Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 13:15

@purplestar9 thanks lovely - guess I needed a pick me up and you guys have given it to me. I wasn't wanting sympathy either ( btw you guys will realise I worry and over think everything 😂). How are you today? X

purplestar9 · 13/08/2018 13:13

@Delilah7 I've just been catching up and I would like to encourage you to stay with us :) we all understand on here that what you're going through is extremely is hard and I hope it makes you feel better when you can vent. We're all here to help and try make you feel better and we wouldn't want you to suffer in silence at all.
I would agree with what you said and not put too much pressure on yourself and maybe just enjoy this month as time with your partner and having some fun. But I'm afraid I can't help with the ovulation question, I would say if it feels like ovulation then maybe it is and that's a positive sign :)

@Crossfitgirl sorry to hear AF has arrived. Positive vibes for your next cycle!

@Toto19 Welcome to the madness :)

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 13:09

@Toto19 not necessarily.... just try and be patient and see if AF arrives xx

Toto19 · 13/08/2018 13:08

Just thought it would have shown on a test by now? Xx

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 12:55

@Toto19 you're not out until it turns up so keep positive xx

Toto19 · 13/08/2018 12:53

Yes, today or tomorrow. No sign yet. Just really thought it was my month but oh well....

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 12:46

@Toto19 welcome :) is your period due? Xx

Toto19 · 13/08/2018 12:41

Hi all! Hope I can join. I'm 26, ttc baby #1, cycle 6. Currently cycle day 28 and just got a BFN this morning getting so down about it :(

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 12:29

Here's a question for you ladies.
So nearly two weeks ago I miscarried as you well know. My flo app tells me my ovulation day is tomorrow based on me putting in my miscarriage bleed as a period. Now, we DTD Friday and yesterday and since Saturday I've had the mucus in my pants and on tissue again. I now have pain which I would class as how my old ovulation pain felt like. Could I really be ovulating again this soon???

sunshine1987 · 13/08/2018 12:27

@Crossfitgirl sorry to hear AF has arrived. I always count from full flow but log it as spitting on the app I use xx

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 12:18

@Crossfitgirl typical! just want you don't want to hear 😔 sorry lovely.
I'd count the full flow I think that's what it says for you to do. Google it 😘

Crossfitgirl · 13/08/2018 12:11

Update: AF arrived today. Actually a day later than last month, so a bit pleased my LP is a bit longer. Aaand 10 mins later, a girl at work I supervise told me she's 5 weeks pregnant! Typical 🙄

Question for you all: if you get spotting before your period that turns into full flow, do you count the first day of spotting or the first day of actual proper flow as day 1 of your next cycle?

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 10:32

@CrystalBlaze thank you lovely ❤️. Maybe not out so much pressure on myself this month would be a good start. OH is very reassuring at the moment too. It's lovely xx

CrystalBlaze · 13/08/2018 10:26

I think that's sensible @Delilah7. Maybe just keep half an eye on your cycle and time things accordingly Wink

But also you are young, healthy and there's absolutely no reason to worry or think you won't get there in the end. All positive vibes for you lovely Flowers

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 10:24

@CrystalBlaze I guess that's what I'm struggling with. I feel I should be positive now as I've stopped bleeding but it hasn't even been two weeks yet. Maybe I need to give myself abit more time mentally to get my head round it and take this month as a DTD when you want to! just don't want to miss any opportunities xx

CrystalBlaze · 13/08/2018 10:17

@Delilah7 We don't think that for one second so stop worrying! This is a safe space for everyone to get support on anything they need and a place to chat about things that might be harder to talk openly about in real life.

One of my very close friends struggled with lots of MC so I understand how very hard it is. Please don't ever feel bad about any of your emotions/feelings.

Like @Crossfitgirl said, everyone is in the same boat in different ways. You will bounce back but it's such a short time since your MC so don't put too much pressure on yourself x

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 10:11

@CrystalBlaze @Crossfitgirl please don't think I'm doing this for sympathy either - I'm just having one of those meh days. I hate putting other people down and over think things all the time 😂I like that I'm part of a group with cares about the good and bad times. I guess I didn't realise I'd be this scared to move forward after a miscarriage... xx

Crossfitgirl · 13/08/2018 10:06

@delilah7 awh no don't leave! That's what our thread is for - to share the craziness whether it's good or bad, provide that reassurance, advice etc.
I dont mean this in a bad way, but sometimes it's reassuring to hear that things are not smooth for everyone - it makes me feel much more normal knowing everyone else has things going on too, I feel like i can be quite negative about my relationship, and as you have seen my crazy hormonal day, but nobody judges and others have similar experiences, people relate rather than judge and that's what I like about it.
If you feel it's too much maybe take a break from it, but please do come back when youre ready if you do :-)

CrystalBlaze · 13/08/2018 10:03

We would miss you if you left! I know sometimes people miss things if they are skim reading trying to catch up when threads move so fast but please don't think it's anything to do with you! I don't think you have been negative in the slightest and even if you were, you'd be more than entitled to!

Dont go x

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 09:03

@CrystalBlaze I guess I just find it abit hard. I used to be so positive and manage to continue conversations with everyone. Whereas now I feel it's so negative what I post and I understand why people don't respond to that 😂😂

CrystalBlaze · 13/08/2018 09:00

@Delilah7 do whatever you think is best for you and how you feel but please don't think you are being negative. It's totally understandable to be a bit wobbly and don't feel like you have to be cheerful when you feel sad.

Everyone is here for you whatever you decide Flowers

Delilah7 · 13/08/2018 08:55

Morning ladies.

I might have to come off here for abit, unsure of how I feel. I feel you guys are having such positive experiences and normally post positive things and every time I post it's just negative and not ignored but hard to respond to. 😔 xx

CrystalBlaze · 13/08/2018 08:19

Haha I am loving the hiding of pregnancy tests! I have so far managed to hold out but am only 8dpo so that's not really an achievement!

Had weird twingey cramps all day yesterday and feel quite tired but otherwise normal. Going to try and hold out until the weekend if AF doesn't arrive before then.

Also is it just me or does anyone else think there's a slight hint of autumn in the air? I love autumn Smile

purplestar9 · 12/08/2018 23:12

@Crossfitgirl DH has hidden them now, don't want to waste a test if I don't need to! Haha. I think it's better to wait, I just don't necessarily have the willpower!
