Can I have a hand hold please?...AF 2 days ‘late’

I’ve been ttc 2.5 years. We have confirmed MFI. In the process of applying for IVF. Have sacked off opks and temping and trying just to enjoy sex before IVF starts but with a focus around the essential week as it were. According to FF AF is 2 days ‘late’ now I could have ovulated late causing a lengthy cycle. If I ovulated around the same time as I do normally I would be around 14dpo ish. Normally I would be spotting by now with first day of AF on CD29. Its CD31 with no spotting and white CM. I keep getting a crampy type feeling like AF will come but it hasn’t yet. And my boobs hurt.

I need a hand hold not to get my hopes up or excited. I don’t want to test and get my hopes up in case it is just a case of late ovulation until I am officially late like CD36 or something. My DH is working away for a while so I’m in this on my own as I don’t want to get his hopes up either.

Please hold my hand??!

I could be joining you very soon don’t worry. My AF is officially a week late Monday. It’s doing my head in. Tested twice bfn😪 don’t really feel pregnant. Just typical this is happening at such a crucial time. Hugs xx

What a joke. Full AF now after being a whole week late. My body had taken ‘cruel’ to a whole new level.

FlowersFlowers I’m so sorry if this is AF on it’s way. Our bodies feel so cruel when ttc throwing in the odd irregular cycle. Unmumsnetty hugs xxx

Have you tested yet? I've been using the cheap amazon one step tests and just been reading the reviews, so many people have posted saying they've not had a positive at all or didn't get one till af was a week or so late so I'm stupidly still hoping 😒 I'd rather just come on if I'm not so I know either way 😔

Hi 👋🏼 you're in the exact same boat as me negative tests & on cd 35. Usually 31 day cycles. I have no idea what's going on I had a small bleed once when wiping on cd 26 then some brown spotting for a couple of days only when wiping & now cramps for the past week but no sign of actual period at all 😒

Until AF rears her ugly head you’re still in I’d say but I’m no expert.

A first respond rapid results as that’s all they had. Didn’t think it would matter at this stage. Is there still hope??!!

What did you use to test? FRER or regular test?

Yep pretty regular. Usually around 29 days. Sometimes up to 30. Longest 31 but only once in two years. Now CD35.

Caved this morning and tested and a BFN. Gutted. It’s not looking good is it? Still no sign of period 😫

When I was pregnant I had hardly any cm early on.. when AF due I leak like a broken tap for two days before. FX for you xx

Ignore the CM!

I had a BFP and CM by the bloody bucket load earlier this year. I had an early miscarriage at 5/6 weeks.

I got another BFP on my next cycle and nada. Dry as a bone, I’m now 31 weeks and distinctly whale like in size.

I wouldn't worry about cm too much 😉 I had soooo much the other day during my tww and I thought to myself "YES, that's a good sign" but then AF arrived haha.

And when I was pregnant I didn't notice any more cm this early either 😊

I really hope you get your BFP. Crossing fingers!!

@meoldchina I don’t wear a Fitbit al the time so I don’t think it would be accurate. I’ll have to stick to frantically checking my pants instead! 🙈

Good luck! I wouldn't be able to wait. Do you wear a heart rate fitbit or anything? Often your resting heart rate can be a giveaway
