@Delilah7 My twin sister is a coeliac And I think there is so much truth in what you've just said. Myself and my sister were born early as my mum is also a coeliac, my cousin also has it and unfortunately had a miscarriage before having a perfectly safe and healthy pregnancy. I think it does definitely have some effect. Have you spoken to your dr about it? My cousin had a load of specialist vitamins when she had her healthy pregnancy, prescribed to her and she's adamant that that was what helped in the end. X

Delilah7 · 08/10/2018 12:27

@KatBeCool hmm....
Regards to your response. Yes she did have three kids but one at a normal weight and due date after she was on a coeliac diet. And also I have been tested positive before for it so I do actually know that I react to it.

KatBeCool · 08/10/2018 12:25

@Delilah7 she successfully had three kids so don't let the information about celiacs get in your head considering that you don't even have a reaction to gluten.

Delilah7 · 08/10/2018 12:20

@KatBeCool thank youuuu xx

Guess what, so been reading up on coeliac disease. I know a lot already due to my mum and she had my brother 11 weeks early and my sister 4 weeks early before she knew she was a coeliac. Coeliacs are also more common to miscarriages and pregnancy loss! So this could explain my miscarriage! Xx

@sunshine1987 is it on average 36.10 or just sometimes? Is it possible you're cold at night? I've seen my temp dip to as low as 35.96 just last week, granted my TSH blood results were low a month ago, although I've been taking a pill for three weeks now.

@Delilah7 wohoo for dtd!

Delilah7 · 08/10/2018 11:18

@sunshine1987 my amalase were high so I've just spoke to her and she thinks maybe it's to die with my mum being coeliac ( gluten wheat etc ) ive been positive before but eat it daily and it doesn't do anything to me. X x

@delilah7 I must have missed that, are you still having problems from the tests they did after your MC? When are you likely to hear? We need your body to start playing ball xx

Delilah7 · 08/10/2018 10:47

@sunshine1987 awaiting to hear from mine about why my pancreas is inflamed! Xx

Morning all, had my doctors appointment this morning after being told a BBT of 36.10 after was too low, turns out that’s not true so hopefully that helps us.

My doctor though is amazing and is checking my thyroid and running day 21 and other tests just for peace of mind. Wasn’t expecting that and came away feeling positive that I wasn’t just turned away and not listened to, hopefully these will just confirm all is ok and give me another boost to keep at it

Delilah7 · 08/10/2018 08:19

@FivexFive go girl! See listening to your body does pay off! 😘

@Delilah 7, get in their girl!

So, my ap says my fw should start this weeekend coming. I thought I felt some ov signs yesterday and my last cycle was unusually long. We dtd last night, then I did a smiley stick this morning and got a flashing face! So this week we shall be dtd at least every other day (circumstances permitting) :)

Delilah7 · 08/10/2018 07:26

Update on last night - OH was so up for it. Just wanted me to initiate which I did anyways 😂 lasted all of 5 mins as it was too tight for him after not having sex for two weeks 😂 still, I needed that bit of loving and de stress

Showed DH my positive OPK, he said "Shouldn't we have sex right now?". Men...

FlapJackered · 07/10/2018 23:53

Hey everyone! How are we?
I'm back from hols and ready and positive for getting on it soon! 💪🏻🐎

@Crossfitgirl has AF turned up properly now? Have you booked in the blood test?
I have got a scan on Tuesday to check if there are any cysts etc which I am dreading!
DH initiated this evening after I told him we are doing smep starting today so great start!
Is your DH still going well with the enthusiasm?

@KatBeCool @CookieWaffle it is so frustrating when people make comments isn't it. My brother said to me this week that we should just get on with it. Well thanks for those wise wise words, I hadn't thought about it at all! 🙄
My DH is extremely unsympathetic at AF time, I actually had words with him about it as I wanted to know he is as invested in the decision to start a family as I am but I think it is just a guy thing.

@Delilah7 how are you hun, what cd are you on now? Any progression with the issues with your brother and you Mum?

I'm cd10 today and resisted starting the opks as the earliest I have ever ov'd is cd18. So I am thinking of starting the ICs on cd12 and the clearblue on cd14. It will be Sod's law if it is the one month I ov early!

KatBeCool · 07/10/2018 22:37

Figured I'd post an example of positive OPK (back of Clear Blue and internet cheapie) , for the new people that join and ask this 😊

@Delilah7 you gotta get it on! You don't want old sperm. There's a reason why they test it when it's 2-5 days old.

Sorry I've been out of it ladies, needed to deep clean the house this weekend, god knows why 😂😂

@Delilah7 I agree with @EssJayyCee - let him sit back whilst you do the work, I'm sure he won't complain 😉

@EssJayyCee we do!! I'm pretty much at my horniest when it comes around 😂 it's not the nicest and afterwards I don't want to see anything, DH is scared it messes up my cycles but I cannot go without sometimes 😂

I've decided to not temp or chart anything this month - really want to focus on losing the weight and not pressuring myself too much. I'd like a normal cycle this month 😂

Hope you're all doing well ❤️❤️❤️ xxxx

EssJayyCee · 07/10/2018 21:55

@Delilah7 just do the hard work yourself.. he doesn't have to work too hard! ;)

I too feel a little horny, but I'm still bleeding ever so slightly and my other half isn't too keen on it when blood is involved Sad

Do you partners still have sex if AF is still around?

Crossfitgirl · 07/10/2018 20:53

@delilah7 oh, the excitement will clear his chest right up!

And @validuser you crack me up 😂😂😂 salvaged that one alright! Love this thread! Xxx

Delilah7 · 07/10/2018 20:20

@Crossfitgirl don't know if DH is up for it. He's chest is still bad bless him x x
