Oh great 😊

Only took like 5 mins. Just measure & date the pregnancy check for heartbeat and that it's in the right place and looks to be developing as it should should be an abdominal scan at that stage. Bet you can't wait xx

Beaumont21 · 30/12/2018 18:00

I’ve booked an early scan for the 12th January I should be 8 weeks if I’ve worked dates out well. What do they do on an early scan @poppy012? Never had one with my 1st born x

Poppy012 · 30/12/2018 17:29

Scan* sorry 🙈

Poppy012 · 30/12/2018 17:28

Yes was definitely worth it for me I literally don't feel pregnant it's odd lol! Hope the next scab comes around quick for you xxx

Lemon1 · 30/12/2018 11:56

@poppy012 gosh £55 isn’t bad at all! If I wasn’t able to get them free I would definitly be purchasing those for peace of mind x

Poppy012 · 30/12/2018 10:42

Oh sorry deaddoorpost didn't see your post sounds promising I wonder why it won't let you upload a pic xx

Poppy012 · 30/12/2018 10:21

Ah let us know how midwife goes October fx they will let you have a scan if not a private one sounds good as it reassures you (for a day or two) hahaha xx

Lemon1 · 30/12/2018 10:20

@octobergirl91 if u ring ur gp they will refer u for an early scan due to your miscarriage :) x

Gosh how’s the symptoms? My are very bad this time!! morning sickness from waking until bed, gone off most food but only feel okay when I’m eating, sore boobs, weight gain already (plus Christmas 🤣) spots galore!! I’m taking it all as positive!!

@mrsj88 when is your test day!! I have everything crossed for u!! xx

Poppy012 · 30/12/2018 10:19

Oh lemon so sorry to hear that must have been a really tough time!

I paid private as had convinced myself something was wrong as no symptoms and my boobs are hardly tender at all but luckily all seems fine so far. I paid £55 for it and was a real nice experience not rushed at all the sonogropher explained everything on detail and got 2 pictures and a report with it so was well worth it in my eyes. Xx

OctoberGirl91 · 30/12/2018 10:09

Aww glad all is well @Lemon1 💖 I'm getting nervous as I'm 6 weeks on Tuesday and I lost mine at 7+4 but I had a bright red bleed. I don't think I had any spotting yesterday it was yellow blob and had nothing since, still got my nausea and sore boobs 🤞🏻

4 days till I see midwife going see if she can arrange a scan around 8/9 weeks and if not I will pay for my own.

xx

@poppy012 yes it was super scary as last time I didn’t spot until week 11 yet they reckon the baby didn’t ever grow a heart so took so long for my body to register. Was so sad :(

How did u get a picture of your scan on your 6 weeker? Was it private? They wouldn’t let me have one through nhs x

Beaumont21 · 30/12/2018 09:41

@deaddoorpost do you want help uploading it?

Poppy012 · 30/12/2018 09:37

Ah lemon so glad to hear all is ok. Spotting is so worrying isn't it! Oh u get another scan also that's brilliant bet you can't wait xx

Lemon1 · 30/12/2018 09:16

Hey ladies! Hope u have all had the best Christmas Time with your families!

So on Sunday I had brown discharge it broke me as I thought I was going to have another miscarriage! But went in for an early pregnancy scan on Christmas Eve and we saw our little baby with a heart beat! Doctor couldn’t explain the discharge and even gave me an internal check but nothing! Was so worrying but am super excited to see heart beating!

Now we are waiting for our 8 week scan from hospital! 7 and half weeks today so I think it might be a bit later!

How is everyone feeling! Hope bumps and TWWs are all going well xxxx

DeadDoorpost · 29/12/2018 22:24

So AF was due Christmas Day. Had nothing but that's been fairly normal the last 3 months as my body has been getting back into it's rhythm.

Anyway, did a test 24th and got a BFN. Did another test today and I think it's positive... but I can't upload it. My phone won't let me so can't ask your help!

Twitwooo · 29/12/2018 17:05

@Poppy012 doing ok yes. Am slowly running out of things I actually want to eat and brushing my teeth is a struggle at times... I think in a weeks time i might need to call Gp and get some anti nausea pills. With my dd I just stopped eating for a week around week 7 and only when I had my 8wk midwife appointment she rushed me to get them so I could actually eat anything! Have promised not to let it get so bad this time Blush

thejollytrolleydolly · 29/12/2018 16:50

Aww loving these pregnancy updates ladies! Beautiful little scan @Poppy012

@MrsJ88 I'm currently cd15 may have ovulated when my app said but may have been earlier which is ok as I started dtd pretty much as soon as af finished and every 2 days since then. I had ewcm 23rd 24th then it stopped for a day then started again for 2 more days so could have been any time! I'm somewhere between 3 and 5 dpo. Going to hold out u too 5th to test I think which will be ok as I've got tons to do between now and then! Hoping it got it this month! Time for more pos lottery 😂😂

Hope everyone preggers or not is doing well ❤️

Poppy012 · 29/12/2018 16:44

Thanks both! Hope your good twitwooo xxx

Little baby 6 weeks 6 days 🤩

2 week wait - Thread 2
Poppy012 · 29/12/2018 16:19

Yes but it is worrying isn't it still I had it in my last pregnancy from 6-8 weeks and was a horrible time as i panicked evrytime there was a bit of spotting but it was like a very watery light brown colour. Pregnancy is such a worrying time. They might do an abdominal scan as I had 2 last pregnancy at epu due to the spotting one at 6 weeks and was never internal. Ah thats lovely news about your friend nice for you to have someone to share it with xx

OctoberGirl91 · 29/12/2018 16:08

Aww glad your in it @Poppy012 I don't find it as good as this thread as we all sort of know each other and check in, hard to keep up like you said. I think I might be over reacting or DH does as it's not typical brown and it's so small. I keep bouncing light off it check colour so think it's just me!

GP did referral so that why I'm worried it's a bit early but I'll be glad to have a proper chat with someone about stuff, just found out my best friend is pregnant and a week behind me I wasn't going tell anyone then when she text me and told me I couldn't not say anything haha xxx

OctoberGirl91 · 29/12/2018 16:04

Haven't spoke to anyone about it tbh @Beaumont21 because it it's proper brown it's yellow slight brown and had nothing since.

I really don't know how far I am tbh! I got a 3+ on a clearblue on Thursday which means 5 weeks +, I'll see what midwife wants to do Thursday it isn't too far away. I'm going see if EPU will scan me around 8 weeks if I get there as anything before they do internal and I don't want that.

How you @Beaumont21 ?xx
