Welcome to all of you who join or are reading and hoping too.

Kicking things off positively. A new year means a fresh start. For everyone on their TTC journey, be it the first month you're trying, or 3+ years. It's so hard not to let those BFN's wear on you after time. Share your stories, frustrations, questions, tips and advice.

@justsparklex I've just started taking pre pregnancy vitamins - not noticed any increase in appetite , but have noticed they can make me feel a bit nauseous if I haven't eaten much.

@outwards Ah I see, I hope you get some answers soon so you can decide what you want to do with whatever information you get.

I had to POAS again this evening for DHs sake and this one was negative. Hopefully it's just early days and there wasn't enough of a concentration of hormones in my pee. Will try again tomorrow to confirm. Fingers crossed!

@justsparklex I tested again this evening and I still got a positive so DH and I will be making the most of that.
He's currently out so asking him to hurry home 😆

Anyone else who takes folic acid and vitamins feels like their appetite has increased? I didn't used to have a large breakfast (biscuits or soft bake) now I have to have 2 slices of toast and lunchtime can't come quick enough. My lunch at work is 12.30 and by about 11.30 am starving again. It seems to have gotten worse in the last 3/4 days.

Hi @MrsPMT23 I'm exactly the same as you- ovulation on the first and same days DTD. Fingers crossed for you! Also ttc number 2 and slightly terrified!

@hodgeheg92 yes, just waiting for the second half of test results! Everything looks 'really great' from my side (ultrasound, blood tests etc) just waiting to get DH's results. He's a bit stressed I think, as my tests are all good he's expecting the worst from his.

Eeee have you taken any more tests? I'd be peeing on a stick every 5 minutes just to enjoy that lovely second line appearing! Will you need to contact your GP etc now and get the ball rolling? Huge, squiggy congrats xxx

Can I join in?! First cycle trying. Have a DD who is 2.4. Ovulated on the 1st, DTD on 31st and 1st. Still having little wobbles about life changing with 2!

AF due on 16th. Hoping I can old out until then without POAS!

Sorry I haven't posted for a few days, AF arrived bang on time on Sunday so it's onto cycle 19 for me. Feeling very low and close to calling it a day TTC, as it's put life on hold for too long and it's too crushing. Maybe some things aren't meant to be?

I'm SO excited to see the BFP's though - that cheered me right up. Congratulations guys! Grin

Ttc12019 I had a positive opks that lasts 2 days too, I tested twice in the morning and twice in the evening both days. I'm interested to know tooSmile

Update on me (sorry been away a while) on CD9. Temping daily and BD every other day as no idea when I ovulate. Typically a 27 day cycle. Fertility Friend is my new best friend!

Sorry for my novice questions; how long does the positive OPK last for? 2 days?
I got my first +ve yesterday evening and this morning was another +ve too.
