Hello ladies, my 2we has just started at due around the 15th anyone else? Second cycle for baby number 2.
My son is 3 and was conceived straight after coming off the pill so the whole "trying" for a baby is new to me! Haven't really got on with the ovulation tests never got a strong second line so presuming it passed before I tested! X

@xxxCheshireMumxxX long time hun, I’ve been good thanks adjusting to mummy world, gave birth to a little girl in August and it’s been chaotic but really enjoying it. How have you been?

xxxCheshireMumxxX · 09/07/2019 17:10

Hi @Flossytots Grin just checking in as I haven't been on here in forever!! How are you doing? Smile

Flossytots · 01/12/2018 19:27

Hi @civic, it’s great hea big form you again. I hope you have been well. I have just come back from my first holiday, booked a few more. I have to say it was well needed.im due Af on the 18th and we’ve decided to giv this month a ty, if positive it will be such a great Xmas present. However if it’s negative, then we are going to take a break and do a bit more travelling and then try again. Your approach sounds really good and I can totally understand where you are coming from, ttc can really get a bit stressful.

I hope you enjoy the holidays, let’s catch up after January. 🤞🌸✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

civicxx · 14/11/2018 20:27

Hi @Flossytots

Missing in action here too, unfortunately not the actions that have resulted in a baby!! Due AF today, no AF as of yet but have negative test & tbh we did crap this month so it is to be expected!! Officially on a break from TTC till end of December or January so I had a cup of coffee this morning for the first time since August and it was AMAZING haha, the baileys tassimo pods are on order as is the gigantic bottle of the hard stuff for the Christmas period & works night out prep in full swing! 😁 actually a bit relived for having a break as DP is driving me & himself mental, hoping he will have chilled out by January!! Congratulations on the new job, hope you have settled in well now & are looking forward to your break as you mentioned you have some events coming up!! :)

Flossytots · 04/11/2018 20:27

Hi @civic long time. I’m sorry I have been missing in action, I started a new job and it’s been manic getting adjusted. How have you been, I’m afraid AF got me last cycle 👎

civicxx · 21/10/2018 06:08

TMI is all fine here! How strange! I really hope this is a good sign & ive got my fingers crossed for a BFP for you! I'm ok thank you, me & DP working opposite shifts this weekend, I've got the short straw of nights so I'm looking forward to my week off!

Hope your having a nice weekend!

Flossytots · 20/10/2018 15:22

Hi @civic so after hours of pink cm, I woke up on Friday with af cramping and it looked like af had got me. Now I’m usually heavy but this flow has been very light for me. Sorry for the tmi...but I normally need to change every 2hrs or so and after 3hrs today I had spotting and brown blood. I have some tests so will give them a bash tomorrow 🧐

I’m so 🤷‍♀️ confused. How have you been?

civicxx · 18/10/2018 23:06

Any news @Flossytots ?

Flossytots · 18/10/2018 10:22

@civic oh no!!!! How flipping annoying, I keep looking at the clock. I swear I’m going mad! I will keep you updated how I get on, at least you have the holiday to distract you and the break will do you a world of good. 🌸

civicxx · 18/10/2018 09:44

AF got me!

Immediately turns computer on & looks at holidays!

civicxx · 17/10/2018 19:49

@Flossytots that's ok, I worded this morning as if I was out due to the cramps then Negative test so assumed AF would make her appearance shortly, but she hasn't yet! Ahh mine is milky white, I had a google but said it was normal just before AF although I haven't noticed it before. Haven't bought anymore tests so just waiting for AF, if she's not arrived Friday I will test again! Got my fingers crossed for you!!

I would absolutely love a holiday next week, 2016 - 2017 I went away 6 times including weekends in European cities but the last 18 months I've only been away 3 times :( obviously when pregnant & with small baby we won't go anywhere for ages!

Flossytots · 17/10/2018 18:57

Oh sorry @civic for some reason I thought af had got you, we are in the same boat! My cm has been almost clear, like ewcm...just checked now and still nothing. The trip sounds lovely but really hoping you have a bun in the oven 😁✨✨✨✨✨

civicxx · 17/10/2018 18:13

@Kimbles18 I'm hopping on a plane first day of half term with my DD if AF arrives for some mummy daughter time in Turkey!! (DP is working most of the week)

civicxx · 17/10/2018 18:11

On the subject of CM, what colour is it? I am pretty adamant I'm not pregnant so much so I had a coffee this morning (caffeine free between CD14 & period) but yesterday in work I thought AF came, went to toilet and it was (sorry TMI) a bit of blob/streak of white in my knickers which I thought was odd. But today it's been very milky white pretty much all day which I haven't tracked but can't say I ever pay much attention unless it's around ovulation, my cramps went away this morning & haven't returned yet!

