@FlapJackered thank you!

Just knew something was wrong. But now only half of it is wrong!

Apparently it's super likely this month, but I start Clomid next month if needed.

FlapJackered · 21/11/2018 20:58

@SenoraSurf tentative congratulations!! 🎉 keeping everything crossed that you get a nice strong line.

@Delilah7 That is THE BEST news!!! So happy for you that is it all going to right direction! Xxx

@ValidUser Well done for getting through it today, that's great that they managed to clear it and have got a good plan of action for you! Fingers crossed it ends in a bfp for you soon!

@cupcakesandglitter That looks quite dark, I think it might be coming soon! I feel your pain though with waiting for ov. Not a fun task.

@FivexFive Good luck lovely! Keeping everything crossed for you! 🤞🏻

cupcakesandglitter · 21/11/2018 20:55

@sunshine1987 good plan! 😏

sunshine1987 · 21/11/2018 20:48

@cupcakesandglitter or a picture of something else if that fails 😉

cupcakesandglitter · 21/11/2018 20:45

@DayDreamer1707 I've found taking pictures of my tests helps, that way it's easier for me to compare because sometimes they do fade after a while - could be a dodgy batch! I've been using the new ones for two weeks and not had anything remotely close to positive. I had EWCM on Sunday I think, and so I knew (or hoped) I must be ovulating soon. As soon as I used my old set I had a clearer result than the last few weeks, so trust your body and try and watch out for signs, OPKs aren't always reliable x

@EltzBee oh definitely, it's like javelin arse but just in your noonie 😂 x

@sunshine1987 thankyou!! DH isn't home until late tonight but we're getting away tomorrow night on a city break so plenty of DTD 😇 'might try and seduce him when he gets home anyway sends him a pic of OPK

@EltzBee I get that too!

@Delilah7 that’s great news, really pleased for you

AF is definitely here now, so Cycle 5 CD1, maybe I’ll get my BFP in time for Xmas... fingers crossed 🤞

DayDreamer1707 · 21/11/2018 20:36

@vaildUser I’ve jus never had this before and don’t know if my body is stil a little all over since my MC, suppose I can keep testing.

@cupcakesandglitter my cycles Where pretty all over the place before my MC which does make you more frustrating, I also never looked out for ovulation symptoms before x

sunshine1987 · 21/11/2018 20:35

@cupcakesandglitter fingers crossed! x

EltzBee · 21/11/2018 20:34

@cupcakesandglitter Oh glad it isn't just me! It's so annoying lol. They're weird and slightly painful!

ValidUser · 21/11/2018 20:32

@DayDreamer1707 I agree with @cupcakesandglitter - 2-4 % of women get ovulation spotting, I believe!

DayDreamer1707 · 21/11/2018 20:31

@cupcakesandglitter I did wonder that but was getting negative OPKs so that’s why I didn’t know if it was the strips I bought x

cupcakesandglitter · 21/11/2018 20:27

@EltzBee yeah they are 😩 ooh yes me!!! I remember googling it the first time I felt it and was so convinced I was pg 😂😂

@sunshine1987 that makes sense, hopefully I'm ovulating soon... just come home and checked on the one I did earlier, it's quite a bit darker than normal so I think it's coming soon, hopefully!!!!

@DayDreamer1707 I've heard some people get a bit of spotting around ov xx

DayDreamer1707 · 21/11/2018 20:16

Yes the control line is definitely there and then another which is currently very faded. I was hoping I was ovulating soon but I’ve just been spotting pinky and creamy with light cramps today and OPKs are very faint lines.

sunshine1987 · 21/11/2018 20:03

@cupcakesandglitter yeah sorry I meant I see how yours are different to the ones I had that cycle. Think when I get a positive the control line is often lighter than normal as if the dye all goes to the test line? Just what you need though to be having to analyse them like that x

EltzBee · 21/11/2018 19:58

@cupcakesandglitter Oh gosh our bodies are funny things aren't they.

Having weird shooting pains today 'down there'. Almost like stabbing or sharp pain! Anyone else had that? Really strange. Guess it's hormonal ..

cupcakesandglitter · 21/11/2018 19:44

@purplefig I suppose, but then that's got my wondering how short my LP is? X

@sunshine1987 ooh yes I see, I think they're actually okay though! Maybe the CD14 control is a bit fainter BUT the control is a nice dark purple so it's clear to see the test line x

@ValidUser oh no I completely get that, glad you had your answers though x

@EltzBee yeah 😂😩 we were soooo excited and then all of a sudden AF turned up a week early 😂

@DayDreamer1707 yeah like sunshine said, I wouldn't worry unless your control is really light like mine were (and super faint as soon as you've dipped them in!) x

OP posts:
sunshine1987 · 21/11/2018 19:37

@daydreamer1707 looks like you can easily tell with the control line but I wouldn’t worry unless they simply aren’t coming up with any lines or the control line is really light in colour x

purplefig · 21/11/2018 19:24

@DayDreamer1707 Personally, I wouldn't worry too much so long as the control line is coming up, it's obviously being 'activated'. And of course if you keep your OPKs (to reference) then the colour will fade over time.

DayDreamer1707 · 21/11/2018 19:20

Argh!! I’m wondering if I now have dodgie batch of Opks, first time using them 😫😫😫

AngeloMysterioso · 21/11/2018 19:19

Well... another day, another BFN, still no sign of AF. It's getting annoying now. I just want to know either way!

EltzBee · 21/11/2018 19:17

@SullyWifey yeah it came up saying it had updated in based on my data...really odd.

@SenoraSurf i see a line, fx !

@cupcakesandglitter Lol your cycles changed when you started ttc? That is weird!

ValidUser · 21/11/2018 19:03

@cupcakesandglitter it's a huge relief!

Part of me is also relieved I wasn't fussing over nothing (irrational I know!).

sunshine1987 · 21/11/2018 19:00

@cupcakesandglitter got you! See what you mean when I look at mine from September that I did

TTC FIRST BABY - THREAD NO.8
purplefig · 21/11/2018 18:59

@FivexFive all the best for the morning!

@cupcakesandglitter oh how frustrating! But I suppose if you're having another 39 day cycle you wouldn't be due to ovulate for a while yet, so could be that?

cupcakesandglitter · 21/11/2018 18:55

Ooh also @sunshine1987 if you look at the last post I did with pictures where I compared the new and old batch, it's not easy to see but the second one's control is a super dark purple, whereas the first one is a faint pink x
