Starting the TWW - anyone want to join ?

So I think I'm in the tww, had a positive OPK on Monday afternoon and negative since so think I may be 1 or 2 dpo

Not sure we've done enough this month so will be surprised if it does happen .

Anyone want to join me in the wait?

@mrsof20118 I've ordered the one step strips from Amazon, I think a lot of people use them , they're supposed to detect levels of 10!

Although ... Last month I ordered one step but they were the plastic casing ones which I thought would be better... In fact someone on mumsnet recommended them. I got evaps on every single one !! So, not sure how good these will be 😂

Thanks! Unfortunately we've had 2 miscarriages (forgot to mention that previously). Praying that the [egg] or [eggs] finally sticks.

I am holding out until Sunday. Make sure I stay firm! AF isn't even due until following Saturday but I definitely can't wait that long. I have too many IC so might as well use them!

Hey everyone! I'm 3 dpo and haven't been able to do much work googling symptoms lol...A little background, Husband and I have been ttc for almost two years. Recently had a laparoscopy for stage IV endometriosis. Just had my period for the first time since my surgery. Baby dust to all!!

I'd decided Friday would be the day to use the only FRER I currently have. Have family coming to stay for the weekend on Friday and would rather do the test before they arrive. Will be 11/12dpo so should get a relatively accurate result. Plus I'd like to know whether I can have a few wines over the weekend - which I may well need if it's negative! Shall we all just agree to wait until a CD that is realistic for each of us and to stop testing on silly dpo?! Grin

I really want to wait for the weekend, but I'm off Thursday and working Friday sat, so I'd rather find out either way on a day off! So I don't think I'll end up holding out!! Haha

I win on the crazy level. Tested yesterday at 5dpo as had to do a urine sample at doctors and had one in bag and thought may as well. How would it even be possible?! This baby making has made me lose my mind a little! X

I also caved today 7dpo , obviously negative lol. I thought my internet cheapies were coming today but turns out it's Thursday 🙈 so I'll wait til fmu Friday (10dpo) to use them. Well I say that, I'll probably pee on one straight away 😂

I've continued doing OPKs because I have long cycles and got a positive result really early. I got a positive result again today. So I probably did not ovulate on CD15 at all, but now, on CD26. Really, really sucks.

(Yes, I did a pregnancy test too. BFN).

@showmethegin I did! A 6dpo, with an IC! So totally 100% impossible to show anything other than a BFN! But there is something about POAS that makes me feel in control so I did it anyway! Plus I have 30 IC's and I'm not going to need them next month as this is my month so I may as well pre on them. (Can you tell I'm trying the whole think positive thing?? Haha also just ordered an ovusense so clearly not thinking that positive!!!)

Hi all! 10 DPO here. I think. Thereabouts anyway. I'm going to wait to test until the weekend.

I thought I had like a 100 early pregnancy symptoms in my first days after ovulating, until I learned that there is simply no such thing before implantation. And now implantation might have happened, and I feel exactly the same as I do normally around this time a month. Hormonal acne, vaguely achy. Preparing for a BFN. Hoping for a BFP.

It's our first. My best friend had her second yesterday, and oooh, I want it so much.

There's additional pressure for us. I have an autoimmune disease and have to be off my meds for this entire time - they're especially dangerous for baby in the first trimester. Every cycle we fail to conceive I run a higher risk of getting a flare-up and having to interrupt our TTC journey. Or if it is bad enough, I might never get a chance again. So yeah, trying to be absolutely cool, la-di-da.

The 2WW is such a head fuck. I know it's too early to get symptoms (4dpo) but I'm second guessing everything. Argh!
@mrsof20118 resisting so far, but have promised myself I can do one little IC on Friday morning at 8dpo 🙈😂 What DPO are you now?

@ReginaPhalange89 when it's our bodies it's so hard not to obsess over it. I'm still getting small pulls and twinges on right hand side. Could smell someone's cigarette smoke when walking earlier and it was so strong which was one of my symptoms before but again could be in my head

Im on cycle day 12. No haven't used opk's this month after our chemical last month. We did the deed Thur Fri and Sunday im hoping that may be enough. Think I have scared poor hubby off telling him that we need to get cracking everytime I notice something when going the loo lol x

Haha yeah men seriously don't even think about it do they ? I said to my OH earlier... "Eek only a few more days til I start testing" and he said oh you haven't really gone on about it yet this month 🙈😂 I was obsessed last month. Literally POAS every day and obsessed over lines and kept asking his opinion lol
