Hey @TinselBee, @Rose68, @BettySwoll0cks

Here is the thread I promised us.

Somewhere for us to help eachother, pick one another up, cry, scream, laugh..

Some of us may be looking to try again, some may be putting things on hold. Whatever our plans, lets get through this together.

(I don't know whether conception was the right choice of topic, I can always have this moved to a more suitable topic if anyone would like me to)

I will look through our threads again and see if I can @mention anyone else who might like to join us

Oh congratulations @Frazzlerock - what a fantastic piece of news to come back to on the thread! We are due some good news so what a great way to kick it off!

@Rachyrach83 - I do think if it continues to soak through so quickly you might have to head to the hospital, which I appreciate no-one wants to do on Boxing Day. However, after I had my first mmc at 10 weeks in March, when I first had my period in April it was exactly how you describe it. Really runny, really gloopy. I had massive strands of gloop (a little like ewcm) of blood hanging down. It was horrible. It varied between large clumps of clots as well as the gloop. So it is normal, but it is how quickly you are soaking through which is concerning me.

So I got up at 430am this morning after being awake since 3am. I think this jetlag is going to take me a while to get over...........urrrghhhhh. At least I don't go back to work until tomorrow.

I had a great holiday in the Caribbean and I think it was exactly what I needed after the miscarriage. My DH and I got on really well and I think the holiday bought us closer together. We didn't even really talk about the miscarriage particularly but did do the deed quite a lot which was good and quite unusual for us. When I got pregnant both times before it was just the one event of BD that week that got me pregnant.

I took my thermometer and OPK sticks with me with full intention of using them but I only took my temperature a few days as I struggled with the time difference to start with. I peed on a stick 2 days but it was inconclusive as to whether I was about to ovulate or not so I gave up. So it was quite nice not to think about it too much even though I was planning on getting back into my TTC routine pretty quickly. So I am on CD20 since the operation and I think I have ovulated as my CM is a little more creamy but that's the only evidence I have!!

I have drunk so much alcohol though, and eaten so unhealthily which is fine but I am desperate to go back to peppermint tea and vegetables rather than champagne and cheeseburgers!!

It is now 6am and I have been up for ages..........urgh. Today is going to be a long day x

Rose68 · 26/12/2018 00:12

Rachy do you think you could be haemorrhaging? I think if you soak through a pad in less than an hour for more than 4 hours you should get help. I hope you are okay xxx

Rachyrach83 · 25/12/2018 22:01

Sorry TMI but my god this AF is heavy!
Back on tampons today as yesterday seemed ok.... usually change without issue every 4 hours-ish but today it’s soaking them every few hours max and it’s literally dripping out in the seconds inbeteeen me swapping them! Never known AF with such thin and runny blood. Staying overnight at the parents tonight and worried I’m going to soak through :(
Took aspirin for the pain earlier as all I could find in medicine cupboard , but that was 11am so could that affect?? Xx

Buggles1 · 25/12/2018 19:35

Fabulous news @frazzlerock, congratulations.
Merry Christmas to you all. Been a hectic one here, with family over, and not how I’d intended things to be. I had so wanted to announce good news to everyone but it’s also good to feel warm, loved and ready to start again. Fingers crossed for 2019 ladies...

smerlin · 25/12/2018 19:24

Congratulations @Frazzlerock - great to have some good news on the thread!

I am technically still on TWW I suppose as AF didn't materialise after yesterday's bleed but am drinking all the champagne because I bloody well deserve it!

ratherbeshowjumping · 25/12/2018 18:39

What a gorgeous piece of good news!!!! Frazzle I'm beyond thrilled for you & your lovely new fiancé.

How exciting! Just what we all needed 😘😘 the most beautiful ring too!

BettySwoll0cks · 25/12/2018 18:37

Congrats Frazzle!! What lovely, happy news.

I hope everyone is having a good day today. Slightly strange one here, DH has man flu and has spent half the day in bed. I'm pretty sure I completed my mc this morning - was going to collect the sample and take it to the hospital for testing, but fuck it it's Christmas Day and I didn't want to be collecting gloop and driving to the hospital while also trying to cook a Christmas lunch etc.

