Hi lovelies
Started actively trying this month so thought it would be nice if anyone wanted a journey buddy.
I’m 35, DH is 42.
Had 2 pregnancies in past (2002,2011) ending in MC
Married now for 9years so yeah looking to start a lil family.
Currently 2dpo and wait is already horrendous and symptom spotting is in place 😂
So tell me all about you and your journey 💋

You ladies made me want to test early so I did! 5 days before AF due with a first response test. Been symptom spotting for the last few days and was convinced I was just going loopy but apparently not!

@Lammoshay I can see something very faint too, maybe buy a couple of different ones and see if anything gives you a stronger line but do them first thing in the morning tomorrow!!

Ok need some opinions
Just tested on 4day early Lloyd’s test and there is a faint line- deffo has a tinge of pink to it!
I’ve attached a pic as opened to make sure

@Lammoshay I’ve been having period type pains the last 2/3 days, I’ve been reading loads and apparently it can be normal in early pregnancy so try not to worry! It says it’s a midstream test but I’m guessing it’s all the same thing so I’ll definitely do a dip test 🙏🏼

@Lammoshay I have another one of those in the pictures I think it’s a freedom one so shall I use that do you think? I got a positive ovulation on a test on the 19TH of Feb so I’m assuming that’s when it happened but that is early isn’t it! Oh I’m so confused 😩

See clear blue ain’t as advanced- I never rely on blue tests.
And maybe you ovulated early as that’s strong.

@ImMeantToBeWorking Thanks so much 💗 I would definitely recommend them as both my apps predicted me to ovulate last month on the 24TH and I had a positive ovulation on the 19TH so you might be missing your window!!

@Lammoshay do you think?! I’m really trying to not get too excited 😂 I have a clear blue digital test I think I’ll use in the morning! I’m just thinking because AF isn’t due until Saturday that maybe my HCG levels aren’t high enough to pick up other than the first morning wee 🙈

Anon that’s 100% positive- doesn’t matter if you pee’d in window as it would dry up but that is a solid pink line babe- an evap would not be as dark xx

@Anon93 - Congrats! Flowers I must have a look at Fertility Friend. I am yet to start using OPKs though. I am only on cycle 2 so I think it is too early for OPKs yet as I will become obsessed and I am trying not too!

@Louise, that sounds great. Irish health care is worse than in a third world country so we wouldn't get that kind of treatment here. Ah well!! But yes it will be worth it in the end! Grin

@hopeful31 I’m not getting my hopes up because I’m worried it’s an evap line as I peed in the window a bit 🙈 I’m going to re test tomorrow but do you think that’s positive then? I’m so used to getting a BFN 😩

I couldn’t wait any longer and tested this morning and I was half asleep and peed a bit in the window 😂 (sorry TMI) but I’m sure it’s a faint positive, although because I’ve peed all over the stick I don’t know if I’ve done it right, what do you think guys? I’ve been really feeling like AF is going to show up any minute!

I caved and tested on a ERFR this afternoon and BFN :(
Again I don’t feel any pregnancy symptoms so think I’m out- I know it’s early still but I just know :(

@hopeful Cd12 is still quite early.
You may OV late. I don’t OV till at least day 14 on a 28 day cycle.

Does any one know if it's possible to not ovulate? I'm on cd12 and usually have a flashing smiley at this stage and I have nothing. I even bought new tests incase the battery was going on the test and it's the same. I'm worried that I may not ovulate this month. Is it possible??

@immeanttobeworking Its a new midwife service thats through the NHS but they are separate to the community midwifes called One to One midwives, they do all your appointments at home and scans are at their centre rather than at hospital so its a lot more load back and personal, ive never known of them til this pregnancy.

Sounds like fun travelling everywhere but will be well worth it in the end fingers crossed that will be soon :)
