@chatbash72 - how are you feeling today? Any better? It’s a tough ride isn’t it? Such an emotional rollercoaster and so draining at times. I say well done for taking yourself off to bed. Rest can be wonderfully therapeutic but I find can also make you feel more fragile. Hope you’re ok.

@chatbash thinking of you, that feeling of crappy shitness is overwhelming.

I contacted a fertility clinic in the czech rep. and need investigations redone so i'm off to the Dr's in the morning to see what and where I can get these done asap, paying privately more than likely for all investigations. I am scared beyond belief about everything, wish there was a real life mumsnet TTC group for handholding!

Ahh rubbish isn't it @Chatbash72 :( xx I lost it a bit last night but work is keeping me occupied today.

Same here I'm still pretty regular, even though with my bloods one doc thought I was peri too but another doc dismissed it. Those 2 CPs show some hope but it feels like my body having never been pregnant before just went "What the hell is that??" and ditched the eggs. I'm now on a diet in the hope that that helps but I feel like it's more that my eggs are just old lol...

Please forgive my ramblings, I don't normally have sorry for myself moments ( well don't think I do 😳) but am pooped and have taken myself back off to bed ( NEVER happens unless unwell) and haven't been able to sleep as vivid hormonal dreams and busy bladder..
So af is looming, came off caffeine and alcohol in jan, takes 3 months for that to effect egg quality, so that takes me to May before there may be any improvement to my egg quality, which is only actually 4 cycles since then... which in the grand scheme isn't really long.. although I am 45 ( 😱) I have had babies for which I am very blessed... but I am still reg as clockwork which is a good thing... no obvious peri symptoms and one month of taking ubiquinol, so 2 more months to go before I can maybe see any benefits.. trying very hard to see the positives... today could be a sobbing mess later though.. baby dust to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My temps are usually 36.3 before O and 36.6 after. And they dropped a bit today because AF is looking very likely in the next day or so. The biggest and fattest of BFNs this morning.

Ameliel - my temps are generally below 36.20 pre ov and higher than 36.20 post ov, it varies from person to person. I normally have a pre ov dip (the actual day of ov) which is usually around 35.8ish

I would say to really see a difference you should make sure you’re measuring with a thermometer measuring to 2 decimal places as mine only rises fractions during the month. I am CD26 with 36.74 temp (average is 36.59) and got strong BFP this morning on a FRER, but not getting my hopes up until AF definitely late or missed as had CP last month.

My ovulation temp is around 36.8 and rises to around 37.4 before it drops again to 36.8 when af due, hope that helps :)

Those of you who are watching your basal temperatures, what temperature range are you getting before and after o? I have just started to temp and as I've had no period, I have no idea if my temperature is at pre- or post- ovulatory level... I realise we are all individuals and it can vary, but my first reading was 35.8 , then (2nd day after implant removal) it was 36.2, and has been 36.2...36.3 every day since. It seems low to me so I'm thinking that I haven't yet ovulated, maybe the very first reading was wrong? Seems unlikely that I would have ovulated literally day after the implant removal?! (Clutching straws!)

Bfn 😞 this morning, af due day but body feels sicky, boobs sore etc...

maybe takes longer for hormones to regulate post implant but would expect fertility to be restored soon - as with mirena.
its horrible being in limbo though.

Thanks @Funkypuzzle ! I had the Nexplanon implant in my arm (not coil). Day 4 after the removal here and don't feel any different... I'm going to have to just wait I guess until my body gets it's act together

@ameliel I had mirena removed 3 weeks ago having had it for 2 1/2 yrs. I also did not have periods.
I was very dry for 2/3 days post removal. Then had some light bleeding which I marked as AF.
I ovulated 11 days later (EWCM and +ve OPK) and now in 2ww. I ovulated much earlier then pre mirena. I am nearly 42. Im not feeling hopeful though.
