@MrsNK before I started the pill (in my teens) I had heavy, long periods and a lot of pain. During the pill I had a 28 day cycle, af for about 6 days and a medium flow. Now I’m off the pill ttc my af lasts for 5 days with 3 of those being very light, some painful cramping on cd1 but that’s it.

@wouldthatbeworse how long are your cycles usually? We’re dtd every other day from yesterday (cd8) but not using opks this time. I found SMEP quite tiring last month 😂

Trying to conceive #2.

Bit nervous about it all. It's the first month and I know it takes a lot of time and heartache to conceive. Trying to set myself up to be kind to myself and enjoy this time. But it's hard!!

I did an OPK this morning for really no reason at all, given that it's CD10 and I usually have a 30 day cycle so would not expect to see anything this early. But it showed a line that was nearly positive! I hope it haven't missed it already. Will have to do one tomorrow to check!

Seeing as I had a mc a week ago, could it potentially be leftover pregnancy hormones? I took a pregnancy test two days ago that was negative, so I had thought that would mean my hormones should have cleared up, but I could be wrong.

Yes prior to using any hormonal contraceptives I had a 5 day heavy/medium af, since coming off 12 months ago they've been lasting 3-4 days and are quite light x

Posted this in October bus by mistake, so thought it may be more appropriate to post here instead, since I’m now on the Nov Bus!

For those of you who came off the pill, did any of you notice a change to your periods when they returned? Prior to taking the pill 9 years ago, AF was always heavy and lasted 5-7 days. This time AF has only been 3 days and less heavy. Just hoping it’s not going to affect my chances this month 🤔

I should be due around the 6th. Going to use preseed this month and not test till 2 weeks after ovulation 🤞🏻

Welcome everyone. Think AF due on 5 Nov. Sticking with the clear blue OPKs and pre-seed although not done much good so far.

Hi ladies I would love to join you.

I am on CD4, following a very long 47 day cycle. So no idea really when November's AF will come but will be tracking all through Oct to hopefully hit ovulation and have a BFP in November. Wishing you all loads of luck 😘
