I'm 43, one DD who is 19 months.
Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks in August. We've just started trying again, but I'm overweight, sleep deprived and still breastfeeding, so not sure it's going to happen.
Would love any tips anyone might have for improving egg quality.

Hot flushes for weeks and period is way late but testing negative. Wondering if I'm peri - menopausal :(
