TTC First Baby Massive Thread.

Feeling a bit fed up today, my temperature rose yesterday by quite a bit which got me all excited but today on 7DPO it’s gone back to normal. So feeling deflated. Had a small bit of blood last night too, hardly noticeball unless you’re mental like I am 🙈

Ok so, as expected it was bfn this morning. Don't feel too down though. My dh has, on request, hidden the last 2 tests! Just going to wait and see what happens in the next week. If af comes it's a new start :)

Morning!! I’m at work, so tired & irritable this morning. Feel so achy again 😔 but on the plus side off to Wembley Stadium tonight to watch the fight love abit of the Joshua hehe

I am good thanks lovely, just normal tww craziness! 9dpo today but I don't think it's likely this month unfortunately.

@GDOG35 @cupcakesandglitter is right make sure you relax and enjoy your birthday. At least if there is no bfp you will be able to get sozzled and otherwise then it will be an awesome celebration!

Looks like a few of us will be testing within the next few days! Fingers crossed! I'm going to diligently hold off until the 25th.

Limiting alcohol even though I'm on hols to help TTC! 3 glasses of wine on Friday is saintly for me!

Sounds like it! I'm 11dpo now. Thought af was late but unsure now. Will probably test tomorrow morning, then just leave it for a week. Fingers crossed for you though Rancho! Xxx

@FivexFive 😂😂 that's brill, think we are in similar positions aswell, I am due af anytime around the next few days (am around 8dpo but have a short luteal phase) so might be testing soon too, am trying to wait untill after AF is due but will probs cave

RanchoRelaxo, no afraid not! To be honest although I've been off the pill since March, it was only August that I decided to use opks and try to track it all properly. Dh says we should try a test in thr morning then if it's bfn, just try and putbit out of our heads and wait to see what the week brings...

@FivexFive do you know how long your luteal phase is normally? Maybe your cycle is a bit longer this month because of late ovulation! The only problem with testing tomorrow is the risk of a false positive, keeping my fingers crossed for you either way :)

That’s like me I think I’ll get my period next week sometime to honest as I was so late too ovulating this month.

I've lost the plot completely I think :(
I Had my af on 20th of August, but didn't get a flash until 6th sept. Dtd then and again when I got a static 'peak' reading 9th/10th Sept. I've spent all week thinking I'm due on as I'm usually 28-30 days (had cramps etc), but now starting to think af will come next week because my peak was so late?! I felt ill Tue and Wed but probably coincidence. Tempted to test in the morning but maybe I should just wait and see a bit longer?

@KatBeCool I’m not too sure how long my luteal phase is today’s like day 7/8 after my ovulation just have to go with the flow. Just so tired x

@GDOG35 normally the length of your luteal phase doesn't change, so if you ovulated late, you just add whatever many days your phase is to know when you're due to test or AF.

Oh @GDOG35 hunny you need to celebrate and enjoy your birthday next weekend - and don't worry about whether or not you missed the ov day, it only takes one time and doesn't have to be on the day xx

@cupcakesandglitter I won’t do one till the end of next week I’ve been late before & got excited & was negative. Felt heavy yesterday & achy legs which is always a sign of my period. My ovulation was so late this month & we worked harder the week before as the flashy smiley face came so early then last week we eased off. So I think we may of missed it still. Plus it’s my birthday next weekend another year older
