Thinking of you all and hoping BFPs for you.

We are still in a potential fertile period (according to Ovia) but since my last cycle was a week too long I'm not sure! There is ewcm so we are trying every couple of days. Will see what happens in two (or 3) weeks time!!

Cleo, if this works (fingers crossed) it's down to you and your suggestion of second ovulation!! I'd have never have thought of doing another opk on the evening I did!!

Fingers crossed for you weasle! I always go back to tests hours (and days) later too. You never know what you may find!

AF arrived for me yesterday as predicted, so my temp would have risen on the first day I didn't take it, meaning we dtd at the wrong time anyway.
Started using ava bracelet and liking all the stats!

Dinah99 I was due yesterday and my cycles haven't exceeded 28 days for yonks. We've been away the last week so trying to now work out if I can get somewhere today to buy some cheap tests as don't feel very af due at all. I am trying to remember how I felt in the early stages with dc1&2 but can't!!

This cycle for me seems never ending as I ovulated 5 days later than normal so I’m only dpo 4. Hoping to hold off poas until next Sunday but I doubt I will be able to wait that long. Also I have spent the last 4 days feeling really sick in the morning, I know it’s too early to be thinking about symptoms but you never know. 🤞🤞

2ww starts today for me. CP last month so not sure what to expect, temps on Ava bracelet are all over the place this month but natural cycles basal thermometer and OPK tests suggests ov happened.

AF due today and no sign apart from slight pain in lower right side which I get on and off since MC, trying to avoid (I say trying - it's not even 8am)testing due to bfn other day, argghhh I hate it when it can be just a longer cycle. Changed vits to pregnacare normal ones so maybe that's affected cycle... let's see how long I manage to not test . Well at least it's sat and if it comes for me as a softner! Good luck to everyone else in waiting hell!! xx

WEASLE - IMO that’s a positive. I have never EVER had an evap on a frer and that line has colour too. I’ve dished them out of the bin DAYS later without a hint of a line (yep I know so sad!)

I know where your coming from re; chemical as I’ve been there too many bastard times but all you can do is wait. So so hard but that’s the bottom of it really - it’s an awful waiting game that doesn’t get any easier at all once that BFP arrives - quite the opposite. Hang in there! Keeping everything crossed for you! Xxx

Well, my cycles have always been 28 days but recently they have got shorter, to 26 days. So I guess I'm due on either Sunday or Tuesday.
Dinah I went back to it hours later, I know I shouldn't have looked. But to be fair I've looked at ones hours later and there's still nothing there....
My gut tells me it's not going to be a pregnancy but it kind of gives you hope!

@weasledee how long have you been trying? It does take its toll but there's always a possibility, I'm giving up in Feb but saying that I may change my mind... I have run out of new supplements to try which was what kept me going, my latest one is to lose a bit of weight as that's supposed to decrease oestrogen.... after that I've run out of ideas. I hope it's another line the next test you do x

@karryk well you're still in then, I find it the worst time hanging on which I am til tomorrow! @weasledee looks like a line to me, they do say you shouldn't go back to the test after 10 mins. I did one of these last month, had the same line but in my case tested early and then tested the next day hoping for a darker line but there wasn't one, so all you can really do is sit it out for AF time and then test or take the hit on the tests and do one each day til you get a darker line, fingers crossed! It's so exciting getting a line though!

How is it Friday already?! sorry for the bfns I'm about 3-4 days away from dear AF... Temperature has finally risen but no really symptoms that I can rely on! Mild nausea that comes and goes but I'm blaming the oestrogen tablets for that. Boobs are as small and unspectacular as they have been since I had dd1!

Not sure September will be my month as The Date of Destiny falls during OH's late shifts (bugger) so hey ho!

I always did like Wales. BRB looking for a new house. Iechyd da!

@Cleozeta I’m in Wales, I think Scotland is also very good. The consultant did say that I’m lucky I live in Wales! I think the waiting list is long though as she seemed in a super hurry to get things started.

Critter that is great news about the NHS, what area are you in? most area's will not do over 40 and our area no longer does any age for NHS IVF, so sad!

Didn't test and AF turned up this morning. Didn't expect any miracles straight after MC really. I don't see this as a failure though. Will just carry on what I've been doing with supplements and acupuncture and gearing up for the next cycle. got a couple of options to think about, including home insemination and IUI. Will make a decision later. Good luck to those in tww! Our month will come!

@mellongoose think it's because you need a certain length of time for the potential fertilised egg to bed down... under 10 days is not good... but as this thread has shown Mother Nature can do it her own damn way when she wants..

I'm not sure @mellongoose, I've seen it talked about though. Though you'd probably need to know for sure first when you actually ovulated.

My temp finally went up this morning, panic averted!
