Hi ladies can I join?

ttc #1
Mc in September at 11 weeks though baby lost at 8 + 5
Age 32
Ttc since June 18.

I’m in the middle of my TWw and just feeling so sad and fed up with life. Miscarriage is so hard to deal with and I’m still not feeling myself yet. X

DayDreamer1707 · 29/11/2018 11:08

@MeghanV07 well it clearly worked!! I can see a line!!!

MeghanV07 · 29/11/2018 11:02

@DayDreamer1707 that's exactly what I did last month. I tried to not obsess with baby making and just concentrated on making sure I was ovulating.

AF is due tomorrow and I've just tested.

This was a 40 minute wee hold too 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Morning ladies, hope you're all doing ok, after having my mc confirmed yesterday after a 2 week wait, I feel rough as arseholes.
My body aches all over, I didn't realise how tense and stressed I've been the last 2 weeks. Just need the second blood test to confirm the hcg levels are going down and it up and then I can close this chapter and wait for AF....

DayDreamer1707 · 29/11/2018 10:15

@hayleyfx I had a MMC basically the same as you and thought I was a lucky one to not have an sickness. I don't think you are being ridiculous at all, I would feel exactly the same. I think you should call the EPU explain your situation and I am sure they will book you in for an early scan. The last thing you need is to be getting worked up. A friend of mine had MC at 7 weeks and they allowed her to have an early scan. I think with you having a previous MMC they would definitely be understanding. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about as no pregnancy is the same but probably having the peace of mind will make you feel a whole lot better xx

Hi All,

TTC #1
Age 38
MMC -June 18 at 12 weeks
MC -Aug 18 and Oct 18

RMC appointment at St Mary's in Jan for investigations. Having a little break TTC until investigations done. And decided after such a heartbreaking 2018 to get married in Feb.

Welcome to the newbies, and congrats/fingers crossed for those with BFP.

I am generally lurking while not TTC but will pop up occasionally

hayleyfx · 29/11/2018 09:48

Ladies I’m stressing so much today. I’m 6 weeks and have no nausea/sickness whatsoever. I know some women don’t get it at all but I just feel like I should have some by now. With my MMC, I never had any nausea the whole pregnancy (thought I was lucky - how wrong was I) as baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. Found out at 11 weeks the reason why I wasn’t feeling sick.
With Charlie I had awful sickness and although he was ill, he was growing perfectly, from 6 weeks I felt so sick and off my food and at 7 weeks started vomiting everyday. Because of my experience with morning sickness = growing pregnancy I’m freaked out. Am I being ridiculous? I need someone to calm me down. Feel convinced that this is going to be another loss 😣
Also having hardly any cramps this pregnancy which I had loads with Charlie 😔

DayDreamer1707 · 29/11/2018 09:05

@Dimblebimble yes it would make sense after the pain you was having the other day. Glad you are going to see your GP. As awful as it sounds when you go through a MC you want it done and over with ASAP. It's not fair that it has to be dragged out sometimes. Let me know how you get on and hope things get sorted and you have some answers xx

Dimblebimble · 29/11/2018 08:56

@DayDreamer1707 I'm assuming for now that it's either an incomplete miscarriage or just residual hcg (I did read online it can take a month to go completely and my miscarriage was 2nd November). Coupled with the pains I've been having I think it's worth getting it checked out.

I'll be really annoyed if I have another mva/d&c as I had one in the first place!

DayDreamer1707 · 29/11/2018 08:47

@Dimblebimble don't want to sound negative but is it any chance anything left over from your MC, have you got a negative at all on a test beforehand? FX it is a new pregnancy, I can see a faint line in the 2nd picture x

ratherbeshowjumping · 29/11/2018 08:38

Thank you for the new thread Yukka...

Age 25
MC#1 Fell pg on coil Feb 2017, MC'd May 2017
MC#2 LMP 28th Sept 2018, MC'd 23rd Nov 2018 (8 weeks)
TTC#1

Dimblebimble · 29/11/2018 08:25

Age 29
TTC no. 1 since December 2017
Mmc diagnosed Oct 18 and completed Nov 18

So I took an frer and I can actually see a faint line, which came up quickly (see pics) after the mc I tested with an internet cheapie and it was blank, but I used one again this morning and it was still blank, so maybe it wasn't picking up low levels of remaining hug? There is a very slim possibility it's a new pregnancy as it's 10 days since we first had sex post mc but I've been taking ovulation tests (again, internet cheapies) and I've had no sign of ovulation.

Got a gp appointment for half 10

@MeghanV07 it's not that I'm worried about AF because I don't think it will of happened this cycle as it's my first since my MMC. I'm trying to think of this cycle more as finding out about my ovulation days and cycle length. I just actually like looking things up and find it really interesting....sad I know 🙈. I just can't imagine there being a lot going on in the TWW for me. How are you doing today, any symptoms or sign of AF?

@KnitKitty Good Luck with your appointment, will be thinking of you .

Is anyone else in their TWW or first cycle?

Laney79 · 29/11/2018 07:59

@KnitKitty great news about the appointment. Let us know how it goes?

@Yukka pleased you have your treatment sorted. Fingers crossed for scan.

Welcome to all the newbies, sorry to see you here, but believe me this bunch of lasses are incredible.

Well today I started using my new techie clearblue connected ovulation kit...only diff seems to be it bluetooths the reading to the app on my phone! Hoping my fertile week will coincide with our trip to London to see muse on Monday.

Chatnel36 · 29/11/2018 02:50

Age: 39
TTC: 18 months
MC: x 3
BFP positive Tuesday

Scared to feel excited yet as last 3 ended in early mc. My last pregnancy was only 3 days long.

MeghanV07 · 28/11/2018 22:52

I don't know how I got through my 2ww this month @DayDreamer1707 I feel like I've been so much more relaxed this cycle. I have usually done about 4 tests by now but I have resisted and AF is due Friday. I've had a small bit of spotting yesterday that was red/pink & today bright red but only a wipes worth. It was just after I checked my cervix so maybe I scratched myself?!

I've just tried to keep busy, when I've wanted to be on my phone googling symptoms, I've got up and done some cleaning, or I took the dog out for a walk. The 2ww is just the worst! Xx

DayDreamer1707 · 28/11/2018 22:24

So I’m in my TWW for the first time ever and currently 2DPO I think 🤔 . Decided I’m going to go onto a health kick and get back into the gym. Any tips on how to make this TWW not drive me insane...

Also can we wish for some Christmas BFP 🥰
