Im on cycle day 15...tested this morning using clearblue OPK abd got my first smiley face😉...

@proudmummy88. You may well have the same body too 😂😂. I’m hoping I’ve niw had a “proper cycle” this month. I caved and bought some OPKs for this month. Sure that’ll increase the stress levels no end.

CD 13- using clear blue OPK no smiley face today but the two lines are nearly close in colour. Could I be close to ovulating?

Saw the doc a few months ago as it's over a year of trying. Had two blood tests and an ultrasound to confirm there's no issues.

I usually have a 29 day cycle however I'm currently on day 32.. Took two early detection tests. The first 4 days before I was due, and the other 1 day before I was due. Both BFN. I'm trying to wait it out to see if AF comes as I have had a 32 day cycle once before... it's so hard waiting!

Have had the craziest symptoms - cramping, headaches and one night I had the worst lower abdomen/kidney pain. And watery discharge, is this a thin? No spotting though. But I'm expecting a BFN as I guess the frer are usually reliable?

Nice to read everyone's stories and not feeling alone in all this!

@PeachLass I'm the exact same body as you. Technically 2 days late now but only came off the pill 14th Dec. I've had my withdrawal bleed and a period and should of been due on Monday. I have had 3 babies before and I 'feel' pregnant but equally all bfn tests on first response and clear blue. Putting it down to my hormones trying to settle themselves.

Well completely late to the party but I've finally got my positive on a clear blue opk!! We've bd for the last 5 days and will be for the next 2, so here's to 🤞🏻🤞🏻. X

AF cramping like mad! Couldn’t make it up!

@peachlass this was my first time TTC with my other two they just happened so I thought as I’d just come off the pill I would use an ovulation test. I knew I’d roughly ovulate around 12-14 days after AF so I started testing around then and then got a positive test on CD14 so I knew I must have ovulated. It def helped me to know what was going on with my body. I’ve heard temping is good but I would have no clue how to do that.

Hi @blueowlstar I’ve not used OPK yet. Not sure where to even start with that! Knowing my luck now that I’ve used an expensive test, AF will come with a vengeance tomorrow 😂. Think I’m going to try temp monitoring next cycle (whenever that will begin).

Well AF truly came today at 15dpo! I wonder why I had that little but of spotting at 11dpo which stopped that day? I’m going to have a few wines this weekend to take my mind off of ttc and then onto cycle 2.

Hi @peachlass I know it can take a few months for cycles to return to normal after being on the pill. This might be the case for you. Did you by any chance use an OPK to show that you did in fact ovulate?

Hope you don’t mind me joining. I’m TTC #1. Stopped cerazette end of October. Got ?whitdrawal bleed 1st week of December. Then what felt more like old AF (never bled on pill) stating 26th December so now am late even if I had gone back to 28 day cycle which I had pre-pill days. BFN all tests so caved and bought a 1st response today but again BFN. So no idea where I am in cycle it what’s going on. 🤷‍♀️

Anyone else have similar issues?

@ttc12019 I'm completely drained of energy this week and sore boobs. The cramps are easing now. Earlier I had a sharp pain in my lower abdomen which apparently can be implantation/stretching pain 🤷🏻‍♀️ when pregnant with DD I remember being tired from 8-11 weeks, I hope this doesn't last up to 12 weeks 🙈

Hey, just an update to say AF came Sunday night. Gutted, but wishing you all luck. If anything this has made me realise how much I want a child (Also I think I need to put strategies in place to avoid crushing disappointment next month.) Anyone have any ideas?

Well, just to recap, i am still awaiting on blood results to tell me why i have secondary ammenorhea. Not sure why, no one seems to be able to tell me! May have to go for an ultrasound or MRI or both, but its making TTC very difficult. So think we may just not concentrate on that now and focus on myself before i send myself a bit mad!

Am great, apart from sore boobs, the odd cramp here and there, getting hungry every 2 hours and the frequent trips to the toilet. The excitement more than compensates for that. How are you feeling?
@justsparklex it had been so difficult not to test prior to 10 dpo. I did all I could and then when I thought I was going to break, I asked DH to hide all my tests 😂

Congratulations to everyone with BFPs!! not being saying much as it's my first month ttc and my ovulation day is isn't for a week yet! Entering the fertile window on Friday. I honestly don't know how I will stay sane in the 2ww, I was a POAS addict with Ds1 took me 4 cycles trying with ds1 so not expecting it to happen quickly, going to try occupy myself the whole 2 weeks haha

@ttc12019 aww congratulations to you this is brilliant news! There has been so many great tips and advice on these pages is brilliant! How are you keeping?

I have been really quiet for a while (since 09.01 @ 1 dpo) as I was in TWW and for my own sanity I took a break from MN.
POAS on 10 dpo (18.01) and have been consistently testing since then for line progression. Took a CB digital yesterday evening since had officially missed AF.
Very lucky it happened in cycle 1. I've learnt so much on here about OPKs etc... and I think it all contributed to the lovely result we now have! I hope it's a sticky bean!!!

AF turned up first thing this morning as expected so I'm out this month. Good luck to those still waiting!

@Mcstark7 I think I was only feeding once a day! I did google a lot and found that in a few cases even the tiniest bit of hormone produced for breastfeeding makes pregnancies none viable. Which by the sounds that was me as as soon as I stopped I had a successful pregnancy. So I'm sure you'll be just fine. Loads of my friends are tandem feeding so it's totally possible. Congratulations on your BFP!!!! X

@Mcstark7 ah so we are the same dpo today. I tested am so who knows maybe this evening there might have been a faint positive but I’ve run out of tests which is probably a good thing. Yes I believe I would be due on tomorrow but I had been on the pill so long I don’t know if my cycles would be the same as they used to. I never had IB with my first or second either so it’s all new to me but I hope so much that it is what it is. But I have been reading that most people have got their BFP by 13dpo if they are going to get one, which has made me feel deflated. I guess I will know by Friday either way. I hope you have a lovely evening, you must be feeling so over the moon x
