BFP or AF due 19th January

I did another test this morning just been using boots own brand and still negative. Woke up again feeling sick with hot flushes.

If I didn't ovulate until about the 3rd jan (which would have been later than expected but when we dtd) would it show yet?

With my first it happened so quick and the test showed first time I did it but I can't remember when i did the test /how long after etc.

Told dh what you suggested @foreverthe2ww going to phone doc to make an appointment for early next week, do another cheaper and clear blue test this weekend so if they don't show anything I can go to doc to work out what is going on

Fed up of feeling unwell with no reason. This feels the same as my first dc but i am starting to think it's all in my head

@imgoingslightlymad hey, wow yea i can see why you are feeling a little confused, i think the quickest way to clear things up would be to go to the doctors for some blood test that should confirm either way about pregnancy. did you try a first response test? the only other things i can think of right now if it isnt to do with prenancy then: have you been stressed lately or have you lost a lot of weight recently? i know these two things can cause a period to not appear.

Ihope being on here to talk helps ease your mind a bit, although as i said id say call the docs, this morning even as soon as they open just to get it sorted quickly so you can rest at night.

Ladies apologies for jumping on your thread but I need help/advice/someone to stop me going crazy.

Af was due 6 days ago and didn't appear, we dd the deed once without precaution as I thought I was in the clear. Since at hasn't shown I have had nausea every day, and in the last day a pulling sensation in my abdomen feeling boiling hot every so often and yesterday only had cold chills, also feeling hungry but can't eat. However I have also come down with a cold very suddenly (came from no where one night) also suffering headaches. Have done alot of walking in the past 5 days and working on my planking.

Have done 5 tests so far all bfn, this would be my second baby.

Since have dc1 my cycle was all Over the place but in the last 4 months it has been like clockwork 5 days between 28 to 30 daya apart.

Can anyone help me decipher if there is something going on and I am testing too early or if perhaps there is something else wrong with me ? Af taken a little vacay this month maybe? Physcosamatic symptoms because I have gone mad?
Feel like I am going insane and lying here awake every night isn't helping

Well ladies - first response rapid result and clear blue digital! Feeling a lot more calm about the whole thing. Fx for everyone else. I really hope we see some more BFPs in here!!

@jingleallthequack @user258 yeh I really wish I hadn't bought the ICs lol they make me feel quite anxious about the whole thing! Got a pack of two digitals so fx... Currently doing a pee hold lol. (keep in mind I'm in America and 5 hours behind you guys so I'm not just doing a random pee hold at nearly midnight lol) I had a look my one of my fertility apps and honestly I think I may have ovulated about 2 days after I originally thought I did which would only put me at 12 dpo today. Still no sign of AF so that's promising. Wishing away the next hour so I can pee on a digital and settle my mind!

My IC are coming up the same but I'm just going to believe the 4 first response ones I've done. I'm not going to test with them anymore because they upset me ha.

Myou friend and cousin told me it to weeks past AF to get a good positive on the IC.

Given the FRERs and your nausea, I don't think you have anything to worry about - it has to be that the ICs are crap!

Thank you for posting that though - I'm using a different brand of ICs, but your post prompted me to look up some reviews and most people are saying that they only got a positive when their period was a week late So I'm feeling better about this morning's BFN!

It is very frustrating. I also temp but my temps are all over the place but it reckons that I ovulated on cd17 22. Although the opk didn't pick up on it. I just think I have given it all I have his month whatever happens now is fate. Do you feel confident about this month

@Baba11 feeling a bit fed up to be honest. Only on cycle 4 so I need to keep things in perspective but as you said, getting no static smiley has thrown me a bit! Ah well. Looks like we'll be testing on the same day if AF doesn't come.

Based on a 32day it would be Saturday but my last 1 was 29 days do have no idea at the moment. I probably will do a rest on Sunday if it hasn't com by then but the no static smiley face has made me think maybe I only have a chance. It's annoying because we dtd every other day for nearly 2 weeks. I don't know wat to think anymore. How you feeling?

