Yoga used to help me de stress as I worry and over think everything. Don't do it anymore but probably should!

Omg @validuser and @delilah7 that totally had me intrigued.
That's what I'd read about having a period whilst pregnant- exactly that scenario of ovulating late and implanting after AF. I don't feel quite as crazy for my POAS this morning now!

@validuser a cup of tea and a chocolate digestive always sorts me right out. Or as they say, a little light exercise always helps! (Though maybe not at 8pm on a Sunday night 😂)

Im debating doing a bit of daily yoga at home, (this could be a good Sunday night PMS reliever, hey??) maybe before bed or first thing in a morning- I really want to relax more this month. You can do like 5 or 10 min videos on YouTube, I'm actually going to make effort and try get in a routine of it. Anyone else? I really think de-stressing is the way forward in all this TTC malarkey.

I'm such a worrier normally, I'm sure it's a good life goal!

@delilah7 reckon yesterday was your positive and it’s getting weaker now. Would count today as 0 and tomorrow as 1DPO. We’re TWW buddies as I think I ovulated yesterday too. Going to pounce one more time tonight for luck lol

In fairness, an evap is entirely possible! Just worth considering.

@ValidUser that is true! Well... I didn't expect that response 😂😂😂 I might try a cheap test and see what happens. I'm sure it'll be a negative but there's defo a line there, however it seems to have faded a lot now though which is why I'm obviously not worried 😂

Up to you. Just I'd certainly try! Your body can so funny things after a miscarriage.

Occasionally you can get a period in the first month of a pregnancy, if progesterone isn't high enough yet.

Or you could have ovulated right before AF, AF came and then you implanted.

Not common, but not unheard of.

@ValidUser I had a period though.... the line has defo faded and I can only see it from certain lights now which is why I think evap x x

If you were it could be from last cycle, or maybe you ovulated earlier and didn't get an OPK?

@Delilah7 I use those and have never had an evap like that. I'd try a FRER. X