So ... new beginnings. Hopefully I can move on from today. DS has had a brilliant day and has loved Christmas. I have a cheeseboard and a rather expensive bottle of wine to enjoy after tiddles is in bed. What's not to love?

TinselBee · 25/12/2018 16:44

Glad you're safely back and had a lovely holiday edidxb hope you catch up on sleep soon!

Frazzle that's amazing!!!! Congrats. So so lovely! Good luck wedding planning. (I know you aren't convinced that was a +OPK and unless temps match there is no way to know if you ovulated following that but my +OPKs only last a couple hours so I always test constantly with them plus you don't always ovulate for another 3 days after! So FX!)

Rachyrach83 · 25/12/2018 16:37

Ah congratulations!!!!!
How lovely!!!!
What great news! Xxxx

Rose68 · 25/12/2018 16:28

Kinsters · 25/12/2018 16:28

Ooo congratulations Frazzle how exciting and your ring looks beautiful!

Frazzlerock · 25/12/2018 16:01

Hello all!! I'm back!!!!!!!!!
Merry Christmas all!!!!

I am beyond tired and have slept about 6 hours in the last 2 nights. BUT, I have had an amazing holiday in the Caribbean and have drunk all the alcohol going.

I will update properly tomorrow but I just wanted to say hello for now.

ratherbeshowjumping · 25/12/2018 12:06

Merry Christmas ladies.

Thought I'd just jump on to let you know I'm thinking of you all.

AF finally decided to show up yesterday & is awful. Woke up at 4am soaked right through 🤢 and have been carrying a hot water bottle round all morning. Merry fucking Christmas 👍🏼

Feeling very sad that I should be 12 + 4 but instead I'm sat here necking both Prosecco & paracetamol.

Bfps are coming in the new year, I'm sure xxxxx

TinselBee · 25/12/2018 09:12

Thanks Kin usually I ovulate between CD14-CD18 but more often CD15.

Don't blame you with not being arsed with temping. Bloody confusing post MC.

Rachyrach83 · 25/12/2018 09:10

Merry Christmas ladies!
Thanks for being there these past few weeks!
Hope you all have a good day and this time next year we can all be comparing pics of babies or bumps xx

Kinsters · 25/12/2018 09:06

Hmm it could be a post o dip but it's gone very low. I think it's more likely you'll ovulate today. Fingers crossed your temp will shoot up nice and high tomorrow.

What cycle day do you normally ovulate on? I guess it varies for everyone but I'm trying to guess when I'll ovulate. Normally it's cd13 or 14 which would make it NYE. I guess the miscarriage might delay things though and I still can't be arsed with temping.

TinselBee · 25/12/2018 08:55

Fellow charters, do you reckon today's dip could be that 2/3dpo dip and potentially ovulated on CD18? Or do you reckon I am ovulating today as I got a negative OPK today? And it's an ovulation dip today?

One thing with BBT charting, never know youve Oved until a few days later

Merry Christmas to all you lovely ladies! Most of us had announcement plans today I think, it’s a tough time for us all, but I hope you still manage to have a good day. I’m sure 2019 will bring exciting news for you all. Lots of love xxx

smerlin · 25/12/2018 08:29

Merry Christmas everyone! At least we have the WineWinetoday to keep us going xxx

Also thank you all for your generous support through this difficult time

Kinsters · 25/12/2018 07:51

Merry Christmas everyone, hopefully the new year will bring good things for us all Xmas Smile

TinselBee · 25/12/2018 06:22

Merry Christmas everyone. I know this year our Christmas isn't how we had it planned or what we wished it to be. But I really hope you all have a lovely day. Remember it's okay to be sad, anxious or frustrated today though. Just because it's Xmas doesn't mean we have to be happy. Lots of love xx

Kinsters · 24/12/2018 21:36

It sucks doesn't it. I keep thinking how different everything would be if it had worked out. I feel cheated of the Christmas I'd had in my mind. I see my family and friends once or twice a year so this timing was perfect.

On the positive side I got to drink some of the very expensive wine my dad was given for Christmas.
