful thing.

@birdhaswings this will be my 4th month. My first month was the worst because I had convinced myself I was and af came late. I thought I knew my own body but I clearly don't. Last month I never got a static and dtd every other day from cd17. now I'm worrying thinking maybe there is something wrong with me!? ConfusedSad
I temp too but my temps fluctuate so much I'm sure I'm doing it wrong. I'm using clear blue opks this month again but will start testing early.
It's been a crazy 4 months

@Baba11 how long having you been ttc? I also use Fertility Friend, I find it's the most accurate and I use clear blue opk's

I use app fertility friend, just to track how long my cycles are and when I have dtd
It's a stressful process

@Baba11 I use a bit of both depends on how much I have going on. I have always had an app (flo) to note down AF and how much I DTD that month!!
I have done opks too if I get chance (although I haven't yet this month but expected date is Tuesday!) I just DTD when I can as DP works shifts and can be called in at the very last minute so hard to plan!!

I always say I won't obsess but I do. I just hope I ovulate this month.. it's madness this journey!

I wish I had ovulation pain to know when I ovulate would make things a lot easier

Hi everyone, AF due 10th February potentially.

Had a natural miscarriage last month (at 5 weeks) but had ewcm and other ovulation symptoms this month so just going to see what happens.

@Syncope we are AF twins, she turned up unannounced today too! Are your cycles usually as long? Like you say at least you know where we stand

@syncope sorry that AF showed up but at least you can get starting the new cycle and enjoy some wine this weekend! We have friends coming over tonight but I will be on the mocktails as still stuck in limbo!

My app says AF is due the 14 but then that would make my cycle 38 days which is not like me so don't know what's gone on there. Pretty sure I ovulated last Friday/Saturday. DTD Saturday, Monday and Wednesday as it's our first go and we don't really know how to time it!

So I guess I'll just wait and see and then next cycle I'll be more clued up! Wishing you all BFP!!

Temping is apparently meant to be more accurate than opks but will see!

Hello to all the new posters!

Well AF finally turned up today for me - a 42 day cycle! I'm actually glad, at least I know where I stand. I plan to have a glass or two of wine tonight too. On to cycle 5.

Thanks to my bizarrely long cycle, my next AF won't be until much later than this thread was started for, but I'll stick around if that's OK?

@birdhaswings and @Kins00 I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

@Baba11 sorry you're feeling down. I wasn't planning to continue with OPKs - I only did them this time as I was given a bunch. I think I'll carry on now though as after the last 2 cycles I have no idea when (or even if) I might ovulate. It's frustrating, isn't it? Might give temping a go too.

Syncope and kins00 Well no sign of af is definitely a great sign. Hoping your bfp is just round the corner Smile

Hoping this thread results in bfps for us all. I am going to start using my opks on Sunday as my last two cycle lengths were 29 days. This ttc journey is harder thAn I thought. Each month seeing af gets tougher and tougher.

Last month was a stressful 1 for me because we dtd every other day from cd16 but it wasn't to be. Temping and opks didn't pick up ovulation so I'm guessing I didn't ovulate Sad. So here I am again hoping and praying for a bfp, and for us all.
