So a week late and the day before I was going to test again AF had decided to show up very angrily and caught me off guard while I was out 😪.

Hey all, hope you're all doing well. I'm now CD5. Going to start OPKs on CD7 I think. Don't want to miss ovulation.

Really struggling at the moment and not sure why. I have had some blood tests yesterday so should get the results on Monday but I'm expecting them to be normal and it being my old friend depression coming back to visit. TTC is not helping matters because I just want a baby so much it's potentially making me depressed. Sorry that sounds so silly. Sorry for the moan, I don't really have anyone to talk to other than my husband.

I don't think I've ever been more than a day or two over, and that's usually with a little "show" on time at least. I have tried Clearblue early test, FRER, Tesco own brand and Boots own brand, negative on all fronts (not counting the sodding evap line on the CB messing with my mind). I've been pregnant before and that time I got a BFN when I was two days late but then BFPs after a week (I think, it was a long time ago).

@sunshine1987 I was tempted to make a similar such collage so I'm glad I'm not alone hahaa!

@purplefig haha I was doing the same! Had sellotaped them to a bit of paper and was writing down the days and then had to have a word with myself lol x

@AngeloMysterioso Ahh that sucks, I'm sorry to hear. I hate that feeling of being stuck in limbo. Are you normally always on time? Could you try one of the super popular brands like FRER?

@sunshine1987 that sounds more hygienic than my current 'filing' system which = a pile of used OPKs piled up in my bathroom cabinet in chronological order so I can line them up and ascertain darkness levels (and then rejoice/freak out). What has TTC done to me!!!!

@purplefig I’ve tried them all 🙈 and find FF the best though it’s ugly as it takes into account all the signs of ovulation. Glow I just use to take photos of the OPK’s to track if they’re positive etc and getting darker x

Well, another day, another BFN, still no sign of AF. It's starting to piss me off now, if I'm not pregnant then why the hell am I a week late?! Grrrr

@sunshine1987 thanks ! So exciting to actually see it getting darker. I'll look into glow. I'm using clue atm which has been pretty poor at predicting fertile period thus far (though tbf I've only been using it for a few months).

@EltzBee yes I think you're right. I'll keep at it! Sorry I can't be of any help with your chart, I don't know the first thing about temping. At this stage I think I'm adding one thing in each cycle, hence the OPK hysteria!

@purplefig so nearly there, I find the app glow really helpful with confirming positives x

@purplefig the one on the right looks slightly darker. Try again tomorrow. I got two days in a row that were similar darkness and those two were my 'darkest' lines.

Gone through all my dates as realised I hadn't done the ones before and thought better to be consistent....updated graph again! lol

Ok it's kind of dried to same ish colour as control. Maybe it's still not there. Right. Will stop spamming

(Another reason I think that my positive OPK was yesterday was yesterday I had EWCM and today I don't. Plus today my nipples are KILLING and of course I have been googling the shit out of "sore nipples sign of ovulation. Man I need to take my own advice and chill the f out.)

So I've just done today's OPK and it's faded since yesterday. So I'm thinking yesterday might have been my surge? I was expecting it to get a bit stronger though.

Hmm. Going to test again this evening and make sure I definitely haven't drank too much / wee'd.

@KatBeCool the speculum was the worst part. Even the unblocking of my left tube was unremarkable!

@eltzbee honestly it’s so helpful. I note the actual temp in the notes and input the changed data as the actual temp input. I woke up two hours early the other day and messed my chart up and then when I changed it it looked way better. I reckon you’ll get an increase in temp again tomorrow x

Right, I've updated my temperatures for the past few days (thanks for the link @sunshine1987 - hopefully it is sensible times now).

@DayDreamer1707 we are yes, just waiting to see if I get a peak on cb opk. Or a temp change. But if not then just want AF to come and go so I can make some sense of next cycle.

All this talk about haircuts and my hair is getting very neglected, it's frizzy and thick. Might have to see if I can get a kerratin done for Xmas
@SullyWifey wish I was brave enough to go grey it does look lovely. A change is really refreshing sometimes x

@MrsR16 I've got a wedding and just not looking forward to it. I don't wanna put heels on or a tight dress. I haven't prepared for it so didn't get s new dress that abit looser. :( and I won't wanna stay there long as I'm just so tired!!! Xx
