@Abi58 yea I've got the one step ones and I used one last night but it was negative.
I'll use the cb in the morning, as long as I don't get up for the toilet during the night. Probably TMI but it's so tricky having to go to sleep after ddt without going to the toilet then trying to hold your wee ready for the opk the next morning!
Yea Fitbit has a period tracker look..

@whatsthecraic91 yes exactly! The no barriers things is nice literally anything goes by it's ok because we are all in the same boat! I've found everyone so lovely and helpful!

Our parents and siblings know but I don't want anyone knowing where I am in my cycle. Especially after the chemical I don't want the oh have you tested yet , what's wrong etc etc,

I'm sure you are you might just get the surge closer! Or might ov late this month?

@DaniX91 I’m using the step ones too this is my first month of them and so far all negatives - we are DTD every other at the minute - fair play if you are every night I hardly have the energy baby dust to us all

@whatsthecraic91 thanks for the advice😊. Oh no really?! I only do it on a morning cos that's what the instructions for the clear blue digital say, use your first urine after your longest sleep.
I only have one left and I'm not paying £30 for more so will just use the one step ones after tomorrow and keep dtd every night.

@DaniX91. Also you are meant to us OPKs between 2pm-8pm for best results as your surge usually happens in the afternoon, try testing later in the day

@DaniX91 when I first stopped my pill my first cycle was 28 days I though wow this is great my cycles are gonna be back to normal! Nope! Next 3 were 39, 34 & 31 days - last 2 have been 30 so I think that’s my new norm. Could be that your cycles haven’t settled yet and you could be having a longer one. Keep using your tests until you get a smiley.

Hi everyone! Hope you're all ok, feels like ages since I last posted!
Just after some advice really..
Took my last cerelle - 10th May
Flashing smiley on clear blue opk - 24th May
Static smiley - 25th May
AF came - 6th June and finished 11th June meaning I'm now on CD 14.
Flo is predicting ov day as today and Fitbit has it down as tomorrow.
I used the clear blue digital opk yesterday morning and this morning and got just a circle which means ov isn't even close.
Surely I should be getting a flashing smiley by now. I have had cramps in my left ovary area a little bit today and yesterday which I had last month when I ovulated.
We are ddt every day but it's getting quite tiring now!

@Abi58 it’s nice to be able to share with complete strangers! The only one who knows we are TTC is my best friend and she has no kids so she doesn’t get it

Definitely try to wait as long as you can tests are expensive! 3rd day in a row of negative OPKs I’m due to ovulate Sunday I know it’s so early but I just want to see it turn positive cos I’m convinced I’m not ovulating

@whatsthecraic91 thank you, barely anyone knows in real life so it's nice to be able to be open here. Ideally Saturday next week (29th) when af is due to avoid that again buttttt I have zero will power and will be impatient, last month was at 10dpo so Tuesday, I'm going to try and hold out but only time will tell if I can 😂🤞🏻

I'm ok thank you. Had my bfp towards the end of May but then bled a week later then afterwards got negatives, drs said it was an early miscarriage. Hoping this month is luck again but this one sticks! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 now 3dpo so just a long waiting game 😩 trying to keep myself occupied haha

@Niffler2019 yay! Probably the last time you'll be happy to see af! 🤞🏻 for you! Take opks from cd 8 (not first wee - opposite to pg test) and when you see the line getting darker test 2-3 times a day if you can until you get your peak 😁🤞🏻

I finally got AF on Sunday after 4 months of waiting. Never been so pleased to have a period! 😂 I did wonder if I'd ovulated as I had loads of ewcm 2 weeks prior. Excited to start tracking ovulation now, I've bought a load of opk tests!!! Fingers crossed AF is going to be regular

@Abi58 okay I’ll just test everyday then and see what happens! I decided to test this cycle to make sure I’m ovulating as it’s cycle 6! How are you getting on?

@whatsthecraic91 some people have lines all month as you can have LG in your system all the time. I only tend to start getting faint lines very close to ov so don't worry the test is fine you will get a line closer to ov 😁

Right so I’m trying these ovulation tests I’m CD 11 I’m due to ovulate in 5 days if my app is correct. It says that 2 lines are meant to appear and if the test line is darker than the control line then that’s a positive. Why is there no test line on mine? Are these faulty tests? This is the second day in a row I’ve tried and I’ve not peed or drank loads before hand. Any ideas?
