I’m 11dpo today still bfn not even a hint of a squint 😫 but keep telling myself it’s not over til af.

Had some weird ‘symptoms’ yesterday, wondered if anyone has experienced anything similar.

I had a vibrating feeling in my lower back right side, like my phone was in my pocket (it wasn’t) which then turned into a few hours of an intermittent stabby pain, hard to describe but a bit like the niggly pain you get just before a toothache.
Then I got up to pee in the night and there was a huge blob of yellowish Ewcm. I never get ewcm so bit about if it even was but it was like a lump of snot 🤮

My chart is all over the place due to sleep deprivation (13 month old teething ds) and erratic waking times but I’ll add it to see if anyone thinks I’m still in with a chance? Af due Monday

@BasinHaircut I had an 11 day LT phase too this time. It used to be 12 but with much longer cycles.
I think it is on the short side but as long as it's over 10. We're ok no?

@basinhaircut i don’t know a huge amount about it but i know vitamin b complex can help lengthen it? I was reading about it the other day, in fact i think there are a few threads about it on mumsnet.

I’m out too. Period pains woke me up in the night and there she was.

I’m only 10-11 dpo so that means a short LP doesn’t it? I recall that last year when we TTC for a few months then stopped I also had a short LP and wondered if that was a potential issue? Does anyone know?

@8daysaweek Argh! Those tests are horrible! Fingers crossed you get a clear bfp on a better test! Which app did you use to do the inversion?

8days I feel your pain I was like this last month!!!
I’m a bit gutted as i think it must be AF, it’s bang on time and I think too late for any implantation bleeding.
I did a cervix check and there was a little bit more redder blood too. The only thing thing it could be is DTD a couple of days ago may have irritated my cervix as I bleed during smears etc but I feel like again it would have happened earlier!
Going to sulk now until AF properly arrives.

Even though i knew she would come I’m still a bit fed up.

Aaargh I did a stupid thing. Went to the chemist for a FRER, none in stock so I bought a CB despite everyone going on about evap lines and NOT to use them.

So, I'm probably going to end up going elsewhere for a FRER anyway as I can't wait another couple of days to test with the second in the pack like any sane normal person would just do.

Well I think I'm out this month. AF due tomorrow and just had a bit of very light pink on the tissue when I wipe [sorry for TMI] so I guess that's that! :(

Oh well, hopefully next cycle will be the lucky one for me!

Was just coming on here to ask if anyone who was testing on Sunday had caved yet and tested.....and I see that there is lots of testing going on!

tinypaws fingers crossed for you. Surely ‘up to 10 days’ is the absolute last chance it could influence the result so hopefully at 11.5 it’s a real BFP.

I got up and peed at 3:30am and I’m glad I did because I was so tempted to test this morning, but at 6am I thought it wouldn’t be very good FMU after peeing earlier so I resisted. I’m 9-10 days dpo (using ov sticks only) but as I haven’t had a bleed or a period since coming off the pill so don’t even know for sure I ovulated.

@mmmgoats I am the same with testing, just don't want to lose that hope and it's almost better getting AF than a bfn I think.

I am 10dpo today. Had loads of symptoms yesterday but they all seem to have gone today. Temperature has gone very slightly up since yesterday's dip. I am still going to try not to test until Sunday but it will be a miracle display of will power if I don't poas tomorrow morning!

@mmmgoats Thanks! The trigger shot is an injection of hCG used to induce ovulation in stimulated cycles (it works because hCG is very similar to LH so the shot gives you an artificial LH surge). However, hCG is also what pregnancy tests detect so it can give a false positive result if you test too early.

The patient information leaflet says it can give a false positive "up to 10 days later". I took my pregnancy test 11 1/2 days after the shot so feeling hopeful. (Also I'm feeling a bit nauseous and the cat has been behaving oddly the past couple of days.)

I'm trying not to build my hopes too high as I'll be devastated if I'm not pregnant this cycle, it's looking like IVF is our next step if this cycle is unsuccessful.

Haha goats well I'm glad you got some chill! Though I totally get what you mean about not wanting to test and see a bfn. Logically, why would we do that? Why would we not just wait until we are late and then the disappointment is taken out of our hands and AF can inflict it on us herself. But we can't let it happen can we! Stay strong too, I am failing over here!

@tinypaws - tentative congrats! I don't know how long it takes HCG to get out of your system, forgive me but I'm not familiar with a trigger shot?

I tested this morning and got a faint line on a FRER (after getting the squintiest squinter on a cheap test). I'm trying not to get too excited though, as I took an HCG trigger shot 11 days ago and while it should be fully out of my system by now I'm scared that I might be picking up leftover HCG from the trigger.

I will test again either tomorrow and/or Sunday to see if the line has got darker.

@8daysaweek i think you may have given your chill to me!! Yesterday I was feeling a bit mad and desperate to test. Today, not so much. I don’t know if it’s because I’m quietly convinced that AF is indeed going to pop up today, or because I don’t want to get rid of the tiny bit of hope I have, but I actively don’t want to test today. It’s bizarre.
But to be honest all my symptoms have gone apart from being really tired and unable to focus

Remember a week or so ago I said I was pretty chilled this month and was gonna wait until I'm late to test? Well, I've gone a bit mad as usual. Symptoms: cramping, sore boobs and nausea.

I might be 10dpo, but equally I might be 8dpo. Never get ANY pregnancy like symptoms prior to AF. Rational me is saying it's too early for symptoms.

Anyway, how's everyone else getting on today??
