Oh guys you are giving me super kitchen envy! We moved last year into a bit of a project house, the kitchen is the last thing that we will sort (because it's the only bit of the house that was okay-ish) in a few years I'll be able to join you with beautiful kitchens 😂

@bambionice80 love it! We were bold with our kitchen when we had it done a few years back and went bright green... it looked good! Here is my lovely kitchen that I'll be leaving behind in a few weeks!
@Crystalblaze it was lovely to have a break, I think I might set my emails to none so that I just can browse when i have time, rather than feeling obliged whenever I get a notification.

BambiOnIce bit of a faff is putting it mildly 😂 it's so slippy it's gets everywhere!! Lucky my DH isn't fussed about stuff like that and finds it quite funny seeing me hips up trying to shove a syringe up my foof 😂 ps that kitchen is to die for, I love the green! Just like you Delilah7 I love glossing and painting, but am also down the other end too sadly 😂👎

CrossFitgirl I will defo have to fake drink when I get preggers, am quite well known as the drinker with my mates 😂 will get found out way too quickly if not!

And yes @Crossfitgirl, I didn't tell DP the first time I used the fertility lube. He just thought he was fricking amazeballs (pun intended 😉) that night 😁

Thought I'd mix things up with a picture of my in-progress kitchen instead of the usually OPK's and FRER's 😉 Easier than describing the colour scheme for you @Crossfitgirl 😂 The glossing is going to be standard white - the green is pretty riskee for me! I paint everything white normally! I oddly prefer heavy grunge music whilst painting, but there will most definitely be snacks 😋 DP works for snacks (and sex, obvs. We're still in the FW, after all!).

If you're anywhere near Scotland @Delilah7, then you're welcome to grab a brush and bring your glossing skills along 😉

@bambionice80 omg i just read your last post as we cross posted and nearly pissed myself!! TTC is definitely sooooo sexy.... images of trying to shove an applicator between your legs whilst trying to look sexy has totally cheered me up!
I would absolutely not be letting on to my DH if I was using that stuff, I know it would freak him out!
I'd just lead him to believe I was just sooooo turned on by him, that's what all the wetness is honest!! He would love it!! What an ego booster!! Haha xxx

Haha aww @babysquid that's men for you! I was the same, woke up at 5.30 and just had to go and do the test. Good luck with hiding the non drinking at the wedding!
My SIL was early pregnant at our wedding and we thought she drank the whole way through- turns out she was ordering tonics without the gin, and prosecco but not actually drinking it when when she was pretending to sip it!
I'm totally going to have to do that when I do get my BFP as I ALWAYS like a drink, I don't drink much but even if I'm driving I normally do just have one before a meal.

To those asking, yes I my period has come at 9dpo both of my last cycles, I normally have a 8-9 day LP.

@bambionice80 aww sanding and glossing is the worst. We did all that recently to tart our house up to get it sold, it's even more soul destroying when you're not even doing it for yourself! I would put on some loud dancey music and have some snacks and drinks to hand, I can always rely on snacks to make any situation better!! Lol.

Is your OH helping? What else are you decorating? What colours are you going for? Xxx

@gjchapman,totally agree about finding AF rocking up less depressing than a BFN on the FRER.

@Patapouf, I'd leave it to 12dpo if you can face it, but that's just me!

@Crossfitgirl, totally agree with you too. DingTD every 2 or 3 days really takes the pressure off. I don't think we quite realise how much we're stressing ourselves out with all the tracking we embrace. Still don't think you're out this month just yet though 😉

@RanchoRelaxo, I did indeed rock his world last night 😈😂 Tried the proper preseed lube rather than the conceive plus version this time... bit of a faff having to fill the syringes yourself?! I made DP not come out of the bathroom until I'd finished sorting it out! Surely watching your sexy lady filling a syringe with lube and jamming it into her lady garden has got to be an instant mood killer?! Think I'll be going back to the prefilled conceive plus stuff next cycle 🤔

@CrystalBlaze well I really badly needed a wee so couldn't contain it much longer... at 6:10 this morning 🙈 so when I cane back in I whispered are you awake... he sort of grunted, so I said 'it's two lines' and he went sleepily* 'yaaaaay' then sort of went back to sleep haha!! Men! 🤷🏼‍♀️
But now he's more happy about it, but trying not to show it too much as we're seeing all our family and friends today for a wedding and we don't want them thinking anything!

@crossfitgirl I agree with everyone, 9DPO may just be too early. The bleed you describe doesn’t sound like a typical period. Did you expect your LP to be 8/9 days?

Congratulations babysquid if I get a BFP next week then I would be due on the 22 May too! I’m a little bit scared to test in case it’s a BFN but I’m 10 DPO today so might get a reliable result.

9dpo is pretty early, even if amazon had sent you the FRER you asked for @Crossfitgirl. Maybe wait until you're at least 12dpo before testing again?

@Delilah7, don't be so hard on yourself lovely. Are you still on the antibiotics or have you finished them? That might mess about with your sex drive and your cycle (but they're totally necessary of course, so make sure you finish them 😉). When I started back on the OPK's, I started using them earlier than necessary, which meant several days of BFN's. I found that really depressed me, which I know is daft, but totally effected my mood - even though, sure enough, I'd get my BFP on CD14 OR 15. I guess what I'm saying is, don't let the OPK's get you down because you're getting BFN's at the moment. Your BFP will be around the corner 😘

So, we've got 2 jetting off abroad, 1 at a wedding (who now can't drink 😂), 1 house hunting... and I'll be spending my weekend sanding and glossing skirting boards 😕 Hope everyone else has something exciting on.x

@CrystalBlaze Flo has calculated it at 22nd May which is a week before my mums birthday. I think May is quite nice tho, not too cold, not too hot. (Although I'm much more of an autumn fan myself!)

@BabySquid keeping the news from people is absolutely bloody impossible. Told our parents and DP's brother and planned to just tell a couple of close friends but everyone keeps bloody twigging and guessing. We went out for dinner the other night with a few friends and then I got two separate texts with "not drinking I see" the next day. Maybe I had more of a reputation for loving gin than I thought!

When do you think your due date is?

@CrystalBlaze how are you finding keeping the news from everyone?? Or have you told some people? DH and I have agreed to tell both set of parents on Halloween. We're thinking matching(ish) skeleton tshirts 😁
