3dpo here 🙋🏼 Anyone wanna join me for the TWW?

Wish I knew what day I ovulated this month. The ovulation strips I got were not very good. Or at least I wasn’t very good at taking them! I kept trying to pee on the stick so it wouldn’t always work. When I should have been dipping. We dtd only once and it was when my body showed symptoms of ovulation 2 days of ewcm and cervix very high up. So hoping we got it right.

It's nice to be at the exact same point as so many others :) surely at least one of us (hopefully alot more) is going to get a BFP this month!

My husband made it home in time last night for us to squeeze in one more shot! So I'm feeling pretty happy with DTD 0-2 days (I drove to where he was working away for the night Haha) and on O day :) I had some left sided cramps this morning so I think that even though I had a positive OPK Wednesday afternoon I've only just laid the egg now! So I might actually only be O day today. This worries me a little as I only had a 26 day cycle last month so I'll only have 10 days before AF is due! I guess at least that means there is no point in me POAS'ing until AF is due x

Hi all, may i join? 😊 ttc #2 7dpo today and time is craaaaawling. Dh has gone away with his friends for the weekend and has made me promise not to go crazy poas while he is gone (he is v much the more sensible one of us). We dtd 5th + 6th, ov the 7th so fingers crossed that was enough! We kind of had burnt ourselves out at that stage because i usually ov on cd14, and this month it was 6 days late. So interesting to see when af shows up!

Does anyone know if our luteal phase is the same length each month??

Anyone symptom spotting? Last month I was symptom spotting. This month I notice a whole lotta NOTHING!! Lol. Ive never experienced this trying and waiting period so it’s new to me. First time we dtd and it was like a casual try and I completely forgot about it. I didn’t think you could get pregnant trying once. I even bought my pads because I was fully expecting my period the next day and I was traveling. Then it was late. After a week it never came and I still can’t believe I waited to test until after a week! Last month, I started doing tests like 3 days after my suspected ovulation. Wasted a whole lotta money doing tests. This month I will try not to test until my period is due. It won’t be easy! But somehow I don’t feel pregnant and don’t mean to be a Debbie downer. I worry if I’m not ovulating or at least I have no clue when I do. I used to be so confident. But my cycles changed a bit with age. I am 35. I got pregnant with my first dc age 28 and second one age 29 (shortly before my 30th). Now I’m 35.5 and cycles aren’t clock work 28 days. Plus I’m not as healthy as I should be. I enjoy wine a few too many nights a week (never more then two glasses). But still. I should probably cut down to only one day a week when trying and obviously I would stop all together if pregnant. However, at least I’m not smoking. First time around I was a social smoker (smoked at least 3 times a week). But once I found I was pregnant never smoked again and never took it up again. Sorry for all the rambling!

Does anyone here know the actual rules of SMEP? Think it's having sex every night for a few night after a positive opk? Was considering doing this but never actually read up on how 😂

@Stormwhale I have some months of abundant EWCM and others dry as a bone (like the past 2 months as soon as we started TTC - typical!). But got a peak OPK this month and Ov pain so reassuring! I think it can vary month to month just like our cycles can vary by a day or two. I'm not going to worry about it unless it keeps happening for a few more months!

@Beautifulblue you put it perfectly! I have living proof I can conceive and carry a baby but I'm still worried! 🤨 I need to shake it off and find my PMA!

@OneMoreWish sorry to hear about your chemical 😔 I'm really glad you got a sticky bean straight after! I think I agree, I would want to know if I had a problem keeping a pregnancy rather than thinking I couldn't get pregnant at all. But again, my mind could change and also different strokes for different folks and there is no right or wrong way when it comes to testing!

@rollerskaterdata I had a chemical when trying for first baby. I was absolutely gutted but luckily I got pregnant again the month after.

I tested early again ( though not as early as first month - probably around 12dpo) my reasoning was same as yours I wanted to know if I was going to have another chemical to understand if I had problem with keeping pregnancy.

Luckily it wasn't a problem the second time! It did make finding out slightly more muted - I didn't really relax until second trimester but I think I would have felt like that anyway with or without testing early.

Definitely agree with another poster who said different things work for different people

I'm 4dpo! Here's hoping! I'm 41 with pcos and also have male factor low sperm and motility. This is my 5th cycle on supplements and DP 3rd cycle on supplements. So they should be starting to take effect now. Fx! Good luck to all!

I'm the same, I currently have a blazing positive OPK which has pretty much stolen all the dye from the test! But hardly any EWCM this month also having a bit of cramping today so perhaps I'm actually laying the egg today.

Beautiful so you are using the ovulation tests and know you are ovulating even though it doesn't seem like it from ewcm? That's reassuring!
