TTC baby number 3 at nearly 40

Hi all, I have just turned 39, and have 2 daughters from my previous marriage, aged 6 and 9. I am in a very happy long term relationship with my partner who is 32. We have just started TTC'ing for a baby. My third, his first. Anyone else in a similar situation?
I believe I should be ovulating today or tomorrow (On CD17 of a 32/33 day cycle) but no positive OPK yet. Worried my eggs have dried up! Wink

Yay. I had to upload from another device to do mine yesterday. I've read on mn that frer are rubbish. I had a feint line on one back in September.

10dpo today, I did an FRER this morning and it was BFN. Dipped an IC into the same pee and i could see a faint line! Confusing. CD33 today and no sign of AF, am now allowing myself to feel a little helpful!

I've done 3 tests today @Bloodylegoeverywhere 🙈 all BFN's

I got a BFN on 9dpo and spent the whole day crying on and off, then on the next day it was a barely there positive, so don't give up!

I'm ok thanks. I found a test in my drawer yesterday and it was a bfn.
Fingers crossed it worked this month but it's too early to test!?
I still can't upload photos on here... Not sure why

@Bloodylegoeverywhere Feeling impatient! I reckon I'm either 7 or 8dpo today (positive opk 8 days ago) and have tested Friday and Saturday morning, which was waaaay too early and therefore bfn! I'm going to try and wait til Wednesday to test again, as that's when af is due.... how you doing? X

I'm ok thank you @bloodylegoeverywhere 5 weeks tomorrow and feeling rougher by the day, so hopefully all a good sign!

Hoorah for Friday!

I’ve been rubbish at taking my temperature this week & I’m nowhere near ovulation but DP is home again this weekend so I’m just going to have a relaxing weekend. Well, as relaxing as it gets with two boys and a dog! 😂

I don’t think we’ll even be in the same country when my egg finally makes an appearance so I’m not going to get my hopes up too much this month.

Looking forward to lots of symptom spotting from you both!

Well I'm between 6 and 10dpo as my app says one, my rhr says another, my cervix closed later. My temp has gone up more but rhr has dropped. I bought a pound shop test and just peed on it but no lines at all, not even the one line. Very annoying!! So maybe I am only 6 dpo which in that case we missed ovualtion whilst we backtracked! New thermometer has come! Smile
I'm so glad it is Friday!

5dpo (here and no symptoms other than I seem to be able to cry at most things this week! Happy and sad! Most unlike me. How is everyone else doing? Xx

I had a 3 wheeler for DSs but everyone seems to have a bugaboo these days...

I’m quietly hoping I have twins which is a whole different kettle of fish!
