Hi all, I have just turned 39, and have 2 daughters from my previous marriage, aged 6 and 9. I am in a very happy long term relationship with my partner who is 32. We have just started TTC'ing for a baby. My third, his first. Anyone else in a similar situation?
I believe I should be ovulating today or tomorrow (On CD17 of a 32/33 day cycle) but no positive OPK yet. Worried my eggs have dried up! Wink

Aww I work in childcare! My youngest started school this week!
Well it could be random ovulation whilst your body sorts itself out or you are Actually pregnant?
If not is dh home for the next cycle (whenever that is due to the pill?)

I have! I’m a Primary School teacher with v young children so it’s been an emotional week for them (and me!)

I was off today so I’ve cleaned, stripped beds, baked cakes, peed on sticks 😂😂

I’m confused because test should be negative. No temp spike, no ewcm but it’s not a clear negative. I’ve had some spotting too which I’ve put down to my quality time with DP last weekend Blush and the hormone changes with coming off the pill.

I’ll see if I can upload a pic...

I have caved and bought opks. I tested today as I’ve been a bit crampy and just made myself more confused! DP back this time next week.

My spike on the 8th, I slept in but i spiked again today taking my temp at the usual time. My cycles since March have been between 24-32 days. Think the 32 days was only because I took evening primrose oil for my whole cycle as I think you generally take them till ovulation?

@makeawish I'm 5dpo today or maybe 6 or 7 as my temp rose on the 3rd Sep and had ewcm but then the extreme cm wasn't till the 7th and 8th. My temp has gone up and down slightly but no lower than before ovulation and today it was 36.3 (guess I run cold ish)

Still no AF. And faint lines on tests 2 days running... wondering if I've had a freaky long cycle (cycles were long years ago, 40+ days, before my other two) and I'm starting to be optimistic......

Oh how funny, yes I Google random crap like that.
Someone else on the conception (I think thread has had a period gone awol) it can happen every now and then which doesn't help! Yet doctors don't seem bothered and say wait a few weeks!
Have decided if it didn't work this month then defo doctors after my next period as I've had cramps and pinching for days now which is unusual so will see what they say. And also step away from Google HmmConfusedBlush
