Aw I took a free this morning and it was negative am 10 dpo too :( am I out

10 days PO and negative on a frer. I must be out 

Just had a letter following an abnormal smear- have to go in for a colposcopy on Tuesday 😭 the changes they found from the smear were severe so I assume I'll need treatment- looks like I won't be pregnant this year!! Let's hope I have a better 2019 baby wise!

@stroan my acupuncturist is happy with me going once every 2 weeks as I can't afford anymore. So I go before ovulation and then just before af due.
I think I prob should be going at least once a week.
Currently taking:
Vit D
Vit B6
Royal Jelly
Fish oils

Primrose oil and CoQ10 up to ovulation, with hot water bottle for uterine warming.
Force feeding myself pineapple, I've got flaxseed but forgot about it 🤦🏻‍♀️ and now try and keep my feet warm as opposed to directly on my uterus.

@wishful so annoying, especially when I know there might be issues. I just find it so frustrating to not know where I am in the cycle.

What supplements do you take? I took Soy Isoflavones early in my cycle which can apparently help to manipulate ovulation. They get called "Nature's Clomid". And I've taken Flaxseed this week to thicken the uterine lining because I figured that couldn't hurt.

Might try accupuncture next cycle. Do you have to go at a certain point in the cycle?

You could try adding in some supplements for now. Not sure which ones specifically are good to promote ovulation, but I'm now taking 6 things on top of my pregnacare.
I also see an acupuncturist, who seems to think what I have been doing has been helping.
I don't have PCOS so don't know much about natural supplements for that. I have a thin/pitted uterus and possibly small follicles.
It's quite amazing what you can do to help yourself that the doctors never mention!!
Worth a try if you're being made to wait anyway.

Hi @Wishful30, not this time around because they won't even discuss anything until we've been trying for 6 months. I concieved DD in Cycle 2, but I'd been temping for nearly a year so had a good amount of data to predict ovulation.

I think that i do ovulate, at least some cycles, because I have all the symptoms and get sharp ovulation pains. But I've never had a strong positive OPK for some reason.

Hi guys, I woke up this morning feeling rotten sicky feeling sore head sore boobies I had a bit of cramping last night too :( my af is not due till Tuesday took a clearblue digital test yesterday (8dpo) and it was negative :(

First response are arriving today from amazon so I will give that a go

Have you spoken with your GP about never ovulating? Only there's a trigger injection to induce ovulation.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on this cycle. I have PCOS and cycles can range from 30 days to 60 days. Last one was 50. I took Soy Isoflavones on CD4-9 this month and have been temping. I use three different apps, just in case! They all predicted ovuation around the 11th November.

I've never had a positive OPK but for the last 7 days, they've had a faint line. It got stronger until about 4 days ago and is now fading again. I know it's still not a positive, but I've never managed to even get a faint line before. I've had loads of EWCM for the last 5 days or so. This morning, when I entered my temp into Fertility Friend, it updated itself and suggested that I actually ovulated on the 27th October. Really helpful 4 days later! The other 2 apps haven't changed their predictions.

So I might now be in the TWW, and I might not. I have no idea. I guess we have to just continue with lots of sex and hope for the best. But I'm slowly going mad trying to interpret everything.

Hey, ttc#1, cycle 1 & 1dpo and the is killing me already 😅.

About 4dpo and I keep getting a pinchy feeling on the left side of my uterus...

I now know implantation is a bit of an issue for me, but herbal meds, healthier eating and acupuncture are hopefully helping this.
I kinda thought we missed our chance this month as I think I may have ovulated late, but I'm going with the middle of my LH surge as an estimate for now.
Don't ever remember any symptoms this early before 🤔

Does anyone have any opinions on uterine warning and using heat on the uterus in the 2ww??

Hi ladies I am still quite new to all this. Took a HCg strip test yesterday and I swear i saw a shadowy line, perhaps just my imagination and wishful thinking as took a clearblue digital and it was not pregnant I don't want to give up hope but aren't those meant to be really good 😥

Wasn’t going to do a test yet as thought I would be too early. But all my apps having given me different ov dates so maybe I’m later dpo that I thought!