I'm crossing my fingers for you!!!

Flossytots · 17/10/2018 17:40

Hi ladies, @civic I’m sorry AF got you, sending you a virtual hug🤗

I’ve had rollercoaster of a day...took a first response with fmu and got a bfn, so spent the day rushing to the loolike a weirdo, just to keep checking. Long story short...no af...yet, no af like cramps just a few twinges here and there and some pinching. Sorry for the tmi but loads of cm, sore erect nipples all day, they are so sensitive and headaches 🤒

I don’t know what to make of this...will test again in a few days if it doesn’t show.

Kimbles18 · 17/10/2018 12:26

Enjoy yourself over the next couple of months! The time to wind down from baby making might do you both some good and fingers crossed for the new year Smile

Yes we will definitely find out what we are having, we did last time also 😊

I really didn't want to do a test as seeing 'Not Pregnant' flash up makes me feel a whole lot crappier than AF arriving but partner gave the impression this morning & yesterday that he wanted me to POAS which I did, he's gutted & just gone back to bed (our day off today) & now I feel shit too. No more pregnancy tests for me!! That's me out untill January/February!

civicxx · 17/10/2018 09:48

Good morning @Flossytots
Any news this morning? I've woken up with cramps so think this is probably me out this month!

@Kimbles18 I think the more people that know the longggger it seems too as everybody's asking you questions from 6 weeks etc, he must have been really happy & excited to tell everybody though which is nice!

Flossytots · 16/10/2018 07:12

Morning @civic fingers crossed for you for tomorrow. I’m exactly in the same boat if we are out this month, then we are taking a break till Feb. We have a few trips arranged and would like to go all out 😂

@Kimbles I’m glad you are doing well, do you think you would like to find out what you are having or keeping it as a surprise?

Kimbles18 · 16/10/2018 06:47

We've decided to keep it secret to most people this time, last time my partner told everyone within about 5 minutes of knowing and I found it quite over powering. My mum knows and a couple of friends guessed. We got married in July though so I think everyone is expecting it Wink x

civicxx · 15/10/2018 19:37

Hello ladies! 😊

Oh I feel your pain. We bought our first house in July, it took a longggg time for everything to be unpacked! Not in a rush to do it again for a while! I wish you lots of luck & happy memories in your new home!

Oooo how exciting! yes my DP ended up crying at one point this month! I hope it works for you as we are defiantly feeling the strain of regimental, it's just not fun and feels pressuring! I've got my fingers crossed for you!! AF is due in 2 days for me but I'm 99% sure it's not our month, I feel absolutely perfect & that's me out untill January if not! Only plus will be all the baileys I can drink at Christmas!! I'll have a glass for you both hopefully!!

You know what they say, third time lucky, let us know Grin

@Kimbles18 glad your not suffering badly, I was awful with food early on with my first it was horrible! That's exciting!! Hope the week goes quick for you, won't be long before it will be scan time Grin have you told any family/friends yet?

Kimbles18 · 15/10/2018 10:22

Hopefully this month will be your month!

I started off craving anything salty but past week I'm a bit off my food like unless I really fancy something particular I'm not interested. Unless it's something carby it makes me a little sickly.

Got my full booking in appointment next week so that's something to look forward to 😊 x

Hi @civic and @kimbles I’m sorry I’ve been missing in action 😊 we are in the process of moving and you know how that can be.BFP is due in 2days so keeping fingers crossed 🤞😬we decided to take a different approach this cycle. It’s our 3rd cycle trying and I really worked myself up last month so I know where you DP is coming from @civic. You feel like you did everything possible in your power and then nothing...

I have been taking a positive approach this cycle no preconception multi vitamins just folic acid, no opk testing and no symptom spotting, I’ve simply pushed ttc at the back of my mind and we’ve just been dtd and having fun 😁

It’s worked in our favour because it didn’t feel regimented, I ovulate around the same time each month, give or take a day and I’m sure we covered those dates and I didn’t tell DH 😂🙈

@Kimbles how have you been holding up, any food aversions yet? @Civic when is your BFP due?✨✨✨✨✨✨

Kimbles18 · 10/10/2018 14:47

Baby dust and good luck to you all still waiting for your Bfp!.

I'm almost 8 week now fingers crossed everything continues smoothly xx

@Flossytots hello :)
Yes all good so again we are now in the TTW! My partner got really stressed about it this month I think he thinks it's all on him, which I'm not enjoying as it's month 2 & he's up the wall already & I can't understand why he is so stressed! although, work, holidays, Christmas events are currently on hold so maybe that's why! Hope all the ladies that got BFP last month are doing well!! :) and dust to everybody trying again this month!