I finally got my clear answer today after lots of uncertainty/ possible evap lines. AF due tomorrow. Still early days but hoping everything goes ok.
I’ve got everything crossed for all you lovely ladies who are still waiting and those who have got BFP that everything goes smoothly. This journey has so many highs and lows and here’s to hoping the highs are coming soon for you all xxx

Guys, I've just done the stupidest thing ever! Finally caved as no AF yet that's due today, got a FRER from Boots on the way home and thought I'd do it by weeing in a container in case there wasn't enough wee to wee ON it. Well, I was so obsessed scrutinising my pants for any sign of AF that I forgot to do the wee in the container and just did it down the loo!

So that's that for a while then

@Baba11 ooh it's so annoying, isn't it? I have no idea whether I ovulated but the tests didn't detect it, ovulated so late that I missed it by stopping testing, or didn't ovulate at all. When would AF be due for you, based on your normal cycle length? Mine was due today, based on my normal 32 day cycle - no sign yet but BFN on a CB digital this morning. Last month though my cycle was 36 days, so if this cycle is the same then AF isn't due until Sunday. If AF doesn't show up I'm going to try to hold out until at least Sunday before testing again!

I think the OCs make me crazy so I’ve decided not to get anymore and just leave a FRER in the bathroom - that way I really have to think 2x 3x 4x before I give in and test. I last tested on Sunday and got a BFN on a Superdrug test. Im going to wait now too until AF is late. Due today but hasn’t shown yet so might test tomorrow or even Friday.

I'm just annoying myself so much now, I go from being really confident the symptoms are pregnancy related to them seemingly disappearing and not feeling pregnant at all! I'm due on Sunday so not sure it's worth going through the heartache of tests and just wait and see if AF is late!! I hate myself for being so bad but if it ends up being a BFN I'm going to go the doctors to get some answers.

So I had to use an IC this morning and jeez talk about having to squint to make anything out! Now I'm awfully concerned the first response and my ICs are just showing me evaps or indents... Attaching a pic to show how insanely faint the line is on IC. Might not even be able to see it once it's uploaded and quality reduced further. AF is due today, no sign yet. Going to get a digital for tomorrow. Feel hella nauseous this morning so hoping there is actually a sticky bean in there.

3rd BFN this morning too. AF due Fri (if it’s a 28 day cycle like my last 3 have been) and not even a hint of a line. I am going to not bother testing now unless AF does not appear and will do a test over the weekend. Trying to think of the positives for not getting pregnant this month too!
@Soexciting that sounds sensible about taking a more relaxed approach next time. I think I’m going to have to be a bit more laid back about it all especially as DH is away next month over my most fertile week so chances are going to be very very slim so best I try and forget about getting pregnant and DTD as and when the mood takes us and not get my hopes up and see what happens. What will be will be!

same here bfn this morning on a boots own cheapie, how sensitive are they does anyone know?

12DPO and got a BFN on an internet cheapy this morning. Period not due til Saturday, so hoping it's just too early. I've got a couple of FRERs, but will wait til I'm late before using them.

I wouldn't worry about trying to symptom spot in my first pregnancy which ended in mc at 5 weeks I had every symptom in the book by 3 weeks I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and still now have no symptoms but seen heartbeat on screen, every pregnancy is different I wouldn't of had a clue I was pregnant if I hadn't missed my period, I almost thought it was impossible because I had every symptom my period was coming and I couldn't believe that it was positive I didn't even feel slightly pregnant :)

I had a average cycle of 32 days and was using ear blue opks from cd14 to cd23 and didn't get my solid smiley. I gave up after the 10th flashing smiley. Dtd every other day but I just don't get it, don't even know when I ovulated if I did ovulate. It's madness!?!
Trying to keep my selves sane, glad I'm not only 1 who didn't get solid smiley! What do we make of this? We didn't ovulate or opk missed it?

Amazing news and congrats to all with BFP! I'm another who caved (Even tho I'm not due til Friday) and got BFN! I told myself not to do it as I knew that'd be the result but I just couldn't help myself....

I caved & did a boots cheapie tonight as still zero sign of af! Sadly still bfn. Got a cb for the morning but I'm becoming increasingly less hopeful.
